Soul del Sol Cottage - Piscina privada climatizada, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa.

Robles de matorral nativos enmarcan el patio trasero privado de la cabaña y el área de la piscina que conducen a los alojamientos del primer piso. El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño privado, TV de pantalla plana, cama Queen y acceso directo a un cómodo porche con mosquitero. Otros alojamientos incluyen un dormitorio de invitados con cama Queen y una divertida habitación con literas, ambas con sus propios televisores de pantalla plana y acceso a un segundo baño completo.

El plano de planta abierto del área de arriba es óptimo para el entretenimiento e incluye una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, un área de comedor con capacidad para seis y un área de entretenimiento que alberga un televisor de pantalla plana de gran tamaño que todos pueden disfrutar mientras cocinan, cenan o simplemente relajarse. Adyacente a la gran área principal hay un pintoresco rincón de escritura y una escalera de caracol que conduce a una cúpula con dos camas gemelas / asientos perfectos para intercambiar y reír una historia memorable.

The house was clean and the reminder texts I received from the 30A Luxury Vacations team about trash pickup, etc. made my stay easy.The best part of the house was the location. We were only a few blocks from the private beach access and a few blocks from all of the Rosemary shops.The pool was also great to have for the days we knew rain was in the forecast. I would 100% stay here again.

Really great stay at Captain Jack’s but not perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at Captain Jack’s! You literally cannot beat the location, it’s SO good! The little pool is perfect and overall the house is well maintained. The set up of the house is ideal for those with kids because the master is situated down the hall from the kids rooms so you don’t have to tip toe around your room. I wouldn’t recommend this house for people with little kids as the couch backs up to a stairwell opening which was pretty dangerous for my kids who are dare devils. The master bed is hard as a rock and the pillows are the same. My husband and I are in our 30’s and had back pain most of the week we stayed because the bed was so uncomfortable. It would be amazing if they would get a king bed for the master and some really comfortable pillows. Lastly, the patio is off of the master and was crawling with cockroaches. We saw at least 5 every time we went out there so it was essentially unusable for us. Also, the cockroaches kept sneaking into the master so we found them in our luggage several times. The master sink also didn’t drain. Overall it’s a cute little rental but not perfect.

Great House. Lacks a few basics.

Great house overall. Property management team was friendly and responsive. House was well stocked. A few basic updates would change it considerably: 1. Provide a broom. If you're going to make your home child friendly as they have attempted to do this is a layup. 2. Add rugs to the downstairs. The downstairs is completely tile and gives off summer camp vibes compared to the much nicer hardwood on the second floor. 3. Master bath shower leaked and had to keep towels around it's it constantly. 4. Lots of ants downstairs. This should be easy to address. ***The neighbors were installing a new fence the entire week and ruined our ability to truly enjoy the screened in porch and private pool due to noise, privacy, and saw dust. The work crew was friendly and I understand there's not much anyone could do about this. However, I do believe the HOA should install some sort of policy that requires neighbors to inform adjacent properties prior to construction being done so that property management teams can warn guests accordingly. This may be the case already and we just got duped. Who knows.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoying staying in Rosemary Beach. The house was just okay and would not rent this house again. The beach here is very crowded and there was a lot of smells seaweed on the beach. Very surprised that they don’t groom the beach daily. The HOA has a monopoly on beach chair rentals which are pricy and there’s very little room to bring your own stuff. We usually drove to Grayton state park. Much less crowded. Will probably not stay in Rosemary again.

The property was clean and ready for check-in when we arrived and the property manager checked on us daily via text so if we had a concern or need, they took care of it right away. I do wish there had been lighting on the screened porch ~ It was a perfect place to begin and end the day!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location was good for not being right on the beach. It was a short walk to everything. The home itself was worn out in some places but not too bad. Kitchen cabinets, table and pots/pans have seen better days...and there was a hole inside the microwave. Scuffed up walls, and dirty floors when we arrived. Stained patio cushions.. The management company was quick to respond. Overall it’s in a safe nice neighborhood and fit the needs of our stay...just not in pristine shape anymore.

