Ubicada junto al campo de golf Baytown, esta casa ofrece un amplio plano de planta abierto con una hermosa cocina de vanguardia. Desde el momento en que entras en el nuevo vestíbulo personalizado con azulejos de madera, te sentirás relajado y listo para comenzar tus vacaciones. La sala de estar de la casa permite que la familia y los amigos se separen y se relajen después de un largo día en la playa. Hay muchos asientos cómodos disponibles para disfrutar de una película o evento deportivo favorito en la gran pantalla plana T. V. En el caso de que planees entretenerte durante tu estancia, ¡hay un fabuloso bar para compartir bebidas alcohólicas con tu familia y amigos! La cocina complacerá al cocinero más exigente de la familia con una gran cantidad de encimeras, y todas las "herramientas" que necesitaría para preparar todo, desde una cena pintoresca para dos hasta un festín para muchos, esta cocina seguramente complacerá !

La suite principal ofrece una sala de estar y puertas privadas que dan al patio cubierto con vista al campo de golf. Para su disfrute también hay una pantalla plana T. V. en el maestro. El espacioso baño principal ha sido completamente renovado con una bañera profunda, una amplia ducha y tocadores dobles.
El segundo dormitorio está decorado con un adorable tema de conchas de mar y estrellas de mar y tiene una cama queen. Hay un montón de almacenamiento para sus pertenencias y otra pantalla plana T. V. También tiene otro baño completo con una gran ducha de cristal recién renovada.
El 3er dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y su propia pantalla plana T. V. Hay otro cuarto de baño que tiene una combinación de ducha y bañera. Todos estarán a tiempo para sus reservas de cena con 3 baños completos en la villa.

En el exterior, tiene un patio con mosquitero para disfrutar de las frescas brisas que flotan en el Golfo. Tivoli by the Sea tiene una piscina exclusivamente para el uso de sus huéspedes y está a un corto paseo de la orilla del agua. Puede llevar el carrito de golf a la playa o los huéspedes también pueden utilizar el Servicio de traslado gratuito que recorre todo el complejo. Se recoge en la entrada del vecindario y sale cada 20 o 30 minutos aproximadamente.

Spring Getaway

We were very happy with our property. It was accurately pictured and we had plenty of room for four adults. The location was close to the pool and the beach was easily accessible. Access to a golf cart was a plus. I would definitely book this property again.

Awesome place

We all had a great stay at this property, very spacious and comfortable. The condo was very clean and well maintained and beds were comfortable. When we arrived all of the lights and fans were on which made your first impression a nice experience, so nice job whoever decided to prepare the house for our arrival .Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful well appointed property

The 3 different coffee machine choices and ice machine was a great surprise. We plan to book this unit again. Have stayed at several different properties at this resort. This was the best by far.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 2 months in this condo, first reaction walking thru the door is itsBigger than it looks in the pictures. Very Nice screened in patio with azalea bushes surrounding the porch. Bathrooms are very updated. Separate ice machine came in handy many times, we only slept in master bedroom, bed is more on the Firm side, but I grew to like that level of Firmness in a mattress. The whole back of unit is windows surrounding the dining room with double French doors out to the screened porch, very nice to leave open on a nice day. When we first arrived the golf cart would only make it a mile or so on its charge, so we complained and to our surprise a company came 4 days later to put brand new batteries in it, from that moment on, you can take it for a 10 mile ride and it will still have over half it battery power left.The dryer and washer are in need of replacement, the dryer would take hours to dry towels, I suggested cleaning the venting to the exterior, hopefully they took our advise? Overall, it’s a small company, with nice people and we will continue to rent from them every year!Mark & Cindy

