Bouldin gem

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's property! He is a gracious and responsive host. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of four and the house was appropriate for our young children. We loved spending time on the outdoor patio. Great kitchen for cooking meals and a comfortable living space to read and play. The location is hard to beat--it's quiet but close to shopping, restaurants and parks/playgrounds!

Great for the Holidays!

This house was exactly what we wanted for our family of three adults and two infants (but could accommodate even more!). It truly felt like a home away from home for the holidays and when we arrived the house was already decorated for Christmas including a tree! Peter generously setup a pack n play for us as well. The pictures are true to the space and we were able to enjoy the living room and have a family meal (cooked in the kitchen) at the dining table. Very nice neighborhood for stroller walks and a short drive to everything. Great laundry facilities!

Very nice small house, perfect location

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Nice accommodations and great to have 3 bedrooms in a smaller house. We had a 4 person guys trip and it was hard to find a place where we didn't have to share a bed. Recommended for sure!

Cute, walk to coffee and restaurants

Nice small bungalow. Flowers in the bedrooms was a nice touch. The owner responded to our text messages and was kind enough to give us a late checkout. We wanted to love this house and for the most part it was fine for our family. It did have nice bedding and sheets. However, the overall condition of the house was a bit dirty - kitchen stove, microwave, cooktop floors and table were sticky. Seemed like maybe the family lives here full time......the bathroom was clean but the bathroom shower/faucet was a challenge as was the dishwasher. No hand towels or wash cloths. I think the house needs a really good deep cleaning..... the weather was nice and we would have liked to enjoy the back yard but it was pretty dirty as well ....no grass or patio just dirt and an open shed stored with lots of stuff. All of that said I would recommend this property i just think the owners need to pay more attention to detail for their guests.

Wonderful home in the heart of the Austin

I would highly recommend Peter's place to anyone visiting Austin. It's a lovely walk (~30-40 minutes) to downtown, but food and other options nearby, a quiet neighborhood, beautiful space, with many thoughtful and generous touches. Peter was very responsive, and very accommodating to our schedule. It was perfect!

Nice Stay

Very good location. Nice appointments but some things could be a bit better. The shower/tub valve fixture is loose which makes it hard to adjust. I felt the house was being used full time and then rented out on occasion. I could be wrong. The stove was a bit dirty as well as other areas that could use a spring cleaning. There were fresh cut flowers in every room which was a very nice touch as well the fridge stocked with beverages!

Great house, great location, even better management.

We stayed here with my family and my brothers family. Both of us have young kids, the house and back yard was perfect for them to run around in and play in. Very clean. Perfect location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Great location

We (three couples) stayed two quick nights while in town for a wedding. The house was very modern, clean, and comfortable. I really liked how easy it was to walk to get coffee, tacos, and drinks since we didn't have a car. We could even walk to congress for shopping. Peter and his wife were very responsive to our needs. I would stay there again.

Awesome place to stay!

We stayed at Bouldin Bungalow during the F1 United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas. The house is in a perfect location, close to downtown Austin, close to the airport and race track. House is very clean, lots of space, and awesome place to sit inside or outside. I would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Austin.

AMAZING

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay here! There isn't one negative thing I can honestly say about this rental. First off the owner was so courteous and respectful. The property is gorgeous and the neighborhood felt safe. We really enjoyed being able to walk to everything downtown but also not feel like we are in the bustle of it all. We will be booking this place again whenever we are in town! Thanks again!

This place was in the dead center of all of my Austin traveling, and I was five minutes away wherever I was! The house was clean, comfortable, and more than enough room for my friends and I while visiting. Will absolutely stay again!

Team Trip for Texas Book Festival

This place was perfect. Great space, close to everything, clean, and the rooms were super clean. I liked that one of the rooms had two beds and the washing machine was clutch. Huge yard and great neighborhood. Strongly recommend.

Mother Daughter Trip

Loved loved loved the vacation rental home. It had everything you need -- towels, sheets, pots & pans. The location is fantastic. We walked to restaurants and to ACL. Safe quiet neighborhood street. Huge yard with Bbq pit. Best part of all is incredible swings from tall trees for kids to play outside. Super comfortable beds. Extremely clean! Felt very safe for a mother with her girls. Neighbors seemed to be quietly & discretely looking out for us. Friendly neighborhood and the owner was only s text away for Abu questions we had. Super quick & friendly response.

This craftsman style home is unique in many ways. It has its original hardwood floors and many windows to let in natural light. Anyone that stays inside can get many differnt views of all the greenery and huge heritage trees outside along with all the people walking, biking and running in the neighborhood. Anyone who stays at this rental property will have the opportunity to walk through this historic neihghborhood to all the local variety of restaurants, musical events or shopping centers. After a day enjoying many of the local events come back and enjoy this restored bungalow that has been decorated with perfect pieces of furniture to relax and enjoy your family.