Awesome stay

This was a great location - easy to walk to all the shops and dining. We loved the heated pool. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. We had everything we needed. We did not use the beds in the crows nest for sleeping - as some of the other reviews noted, it was a little warm (it would be nice in colder times of the year up there) - everywhere else in the house was nice and cool to stay. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and I would pick it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Rosemary in the captain Jack cottage. The house was clean and had what we needed for our stay. However, I wasn’t a fan that the only way we could get into our house when left locked was through the back pool door. It would have made it so much more convenient having a key code on the front door as well, That was the door we primarily used. The pool alarm is a bit obnoxious, about gave my toddler a heart attack when we first got there and opened the back door without thinking of pushing the alarm button first when we arrived. I understand that it’s required but a different sound that wasn’t ear piercing would be nice. Finally , there should definitely be a ceiling fan in ALL rooms. It got pretty toasty at night in the bunk room where my daughter slept. Overall we enjoyed the house and the location was great and parking was easy with our truck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our trip to Rosemary and the house was the perfect size for 5 of us (3 kids). When we first arrived, there was a small issue with the pool cleanliness, but the 30A team was fantastic at resolving and our kids LOVED the pool. The house was stocked nicely, wish they would give 1 more garbage sack so dont forget to bring some. The house was clean and our kids really loved going to the 3rd story to look out. We highly recommend this house and would like to thank the staff of 30A for being responsive and kind with resolving our questions.

Perfect Beach House Family Getaway

Property was recently renovated with new appliances, paint and tile flooring on the main level. Everything was clean and worked as it should. All the amenities you would expect with some nice extras. Heated pool was great. Short walk to beach, indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center and restaurants/coffee shops. Great place to take your family, will definitely be back!

Perfect location and size

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Captain Jack Cottage is a great location. Park your vehicle and walk/bike to everything you need. Even the beach is only an easy 5 minute stroll away. The room set up in this rental is great with the bedrooms on the lowest level, kitchen and living room on the second, and a crows nest that kids are sure to enjoy. Had all the basic things you'd expect a host to provide and instructions were clear and up-to-date. Super easy check out process as well, which we really appreciated (take out the trash and start the dishwasher). Having a pool was really important to us, and this cottage didn't disappoint. We were swimming in it everyday--great place to cool off and hang out with the family. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was very clean and furnishings were nice; kitchen very well stocked. The bedrooms are a little on the small side but the other living areas were very spacious. We enjoyed starting our mornings in the cupola (aka Castle). Short walk to the beach, pools, tennis, shopping, dining. Chris and his staff were genuinely interested in making sure all our needs were met and came through on all. We will definitely be back - Rosemary is such a beautiful place!

The pool is well maintained and great to have right in your own backyard. The location is truly EXCELLENT. Right across the street from the fitness center and pool. It's also less than 5 minutes to the beach, the other pools and great coffee. I can't say enough about the great location. The management company was great although the best part was I never needed them. Their app gave me EVERYTHING I needed and was easy to use. As another guest pointed out the house isn't huge but is exactly as described. It was great for 5 of us

Great family holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is perfectly situated and we loved everything about Rosemary Beach and the accommodation. It was great having the pool, which is small but totally fine. The 30A app worked well for us and we really appreciated having the bikes. It would have been useful to have had different sized bikes as they were all too big for my son and we ended up renting one for him. We would definitely recommend the house/RB and we would come back again. My only criticism (and I should note that this did not bother anyone else in my family) was that is was not super clean. The fundamentals were fine i.e. baths, sinks and bed linen etc. However, skirting boards, cupboard doors (and even some wall areas) in every room could have been dusted and wiped. It needed a more robust clean, in my opinion. Overall, a fabulous family holiday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've come to the Destin area for many years, but this was our first trip to Rosemary Beach. I don't think we'll ever go anywhere else! Chris with 30A Luxury Vacations was great to work with. The house was close to all of the restaurants, shops and a 5 minute walk to the beach (along the boardwalk). The house was clean and had all of the basics we needed. The set up was great for our family of 5 (3 children, ages 8, 5 & 3) and we loved having the pool right there. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
