Recién pintado y remodelado de cocina (marzo de 2017) amueblado condominio de planta baja de Palm Desert de 985 pies cuadrados en la comunidad cerrada de Royal Palms. Este complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas, 2 bañeras de hidromasaje y gimnasio.

Salga por la puerta del patio hacia una cubierta orientada al sur en un cinturón verde con sol cálido todo el día.

Hay 2 dormitorios, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con baño en suite (ducha) y lavadora y secadora. El otro dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El baño completo principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha.

Dos puestos de estacionamiento designados, WiFi incluido (y gratis), azulejos en todas partes y una unidad familiar. El condominio cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para que sus vacaciones sean excelentes.

Great location and amenities

Great location and lots of extras you don’t get in other places like the cooking condiments and laundry detergent - the pools and hot tubs were shared but we were the only ones so it was also an extra perk - also with nice and clean bathrooms by the pool - my kids loved the 2 deluxe massage leather chairs and overall and excellent value and experience - highly recommended - it was perfect for us because we needed 3 beds and they had 2 full bathrooms -

It was appointed with everything needed to feel at home. The owner and property manager were very responsive. The overall condo units were well maintained and inviting.. the location was ideal.

Affordable and convenient

The condo had everything we needed and was in a quiet and convenient location. A second set of keys or a smart lock would be a great addition.

Great Location and Lovely Accommodations

Hi-Ann was an amazing host. She deserves 5 stars. Plenty of supplies, the place was immaculate and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. Great responsiveness to questions. The place was great for three adults. Great value in a great part of Palm Desert. Than you, Jo-Ann.

Clean & cozy

We had a nice time, used for stagecoach which was 9 miles away. We didn't get to use pool and was only in condo from 1:30am-11:00am. It was clean and cozy. Hope to use it again next year for stagecoach. Thank you Jo Ann

Older property - property had not been cleaned when we arrived. Contacted owner and property manager- they responded by the time we had it cleaned and offered to refund our cleaning fee and to pay for a dinner out. Great location

Too bad it's right on noisy Washington

The check in was seamless, we loved the keypad instead of having to worry about a key, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc, and the unit felt nice and clean when we arrived. We tried to sit out on the tiny little patio a few times because it was so warm, but the noise from Washington Street was too much for us.The KS bed was very comfortable which we appreciated.It is an old unit that is definitely showing it's age, and there is way too much "stuff" everywhere, but it was centrally located for what we wanted to do. And we enjoyed using the hot tub which was just across the street!

Charming Location Close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. A short 40 minute walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Comfortable beds, two baths, and a newly renovated kitchen. Has a designated parking spot out front. When we arrived and found someone had parked in this spot, a phone call to the owner resulted in a prompt resolution of the problem. Thank you Jo-Ann! There is a small patio out back, that I enjoyed in the morning. It is right next to Washington Ave, so you can hear the traffic noise, but overall, a very clean, quaintly decorated condo that served our purpose very well, with a very helpful and receptive owner.

PSP 2020

This property certainly had everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the place was clean. The pools are well maintained. The small patio off the master faces the 10th green of the adjacent golf course, but it is on Washington so a bit noisy. We would definately stay there again.

Nice little condo

Decent place for the money. Very well stocked with just about anything you might need. Had the pool all to ourselves. A very small condo community with a golf course located behind. All in all we had a good stay. A few negatives, but we were on vacation and had a great time.

Good place to stay. Road noise from Washington street was very loud in the bedrooms .

Great stay. Only thing I would want is pickleball courts on site. Since it is a small site without tennis courts, then I can not see how or where they would be implemented!

Very 'Residential' vs. 'Resort'

This is comfortable condo that we found clean and suitable for my family of four to spend a long weekend in the desert. This condo is in a conventional residential community, not in one of the many 'resort' or 'country club' properties in the area. We had much more of the feeling of staying in a private residence than a resort vacation property, notwithstanding the listing on a 'vacation rentals' website. The master bedroom lacks a door leading into the master bathroom (uses a shower curtain), which featured a leaky toilet that ran during the night and awakened us. Also, other residents used the owner's guaranteed parking spots leading us to park in 'guest'-marked spaces and guessing whether it was permissible. The property manager was available and responsive to these concerns, and overall I would have preferred to avoid the need to contact the property manager with problems. Next time I will look more closely for a condo listed in a resort community.

