Cacerías Florida Villa es una villa muy bien situado en una subdivisión llamada Slivercreek. Nuestra villa se encuentra a unos 15 minutos de la puerta principal de Disney y está cerca de todas las atracciones principales. Está completamente amueblado y equipado con todo lo necesario para tener unas fantásticas vacaciones en la Florida.

La villa dispone de un total de 5 dormitorios y 3 baños. Incluso:

· Un dormitorio principal con un cuarto de baño

· Un dormitorio de matrimonio con un baño

· Dos habitaciones dobles (Niños / Niñas)

· Una habitación llena

· Un cuarto de baño familiar.

Todas las sábanas y las toallas están incluidas. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con una pantalla plana T. V

La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene todo lo que necesita. Incluyendo los electrodomésticos básicos:

· Nevera, con un dispensador de agua y hielo

· Microonda

· Cocina / Horno

· Lavavajillas

· Tetera

· Tostadora

· Maquina de cafe

· Unidad de eliminación de residuos

En la cocina hay una mesa de comedor de 4 plazas, con una barra de desayuno de 2 plazas. También hay una gran mesa de comedor de 6 plazas situado en la zona de comedor de planta abierta / sala de estar.

El garaje se ha convertido en una sala de juegos. La sala de juegos tiene una mesa de billar, baloncesto aro y disparar un futbolín. La lavadora y la secadora también se encuentran en el garaje.

La villa tiene su propia piscina al aire libre cerrado privada y un spa. Con una zona de estar al aire libre, incluyendo tumbonas. El área cubierta de la piscina se ha ampliado recientemente, así que hay mucho espacio para relajarse bajo el sol.

La casa ha sido recientemente actualizado y reformado con muebles modernos. Tales como sofás de cuero y televisores de pantalla plana. Las dos habitaciones dobles han sido brillantemente decorado como diversión de los niños dormitorios.

Great space

Great spaces for everyone to have quiet downtime alone and for the whole family to gather together. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

All the comforts of home

The listing is accurate... everything we needed was there. Beds were comfy and neighbors were nice. Location was perfect! Owner was easy to talk with prior to our stay as well as during our stay!

Quiet area

The location was great. We were able to go to Disney but then leave for a quieter atmosphere. Very convenient to Walmart and restaurants. Outside of a little extra dusting, home accomated all of our needs.Due to rain we were able to use the pool but kids had the game room and plenty of channels to keep them entertained.

Very comfortable and entertaining

The house is huge, beautiful and has plenty to do. Was nice coming back to it after long days at parks. Was also nice to just relax and spend one day at house and there was alot of activities for the children to remain occupied and adults relax. Owner very informative and responds quickly and very kind. We will definitely use this home again.

Great Stay

The property was perfect for our family. The place is relatively clean and very well kept. The bathrooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Our son used the pool without needing it heated and enjoyed it. Only complaint from our family is that there was no blow dryer. Definitely recommend the unit if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay that will meet all of your needs.. Thanks for a great experience!

Great Clermont home Close to Disney

This was a great property with plenty of space for our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 children). We especially appreciated the plentiful dining space. The home provided everything we needed for our 1 week stay. We liked the location, it's removed from the hustle and bustle of Orlando while still being convenient to the Disney parks. The drive to Disney took about 20 minutes and we loved avoiding I-4 traffic. Neil was very helpful and always responded to questions promptly. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for our trip. 3 of our days were spent at the parks so we didnt get to utilize the pools as much as we wanted. We did use the game room and pool for our last few days and it was pefect. The house was clean and as expected. Neil was great with communication and answered questions I had quickly.

The house is located in a decent neighborhood. Took about 30 min to get to Disney and 45 to universal. Some items like the basketball hoop were in disrepair. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great location with tons of room for whole family

Amazing host who went above and beyond. Home offered plenty of room for us to spread out. Family loved the game room. It was an amazing bonus. It’s a little bit of drive to get to Universal Studios but we knew this when we booked. There is excellent access to get anything you may need. There is Walmart, Walgreens, tons of restaurants and even an urgent care and a free standing emergency room within 5min of the house. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area! Thank you!

House was clean, good location, and a good price but was very upset air could not be turned down past 73 especially in a heat wave and was sweating just trying to cook ;( then there were the roaches in several rooms of the house :(

Short drive to all main attractions!

Being our first time renting a house instead of staying at a resort, our experience was great. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. All appliances were clean and in working condition. House is located minutes away from attractions, shopping and restaurants. It was so nice to come back from a day at the parks to relax in a private pool. We did not experience any major issues, but if any kind of need or question came up, it was was easy to get in touch with Neil and he always responded quickly. Thank you Neil for letting us stay, all was enjoyed by the family, especially the game room.

