Casa Flores is tucked away on a quiet street just a block off the main street.

It is a recently-constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that is modern, clean and comfortable. Beautiful backyard heated swimming pool; backs onto open space, overlooking a peaceful jungle field with horses and many species of birds (binoculars provided for bird-watching enthusiasts).

Medium-sized combination safe with room for laptops, cameras and personal items accessed by your personal code or a credit card; comfortable lounge chairs on back patio by the pool; outdoor gas grill, and table and chairs out on the patio for outdoor dining. Air conditioning throughout the house and filtered drinking water from a tap at the kitchen sink. We also have upgraded internet, with speeds of up to 100Mbs and Guest Netflix account for the television.

It is just a 5-minute walk from Casa Flores to the beach, past local restaurants and shops. It is just close enough to town and the beach for a flat, easy walk, but just far enough away that you don't get the roosters, dog-barking and late-night music to keep you awake at night. San Pancho is a delightful village. It is peaceful and safe, but big enough that there are plenty of great restaurants and shops. It's easy to get here from the Puerto Vallarta airport, just a 45-minute drive through a beautiful tropical jungle corridor, to our little beach town. Beyond all the high-rise, all-inclusive resorts, you will find all the best of Mexico. The beach here is never crowded except for holidays, and the three little beach bars offer a perfect vantage point for enjoying the stunning sunsets you can see daily. San Pancho is a great community of friendly people who value the opportunity to meet new people, and they will welcome you with open arms. San Pancho is a place that will stay in your heart forever.

There is a small apartment upstairs that is occupied only by the owners - they may or may not be there when you rent. You can be assured that they are quiet, respectful, and stay out of the way - unless, of course, you need help or advice, in which case they are happy to do so.
