Ubicado en un vecindario agradable y tranquilo justo en el lago Encantado en Kailua. Maravillosas brisas tropicales, hermosas vistas del lago y las montañas. Deja caer un kayak en el agua para navegar por el lago o remar a la playa de Kailua para una aventura.

Great Stay at Enchanted Lake!

My husband and I spent nearly a month at Marcie’s hale and it was really fantastic. The place is clean and comfy and beautiful views all around. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything. Kailua is really our favourite spot on O’ahu, easy access to the rest of the island, great selection of restaurants and boutiques and to beautiful beaches.

Fantastic stay at Enchanted Lake in Kailua!

Marcie’s apartment is absolutely perfect for a stay in Kailua and Kailua is a perfect place for a stay in Oahu (opposed to the hustle and bustle of the Honolulu’s surroundings). Its view is spectacular and neighborhood very familiar and quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped and we used a lot! It’s very close to Kailua and Lanikai beaches, Kailua center, grocery stores and half way to the North Shore and Honolulu! Perfect in all aspects, would love to come back!

Clean Place, Nice Layout, Lovely Lake

I found this to be a really nice vacation rental, giving us all we needed for a few days on the island: a quiet, comfortable, clean place to come home and make a simple dinner after a day's explorations. The bed was very comfortable (and surprise! so were the pillows!). The place provides beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc) which is also really nice. I wish we could've enjoyed the kayaks more, but the weather was not cooperative. The bathroom shower is huge and the water pressure very good. The (minor) downsides for the house include the surprisingly long drive to get from the main road, through the neighborhood, and to the house; the dull knives in the kitchen (a common problem in rentals); and the relatively small lanai (big enough for 2 people to sit at a table, but not more than that). A nice place with a lovely view.

Enchanted Lake

We loved this property. It was so quiet and beautiful. Wonderful Hawaiian breezes. A great location for sight-seeing. Near everything. Marcie was a great hostess. Truly, an enchanting experience.

Hale on the Lake

Our stay was perfect! The lake brought cool breezes through the hale. We enjoyed our coffee and cocktails on the lanai. Marcie shared the aloha we were looking for.

Honeymoon

We had a great time staying at this place in Kailua for our honeymoon. The house is well set up and a perfect base to explore all the amazing areas around Honolulu without having to stay in the big city.

Quiet and comfortable with gorgeous views!

Great property with lots of amenities like beach towels and a cooler! Plus dedicated, off street parking and a great breeze! Perfectly located too. Very quiet yet close to everything!

My of my top 3 place I’ve stayed at and a very rare gem. I highly recommend with such great host.

It was a perfect place. Every morning you have a great view of the sunrise and just beautiful breathe taking view. Breezy came in and kept the place cool. Such great hospitality and host always made sure we were okay. Highly recommended!!

Quiet, comfortable and well furnished place

My husband and I stayed 7 nights here and we were very impressed firstly by the beautiful lake view and comfortable breeze. And then by its cleanlinesses! The interior design is perfect for vacation in Hawaii. Also they prepare the beach goods such as beach chairs, coolers, enough quantity of beach towels! Marcie & Lisa were supporting our stays with holpitality:) We will definitely come back here for the next vacation in Hawaii!!!! Mahalo, Chie&Takeshi

Kailua Gem

My husband and I rented for a week in May. Everything about the rental was wonderful for us. It was quiet, beautiful view of water, sunrises and sunsets, kayaks on the lake, close to shopping and downtown Kailua, close to beaches, including beautiful Lanikai, close to Kualoa Ranch for a wedding, and less than an hour away from Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head. Marcie was available on site, and helpful, warm and friendly. We would love to come back!

Just relax on the lake, and kayak to the awesome beaches

The most relaxing atmosphere in Oahu. Central to everything, from beaches, hikes, breathtaking views, and not far from the touristy attractions of Honolulu. Marcie is a great host! Winds were great day and night through the house. We were never hot or cold, just a great ambient temperature. No mold or musk, all linens were fresh and clean! Bed is comfy, what more can you ask for?

Extraordinary Space & View

Rarely do I give 5 Stars from start to finish but this cozy, honeymooners paradise took our breath away for 8 days while celebrating our 25th. From the lake view and surrounding mountain range to the birds singing…it’s a best kept secret. It’s minutes away from local shops, beaches and restaurants. The inside is tastefully decorated and felt like home away from home. We are recommending to our fam & friends to experience this Hala and when staying in Oahu. Game changer and at an affordable price!!

Beautiful and relaxing stay on the lake

My husband and I had a nice, relaxing stay here. The view is gorgeous and you get a pleasant cross breeze with the windows. Marcie is a great host and very responsive if you need anything. The house is tucked away so you don't hear any hustle and bustle from the street, but just a short drive from Kailua's restaurants and shops and about 30 mins from Honolulu/Waikiki. If you want to get away from busy parts of Oahu, this is a great spot!

Lakeside Retreat

The property was beautiful and Marcie was a great host. We were initially worried about staying in a property with no air conditioning but found the lake breezes were steady so we didn't need it at all. Would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

A must stay if you’d like to live the Hawaii dream

What an amazing spot! The house was clean, welcoming and the perfect flare of true Hawaii living. The backyard was AMAZING, and we could watch the sunrise right from our lanai every morning. We took the kayaks out even for a sunrise paddle to the beach, it was perfect! The breeze that came into the unit was great, no need for A/C. Marcie supplied us for a new bag of Kona Coffee and gifted us macadamia chocolates which we throughly enjoyed daily. Thank you Marcie for such a relaxing and welcoming stay!

Perfect!

Our stay in Kailua was amazing! Marcie is the perfect host and made sure we had everything from beach chairs, towels, cooler and even kayaks. While we were there my girlfriend proposed to me so Kailua and Lanakai will always have a special meaning for us! Not to mention the view off the back balcony of the house was amazing. We will definitely come stay again!

Great & relaxing stay

We stayed for 10 days and absolutely loved Marcie‘s place! It’s exactly as described in the listing - the views clearly being the most attractive feature :) We enjoyed the serene location a lot, sat outside with coffee or drinks, and kayaked to the beach at sunrise one of the days. Marcie was always super responsive and happy to help. It’s definitely a gem on VRBO, recommend 5/5

Perfect base for Oahu exploration

A great property with easy access to many points around the island, and way more affordable than Waikiki or Honolulu. Highly recommend.

Most people don't even realize there is a lake in Kailua!!
Enchanted Lake is a private lake that funnels into a canal that runs out to Kailua Beach.
I grew up in southern California with a view of the Pacific Ocean. I may not have a few of the ocean from this house however, the views looking out at Enchanted Lake are beautiful and the tropical breezes that come across the lake keeps the property nice and cool.
