Disfrute el lado Lahaina con comodidad! Dos dormitorios, un baño condominio amueblado 'Island Style'. Excelente ubicación frente al parque de la playa! Al lado de los agricultores de mercado, cafetería, iglesia histórica, ya poca distancia de muchos grandes lugares de playa! Grandes playas para nadar, tomar el sol, buceo y observación de ballenas! Ubicación Clima hermosa en la isla.

Estamos ubicados en 3666 L. Honoapiilani Rd, B7 Unidad en el complejo Honokowai Palms; directamente al otro lado de la calle del parque de la playa de Honokowai.

¡También se incluyen para su uso un refrigerador para el almuerzo y toallas de playa de tamaño completo! Nuestro apartamento tiene su propia plaza de aparcamiento reservada así que no hay tarifas de estacionamiento!

Great local feel

Seemed very local and not a resort feel. Had our own kitchen and full size fridge! Lots of towels and plenty of sleeping space!

Great location, very cute, clean and welcoming.

It is very clean and tidy. You can’t beat the location at Kaanapali, right next to the best farmers market on Maui. We loved the vintage motif and the other residents were nice. We will be back.

Local Vibes and Great Location

This quaint condo has a local vibe. The sweet church across the street had services while we stayed and you could hear the singing, so sweet. Local families hanging out at the beach across the street bbqing and playing volleyball ball. Walking distance to great places to eat and the most beautiful sunset! A short drive and you are at some famous beaches surrounded by resorts. We loved the local feel and casual atmosphere.

Unbelievable

First trip to the islands was unbelievable. The hosts were very gracious and thenlocation can not be beat. Much more of a neighborhood feel than a resort, and that is what we wanted. Very nice community in the condos and thenlical shops were very gracious and welcoming.

Simple, well stocked & well equipped kitchen which we appreciated. Super nice neighbors. Very good location. Coffee nearby. Food truck park in walking distance. Fast internet. 30 second walk to beach across the street. Comfortable rooms and beds and pretty clean. Bring your own soap.

Great value and nice location

We had a great stay, I have two boys (10-12) and it was nice having the park right outdoor for them. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment, there are so much cool stuff very close to here, great location!! Snorkeling in Honolulu and Slautherhouse beach. Nakelele blowhole and olivine tidal pools were great. Only thing that I missed was a laundry basket and something to dry clothes on in the bathroom.

Not great for families

Condo is very old and smells quite bit. I sent a message to manager about smell but no response. Also, Location. Is not great for families. We tried to avoid staying in the condo except for sleeping. Mosquitoes are every where inside condo and AC unit is small and smells. Please try to avoid for families if possible

Aloha All - So guest sent us an email regarding a smell. We tried calling them right away. Guest did not answer our call and we left a message. Guest did not return our calls. We use our cell phone number as a contact so that guests can reach us at any time. Unit is on the second floor and gets great air flow through the unit. We have not had an odor issue. I called the guests who stayed prior and checkout the day these guests arrived, and they had no odor or pests issues. I called the current guests that checked in the day these guests departed and also no issues. Our cleaning service also inspected and found no signs of either issues. Future guests: please call and talk to us if there is an issue so we can fix your concerns. This guest did not try to call or answer our calls. Also we have had several hundred families stay since 2005. All have enjoyed the unit and it's location. Not sure why this guest decided to be so petty in their comments. Come to Maui with a good heart and enjoy all there is to offer. Maui is a magical island and rewards those kinds of guests with so much beauty and rainbows.

Wonderful Hawaii property right next to beach

Albeit short, we had a wonderful stay at Mike's property. It was very clean and in a secure location for our family (with reserved parking spot). Plus right next to the beach for a quick 1 min. stroll to experience the ocean. Mike was a wonderful host- very responsive to our communication and clear directions. Also, we had to return early due to an unexpected situation and he was very understanding and accommodative of our situation. Highly recommend for families that want to relax near a beach.

Great location!