Nice home

The home is exactly as listed. Neil was communicative when we needed. Only thing was not being able to turn the thermostat down past 72. We are not used to the humidity and definitely felt uncomfortable at times. But the ceiling fans did help!

Making Family Memories

My family of 7 had an amazing time! We stayed at this house for a week and loved every moment. The house is super clean and had everything a large family needs!!! The pool is beautiful and refreshing! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, plates, utensils and all the cooking necessities. The game room was a great bonus! We enjoyed spending game time as a family. Neil is super helpful and answers immediately when called. The house is nestled in a nice community and the people in the community are very friendly. We enjoyed our daily walks. We made fantastic summer memories and look forward to returning in the future.

Great House, Exactly as Listed

Everything was wonderful; all amenities were as listed. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. There was enough room for everyone as far as sleeping arrangements and eating together. There were enough plates/mugs/utensils for everyone. There is even a Keurig coffeemaker! The host replied to questions and requests within minutes. We were missing dishwasher detergent and he brought that over within an hour of me messaging him. He also brought extra trash bags and heated the pool at no charge. If we ever travel to Orlando area with such a large group again, I'd be happy to stay at this property. The only thing is, it is very far from Universal Studios (about 40 minutes without traffic).

Not very clean

The property is as advertised and has good amenities. However I had major issues with cleanliness and bugs. There were tons of roaches of all ages especially in the kitchen on countertops in dishwasher, everywhere. After notifying the property owner pest control was promptly sent to spray but it was a little to late as the roaches has been here for a while and were thriving. The rugs and floors were in need of cleaning. Due to this I did not feel comfortable during my stay.

Left early due to cockroaches

Though the host quickly responded to concerns, didn’t feel comfortable from the time we arrived. Felt that the place wasn’t nearly as clean as it should be. Air vents caked in dust, mold in the grout in shower, pool dirty….then the cockroaches! I know bugs happen, but I just cant deal with the creepy crawly’s where I sleep! The host did have the pest control guy come to the house, but seeing them everywhere, I just couldn’t deal. The cockroaches continued to come out. We ended up leaving 4 nights early and stayed at a hotel instead. Lots of rooms for large groups, which is good. Neighborhood felt safe and was nice.

The only thing wrong with the property is that it does not actually have a hot tub. The water was colder than the pool. In the guide book they offer it says you can pay extra for someone to come out and heat it with a solar cover but it would only last 24 hrs and it was for the hot tub and pool. Also why would I want to pay more for what is already supposed to be an amenity. We didn't want the pool to be warm just the hot tub and Ive never heard of a hot tub only able to be hot for 24 hrs. The jets work just no hot water its like a jacuzzi but no warm water, doesn't make sense. Honestly I probably would have went somewhere else if I had known this.

I would like to start with "Kindness and Constructive criticism can go a long way. These reviews are

First, I do feel the home was lovely. The location was convenient. The price was not bad at all. I do also feel however the following things could have made the experience better. A few remotes did not have batteries and others had only one. The refrigerator was not getting cold. The pool jacuzzi would not turn on. There were small roaches roaming around, as a previous reviewer indicates. We were not comfortable with the temperature the AC was locked on, which was adjusted a couple of times. The owner did address these issues in a timely matter. I do feel however, some of these issues could have been taken care of prior to our arrival into the home and not at the time when we are trying to get settled. Owner did address most issues, as we contacted him. We did feel that at times he was not focused on the "main" issue at hand. For example, when it was brought to his attention that the internet was not functioning. His attention seemed to be focused on the amount of people that were in the home at the time the internet went out. These things are not related. He then indicated that there was an outage in the area, which appeared to be only at the home we were in. I would have not wished to have contacted the owner the number of times that we did. In the future, I would say focusing on the main things and making improvements on preparing for the quest arrival would allow communication to flow better. I moved to Florida along with my wife and 2 children 5years ago. I am a property manager within the Davenport / Clermont area and have a fair knowledge of the area now. I also rent wooden Cribs, highchairs and pack n plays.
we also arrange food packs at a price for rental properties that we manage.

This property has been updated and modernized since we first bought it and have tiled it throughout and put in Granite worktops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
This year we are updating the shower in the 2nd ensuite master bathroom to keep in line with all the up to date things the property should have.
We put TVs in all bedrooms and also added a games room which is in the garage.
there is a Nintendo WII and a PlayStation to keep the kids happy.