Thanks Stephen for the review. We have ordered a door for the bathroom and it will be installed in June; unfortunately for your visit it was to late. As I understand it you did reach out to our property manager who addressed the immediate need on our pesky master bathroom toilet issue this year. This issue is also being replaced with the door for the master bath. We do appreciate the comments about comfortable and clean and we do not advertise this as being in a resort but we can definitely make a note in the listing so others will not have expectations such as yours. Again thank you for the feedback and review - getting better is one of the best things we can do.

Wonderful home away from home

My husband and I were delighted to be back at this great condo. This is the second year that we stayed there because we really loved it last year as well. The owner is a pleasure to communicate with, being very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. We really enjoyed the cozy kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. Coming back to the condo after a long day at the tennis tournament was also a pleasure. It took hardly any time to get there. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and the comfortable bed was inviting and provided the restful sleep we needed. We look forward to coming back next year to this wonderful home away from home.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this condo! We brought our 1 year old daughter and my parents and had a pleasant stay. The condo is clean and tidy, with everything you might need. The grounds are nice with clean pools and a safe, gated area. There are a few grocery stores, pharmacy and fast food just a 15 min walk or quick drive away. As others have mentioned, it would be nice if the master bath had a door, but it's certainly not necessary. Working with owner to get the details on the rental and to leave the property was easy and messages were responded to within 24 hours at most. Would definitely stay here again!

The door to the master bathroom is definitely a challenge as we want to keep our unit wheelchair accessible and cannot find a solution that works other then the curtain. We will continue to look for another alternative.

Great home away from home!!

Husband and I were there for a whole week for the tennis tournament. We loved the location of the condo - very close to the tournament. We didn't get to use any of the amenities because we were gone all day, coming back pretty late in the evenings. It was really great to have everything we needed in the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, condiments, spices, coffee, teas, soups, and even some canned foods and drinks. Even though we barely used any of that, it was nice to have it there, just in case we needed something. It felt like home. We were a little disappointed when we first arrived at the condo because it had not been cleaned, but after we called the owner, the property manager showed up in just a few minutes and took care of everything. We were really impressed by how fast and efficiently everything became perfect for us. From the beginning we established a wonderful rapport with the owner, who was not only helpful but also caring. We feel like she took care of us like she would her own family. We were very lucky finding such a great condo, and will be back as often as we can.

This was a nice condo, but it would have been nicer if both toilets didn't stop up, which required some serious plunging and tightening of the handle. The bathtub and bathroom sink were not clean and had hair and dust all over and the blinds were extremely dusty. I hope my $150 cleaning fee (which seems excessive for this size condo) helps clean the place for the next guests. We would probably choose somewhere else to stay next time.

Thanksgiving Stay

My Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law joined me for the Thanksgiving Holiday and we stayed at this property. It was perfect! Everything worked, it was clean, comfortable and close to everything including Interstate 10 and Hwy 111. We would stay there again!

Comfortable condo, busy location

The property was very centrally located with easy access to major arteries, which is what we were looking for. The condo was fairly clean, although we did discover when we went to do a load of laundry that a load of "wet" towels had been left in the washer from previous renters for 4 days. The kitchen was well stocked and seemed to be easy to cook in. We liked the floor plan and layout. The back porch was very small and backed up to an extremely busy street(Washington), so the traffic noise was considerable, along with sirens , etc. This noise was audible at night during sleeping hours. The community pools were fine except that they weren't heated, so swimming was out. The hot tubs were turned on but fairly dirty with sand. the fitness room was non existent since the 2 pieces of equipment in there were both old and broken down! Its too bad the management isn't more attentive with these types of "amenities."
