El hogar personalizado de nueva construcción con un plano de planta abierto combina la comodidad con el encanto mexicano. Más de 100 aves vistas desde nuestro patio, lista de aves domésticas disponible a pedido. Hemos filtrado grifos de agua en cada fregadero y el refrigerador tiene una fábrica de hielo automática que utiliza el agua filtrada. ¡No necesitas comprar agua embotellada en nuestra casa!
La cocina completamente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos, gran encimera de hormigón con la inserción de la tarjeta de corte de madera y agua filtrada. La cocina se abre a una terraza cubierta con una gran mesa de comedor, sillas de cuero tradicionales y muebles de ratán. El porche con vistas al patio y jardín, que incluyen cocoteros, árboles de plátano y papaya, 3 tipos diferentes de jengibre y otras plantas tropicales. Nuestro porche es ideal para la captura de los puntos de vista brisa del mar, observación de aves y puesta del sol.

La escalera de piedra al aire libre que conduce a los dormitorios y jardín. Cada cama está encerrado en un mosquitero que puede optar por dormir bajo si lo desea. Siempre dormimos debajo de la red, no se preocupe nocturnas sobre los mosquitos! Ambas habitaciones se abren a la terraza inferior con una cómoda hamaca y el patio con sillas de jardín.

El baño de abajo cuenta con un montón de espacio en el mostrador y 2 lavabos de cerámica de colores Talavera mexicana. La ducha al aire libre cuenta con cabezas de ducha doble y una pared de azulejos de Talavera de colores brillantes.

La "sala de bonificación" en la planta baja cuenta con una larga mesa donde se puede guardar su equipaje y configurar su ordenador portátil, una estación de carga que le permite cargar todos sus dispositivos en un solo lugar y ventiladores extra si los necesita.

Cada habitación de la casa está decorada con colores brillantes azulejos de Talavera mexicana y pintado en colores tropicales. Hay "alfombras de baldosas", al pie de cada cama, arcos de baldosas y paredes de azulejos. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo y cada uno tiene 2 porche techo f

Existe una gran observación de aves desde el porche debido a los árboles que lo rodean. Más de 100 especies han sido identificadas desde el porche, así que trae tus binoculares.

Tenemos una escalera que conduce al techo con sillas y una mesa pequeña, con una vista perfecta del atardecer.

Amazing place!

Close to town and beach with a beautiful garden to feel private and watch the wonderful birds that come to visit. Comfortable, cheerful, lots of art to look at, and well thought out. An exceptional place.

Enjoyed Our Stay

This is a two part review. First about the house and grounds. Very pretty villa with awesome kitchen. Only thing missing is a microwave. Appliances all in excellent shape and utensils/cookware is outstanding. Has filtered water which is huge and plenty of hot water. Wonderful shower. The veranda is huge and the large table is great for game playing or eating. Very well equipped. Has decent Wifi and an extender so two different passwords of which we had an issue initially but realized with the help of the manager that it was just missing a number on the password. Easily solved. The garden is well maintained and there are a number of really colorful birds you can see and photograph. A couple key things. The bedrooms are downstairs and accessed from the outside. Just know that you have to haul luggage down maybe 15 stairs. One bathroom which is beautiful is shared by both rooms so if there are two couples you'll be sharing the facilities. The other half bathroom is upstairs on the main level. There are lots of ceiling fans and free standing fans with mosquito netting. I was reading about the quiet nature of the house being on the end of a street. It is nicely located and away from the main street. Easy walk to "downtown". However, there is a bar about a block away which two of the five days played really loud music until 3:00 a.m. There are disposable earplugs in the bathroom but just know this isn't a "quiet retreat". We love the town but there is plenty of noise at different times. Three of the five days had burning going on so could smell smoke and thus had to keep the doors and windows shut. We've traveled in this area a number of times but the first time to San Pancho. We both liked the town and beach. The waves were large where most the activity is so great for surfing or boogey boarding but not a casual swim. Has a pretty decent undertow. We were happy with our stay and found our property manager to be available and supportive. It has one key and a lock box and we had an issue for a bit accessing but that is easily solved with an extra key being available. Enjoy!

San Pancho Home

We stayed in this San Pancho home for 10 days during Christmas. It was extremely clean, located on a dead end street, walkable to central San Pancho and the beach. The amenities were great, especially the filtered water and ice. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, mosquito netting, and tranquility of the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay in San Pancho. We will return and recommend your lovely home.

Beautiful garden setting, birding delight, artistic and cheerful home

We recently spent a delightful month at the Siegel’s home in San Pancho. The house is located on a short street with a single access, which enhanced the sense of privacy and quiet, yet is within easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. It is surrounded by a magnificent garden with tall palm and banana trees, cactus and flowers, and lovely stonework. We loved watching the birds attracted to this setting, sitting in the second floor balcony, which usually enjoyed a delightful breeze. The rooms are cheerfully painted and decorated, with numerous artistically painted murals. We loved the shower with its partial access to the outdoors. Two large, spacious bedrooms are on the ground level, accessible from an outside staircase. Internet connections can be slow, but this is an issue throughout San Pancho. All in all, we highly recommend this lovely home.

Truly lovely spot! The house is beautiful, with amazing attention to detail. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, this was a great experience for us. Sherri was prompt in responding to the reservation request, and the house and property are impeccably built and taken care of. This is a full-sized house on two levels, with ample porches that are well-integrated with the space on both levels. In other words, there's lots of room. From the landscaping to the murals on the wall, it feels like an artistic retreat. The tile work in the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, and beautiful back porch overlooking the garden are works of art. The shower downstairs is both private and open-air, with the possibility of using a second shower-head: watch the sunset while you take a shower. One other big plus: There are separate spigots in the bathrooms and kitchen water for purified drinking water, so you have clean water everywhere you need it. And San Pancho is a dynamic and fun little pueblo. The beach, tons of restaurants and bakeries, and a cool non-profit Entre Amigos that runs a library, community center, and shop. The house is a fabulous and inspired space and the community is too. I highly recommend it.

Bird Watchers paradise was spectacular!

Bird Watchers paradise was lovely and everything anyone could want was there. The entire house was decorated in authentic Mexican decor. It was conveniently located near the center of San Pancho, as well as walking distance to the beach. The outdoor garden area was beautiful and the gardener came regularly to sweep the courtyard and water the plants. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions one might have in advance of occupying the home. I highly recommend anyone to book this lovely home.

We fell in love with San Pancho over 20 years ago while vacation with our 2 daughters. We returned each year during their winter school vacations. Eventually we bought a lot in town and years later began the process of building. Because my husband is a contractor we were involved in every stage of planning and building our house here. He installed all the plumbing and electrical to US standards.