Construction obstruction

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a very nice condo, well decorated and laid out very nicely. Unfortunately, there were painters working on the day we arrived. Their trucks took up four of the parking spaces, including the trailer that they left all week long. They had plastic sheeting over all of the windows, therefore, we were unable to see outside our entire trip, sunlight blocked off from coming in the home. The master bathroom toilet, while it worked fine, would continuously run. So we were forced to turn the water off to it and use one of the other bathrooms. The bathroom that was dedicated to the other bedroom didn’t flush very well, so rather than take any chances, we strictly used the middle bathroom by the kitchen. Otherwise, this stay was very enjoyable, the golf cart came in handy multiple times. We would consider staying again.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent. Only downside was the screen porch and windows needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of night time noise from other renters but security was fast to shut them down. We would recommend this location to others.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful and very well stocked. (There were FOUR coffee pots!) It was clean and comfortable, although a few small updates are needed. The patio, however, needs a lot of work. It was dirty and full of bugs, both alive and dead. Not sure if that's the fault of the rental company or the cleaning crew, but it definitely needs some attention. We just walked through it to take our dog out, and that was the extent of our time on the patio. The mosquitos at both entrances were horrible. I know it's Florida but seems like such a large resort would have something in place to help with that issue. Ants also enjoyed our dog's food bowl being on the floor, so if you bring your dog, don't leave its food down on the floor for very long. I kept wondering why ours wasn't eating her food, then I realized that her food was full of ants. Perhaps it was just time for the exterminator to come, but the ants seemed to appear out of nowhere, and then disappeared just as quickly. We know the owners and will give them a full review of our stay at their condo and the rental company, but overall, it was clean and decorated beautifully. The location was also convenient to everything, although a little crowded. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean house overall

Our only complaint was that you are under another unit… and they upstairs family was crazy inconsiderate and super loud 24 hours a day. Just as soon as we’d lay down to sleep for the day they would start (what sounded like) literally jumping on the floor!! Even one day I decided to try and nap in the middle of the day and as soon as I fell asleep I was abruptly awoken by pictures on the walls shaking and what sounded like the ceiling was about to fall. Besides that, the area needs way more parking. If you have to leave, just know your spot will be taken. Other than those two things, very clean and beautiful house.

Tivoli is a wonderful neighborhood within Sandestin and very convenient to the beach

Beautiful house

Check in and check out was easy. The house was beautiful. My only complaints..... the plumbing in the owners suite was backed up and we saw the biggest roach in the kitchen eating my child's leftover chicken finger.

We did have a few issues with roaches on the couch and in the bedrooms. The closet door in the first bedroom was broken both times we've stayed there, but we kept away from it. Pretty bummed that the ice machine was not working either.Overall we enjoyed our stay and the amenities provided. Thank you!

Great location. Pretty house.

Lovely as pictured. Comfortable. Nice kitchen. Bad parking though. I think lots of families staying in one condo so three vechicles all From one distant state took up all spots. We had to walk with all of our groceries and luggage when we were finally able to find spot in front of another condo building three buildings away. Other renters parked their golf carts to purposely block parking spaces so they could save when they came back from being away. But other than that we enjoyed ourselves and loved going to the beach. I would definitely say the place was comfortable and nice. Loved the screened in porch.

Very disappointed in this property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this particular unit for the past 5 years. The unit from the outside in is not appealing at all. From the moment that you arrive, it is easy to trip over all of the golf cart charger cords, trip on lose and cracked tiles, see construction debris, roaches, litter and unattended flower pots.. The welcome mat was filthy inside and out. The golf cart key, hung on a hook, right inside the door. It was disgustingly filthy. The kitchen was not equipped very well, no working ice machine, (spent a fortune on ice), and sadly, roaches on the counters and floors. The shower faucets are hard to regulate as well. we bring our family here very year, and spend over 600 dollars a night, not a good use of our resources. The unit definitely is tired and needs to be updated, but that is not what will keep us from renting again. If I could be candid it is the general upkeep of the entire unit and surrounding property that is in jeopardy. I always give great reviews if deemed appropriate, but it wouldn't be fair to you if I sugar coated this review. Very sad
