¡Observe a los delfines desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal!

Los techos abovedados te hacen sentir como si no estuvieras en un condominio. ¡2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos más un área adicional en el piso de arriba hacen mucho espacio!

Edificio de 10 unidades con una residencia privada en un lado y un lote vacante en el otro. No hay estacionamiento público a poca distancia significa que las personas en nuestra playa se están quedando en nuestro edificio.

Esta unidad está en el piso superior y no hay pasillos comunes, por lo que si alguien está parado afuera de nuestra puerta, entrará a la unidad.

¡La espaciosa cocina hace que preparar la comida sea muy fácil!

Spring Break 2024

One of the most well stocked condos we've been to. Access to the beach was great and the view was amazing. Accurate description and plenty of room so as not to feel crowded. Overall a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful week!

It was a wonderful week staying at this condo! Our 4th time staying at this complex, but our first time in this unit. Beautifully decorated, very clean, with everything you would need for a great beach week! Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment. Bedrooms were great and we loved having two different areas to watch tv in the evening. Balcony had amazing views of the gulf for the sunsets! Laura was great to work with and very responsive. We love this area…beach practically to ourselves! Highly recommend.

You won't be disappointed!

Condo is very nice. Just as advertised. Everything you would need is definitely there. The bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer in unit is great. Views of the gulf are awesome! Laura was awesome too rent from. She responds to any questions almost immediately. Thanks for a great stay Laura

Our favorite place and sunsets

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area. This is my family’s fourth time staying in this building and first in this unit. Everything you need for a day on the beach is there. Great communication from the owner, beautifully furnished and decorated condo, couldn’t have asked for anything better, will definitely be back.

Gorgeous condo

This condo is AMAZING. The check-in process was so easy and Laura was quick to respond to a couple questions. We love the location of this complex. It's in the narrows of Gulf Blvd. Which has both Gulf and intercoastal water views. And that part of the beach is never crowded. So great. Highly recommend staying in this condo!

Another great stay

This is the third time staying in this property and once again it was fantastic. I can't say enough about the condo, access to the beach and the multiple foods choices within 10 minutes or less. We will be back.

Great property and great condo on the beach. We love the Narrows. The condo had everything we needed and was beautiful. This was year 8 staying at Pipers III. We love it.

Second verse, same as the first!!!

This is the second time staying in this beach front condo and the result was the same. Great location to local restaurants. Awesome views of the gulf (with dolphins!!) with amazing sunsets and a beach that feels like you're the only one there. September is a good time to come as everything is less crowded. A owner who is quick to respond to any issues or questions you might have only makes it that much better. Highly recommend.

IRB condo review

This condo checks all the boxes! It’s a beautiful condo with a lot of space, interior details are stunning and one of the prettiest kitchens I have ever seen. The owner goes above and beyond for the guests. She’s such a treat to work with. This is our go to condo every year now!

Great Beachfront Property

Excellent ... exactly as advertised and clean. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The pics don't do the place justice. Beautiful kitchen and bar stocked with anything you could need. The only downside is having to climb some stairs to get to the unit. I would definitely stay again

Best beach view ever!

This place was absolutely perfect and a stunning view of clear blue water to wake up to each morning! And you can’t beat walking steps to the beach each day. My family has been coming to the beach every year for 30 years and this was our favorite place. I know this review sounds like we know the owner but we don’t! The owner was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. I usually don’t write reviews but this place was amazing!

Spring Break

This is a beautiful condo that is very nicely decorated. It has a huge kitchen with every amenity you need. The owners have thought of every detail from corkscrew to batteries to a ton of board games and everything you need at the beach. The place is steps from an amazing beach that at times seems like it is completely private. The water is crystal clear and the week we were there it was very calm. We saw dolphins, pelicans and what we thought may be two manatees. They were huge and slow moving. Some people thought they were large seals. I’m from NY so I have no idea what they were. Point being, you can’t go wrong with renting this place and VRBO makes it very convenient. Thank you Laura for a great vacation!!

Great beach getaway

This property is just as listed ~ everything you need is supplied and then some! Little conveniences such as condiments in the fridge, games, books, hair dryer etc were a pleasant surprise. The beach was wonderfully private and location was so convenient. Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely keep this unit in mind for future visits!

Great beachfront location and beautiful condo

We’ve rented condos all up and down the coast for the last 7 years and this condo is beautiful and lacked nothing for our stay. Amazing communication before and during our trip. Ownership pride definitely shines throughout. We were able to watch the sunrise from the master bedroom and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our balcony every night. Best of both worlds. If your looking for a nice condo to rent look no further. We will definitely be back next year.

Perfect quiet location

Ad a local, this is my favorite location on the beach. Low density buildings in The Narrows means the beach is never crowded and you are right across the street from fishing / kayaking in the inter-coastal. The property is minutes to the best restaurants and the unit is clean spacious and very comfortable.

Quiet location, direct beach access

Beach right outside the door, not crowded, with easy access to dining and other activities. Very responsive owner who provides a beautiful condo with several amenities. I miss the ocean and intercostal views already. Amazing sunsets; we will be back!

First Class Property and Perfect Beach Location

Beautiful unit and layout! So much space and the loft his huge. The beach location is wonderful! Almost our own private beach, sometimes we were the only family there. Don't settle for the cheaper high rise beach front condos. Spend a little extra $ to get this Condo! You will be glad you did. Laura was an excellent host. She guided us through the simple check in/out process and answered any questions we had immediately. We will definitely recommend Pipers III and look to return again soon for our next beach vacation!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was uncrowded, yet there were restaurants and stores within walking distance. Lots of stairs to get to the unit which was fine for us, but perhaps difficult for some visitors. The condo was very well stocked with all the basics. Laura was great at communicating quickly when a couple of issues came up. We would stay there again.

Roof repaired during the week

During our week of vacation, the roof was being repaired. It is a three story building and we were on the thirds story, so it was literally very noisy right above us. The stairs and parkeing lot also had lots of roofing nails we had to avoid. Not fun. The owner claimed not to know the roof was being replaced that week, but I don't believe that. She knew and did not want to tell us ahead of time or reduce the price accordingly. Also, the neighbors next to us smoked cigarettes and pot all week on their balcony. It ruined our ability to use the balcony (in addition to it being full of debris from the roof being replaced.)

Amazing Stay

This place is amazing, we saw amazing sunset from the balcony, saw dolphins playing in the water. This condo has a beautiful big kitchen, and I never saw any rental place kitchen stocked up so well, all the basic things you need for your cooking was already there. We stayed here for a week and it was great and joyful stay, Laura is a superb host, she was very kind to us and responded all our questions all most immediately .