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 6. We chose this property based on the location - next to a kids-friendly beach park, conveniently next to a farmer's market and within walking distance of other stores + food truck court. The property had everything we needed to cook and we also made a cake during our stay!

Great location

The location right across from the park/beach was great. Easy to walk to everything in Honokowai, short drive to Lahaina, ideal location for us. Everything was as described. Worked well for our small family. Mike responds quick to all questions and gives plenty of helpful information, we appreciated being first time island visitors. AC units do okay cooling the bedrooms but don’t help the rest of the place. Tried to use the windows for air flow during the day but the layout does not lend to it too well. Even though it was windy our whole stay, it got fairly warm by evening time.

Private piece of Paradise

ThiS cozy island rental had everything we needed for our island visit. Mike was prompt in taking care of our needs, and very clear on arrival procedure. Cute unit, lovely location across the street from the beach. We would cook dinner some nights, then just picnicked at the park, watching the sunset. Really convenient location, within walking distance to so many amenities. Up to date appliances and many creature comfort’s included. Mahalo.

Very nice gem in a great location

This is a great place to stay for 4 people. It's one of those places that have everything. The property is across the street from a beautiful beach and there are plenty of food options within walking distance. Air conditioning, toiletries, onsite parking also make the stay more comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, super easy to work with.

Perfect stay and area

A group of friends and myself stayed at this property for 3 nights and we have no complaints - maybe slight noise complaint outside but nothing within the owners control! It was in a convenient location, with a few stores a block away. There was also a beach across the street, super accessible. Mike and Stephanie had everything we needed and more, I'm glad we found the listing for their place. I highly recommend it! Great and easy communication as well, when needed. Mahalo!!

Great place, convenient location

Comfortable, clean, adequate, walking distance to convenience store and good restaurants. We found it to be a good value for the price and accurately represented by the other reviews. We stayed for 10 days and in retrospect we would have preferred to split our time between staying in this area and somewhere the north east side like Haiku, just so we didn't spend so much time in the car since we wanted to explore the island thoroughly.

Great for the price and location

The owners are so nice and helpful. They answered my many questions. We would walk across the road and watch the sunset almost every night. It is in a great location and easy to get to stores and places to eat, some are within walking distance. We hope to go back soon.

Loved this place. Beach park right across the street was awesome and perfect for my younger niece for an end of the day quick dip. Mike and Stephanie are the best, just a call or text away if you need anything. Stephanie, seriously, thank you so much. Got to fully enjoy the end of my trip thanks to you. Dont hesitate to book with them. I'll definitely be coming to them first if I ever return to Maui.

Difficult Review

First I would like to say that i own and manage rental property as well. Mike and Stephanie are clearly property managers who try to do the right thing. There was an issue with the property during the stay. They tried to handle it in a professional manner, but couldn’t resolve the issue within 24 hours because of vendor availability. Sometimes things just don’t work out and they promptly refunded our monies.

Great location

We had a great 3 nights here. Beds were very comfortable and we really appreciate the choices of diffrent pillow thicknesses! Everything we needed was in walking distance and the boardwalk starting 5 minutes away from the condo was definitely a big plus for our morning runs/walks. Internet had a great speed for my husband to do some work as well. Thanks for having us.

The place is right across the street from a little beach, which is beautiful. We watched a couple sunsets from there. The place itself was absolutely perfect and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great, but I didn’t know where the dumpster was to take out the trash, I look around the parking lot and a family looked as well. I left some water for the next person, I wasn’t sure if that was ok. The unit was directly across the beach, it was viewible from the door and window each time I looked out.

Great place

Great location, very clean, property owners were very nice and easy to get ahold of for questions. Only negative is that the place was a little small for a family of five and the walls are very thin.

The West Side of Maui has a lot of great beaches! And we are close to Lahaina - fantastic seaside town with many great restaurants, clubs, shops, and art galleries! The weather on the west side is also the best! We chose the Honokowai Palms as it is a small comfortable complex and is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and Maui's adventures!
