Nestled at the summit of Princes Drive, this four-bedroom haven is tailor-made for families and friend groups. Behold panoramic vistas of Tasman Bay, the Tahunanui Back Beach area, and the Golf Course.
Bay Dreamer boasts spectacular views that infuse every corner with natural light, creating an inviting and spacious atmosphere. Immerse yourself in a refreshing and pristine environment.
This home is perfectly situated near prominent walking tracks including the Tamaki Steps, Days Track, Maire Track, Bobs Track, and Pipers Track. These pathways provide direct routes to Tahunanui Beach and the vibrant CBD surroundings.
**Property Layout:
>4 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 8)
Downstairs:
1 (Master): King bed with Sea Views & Sliding doors opening to the patio and adjacent entertaining deck.
2: Queen bed (next to Bedroom 3).
3: Single + Single (next to Bedroom 2).
Upstairs:
4: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom.
>2.5 Bathrooms
Downstairs:
1 (Main bathroom): Twin-head Shower, Separate Bath & Double Vanity.
Additional: Separate Powder Room with Basin and Separate Toilet.
The Main bathroom is positioned between the Master Bedroom and Bedrooms 2 and 3, offering dual access:
>Ensuite access from the Master,
>General access from the hallway via the Separate Powder room.
Upstairs:
2 (Ensuite to Bedroom 4): Shower, Toilet & Vanity.
**Special conditions and notes**:
Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
