Paz y tranquilidad: a dos millas del centro.

La propiedad ha sufrido una renovación total de más de 100 K y ha vuelto a estar disponible para alquiler a partir del 13 de noviembre de 2017. Todo en el condominio es completamente nuevo, desde las sábanas hasta los muebles.

Condominio privado y tranquilo (se siente como una residencia unifamiliar). Si callar es lo que buscas; lo has encontrado

Dos patios privados: hermosos cinturones verdes en toda la propiedad: 3 piscinas, 3 jacuzzis y canchas de tenis. Una vida tipo resort. Revestimientos nuevos a estrenar a lo largo. Con pintura nueva, pisos, electrodomésticos y muebles. Encantador condominio moderno de mediados de siglo diseñado por el aclamado arquitecto de Palm Springs, Donald Wexler. Una comunidad popular, Sagewood, ofrece exuberantes jardines tipo parque y amplios patios privados cerrados. (Sagewood se encuentra entre las propiedades en el Tour de la Semana del Modernismo de 2018). El condominio se encuentra a solo unos pasos de una de las tres piscinas comunitarias, jacuzzis, canchas de tenis ya solo minutos del centro. Los colores decorativos y las cubiertas de ventanas personalizadas añaden toques distintivos de lujo. El hermoso y exuberante patio orientado al sur es perfecto para entretenerse o relajarse.

El maestro tiene su propio baño completo y la puerta corrediza de vidrio del dormitorio se abre a un gran patio privado de teca. El plan de piso abierto crea una sensación de espacio y flujo. Dos habitaciones tienen nuevas camas tamaño queen y el estudio tiene un futón extraíble con cama doble. Televisión en el dormitorio principal, el estudio y sala de estar con cable completo, Internet y teléfono fijo para llamadas a todo el país. Los tres televisores tienen cajas de DVR para grabar.

Desafortunadamente, no puedo considerar los alquileres por menos de 28 días de acuerdo con las reglas y regulaciones de la Asociación de Propietarios.

Palm Springs winter escape

The Sunrise Vista Chino met all of our expectations-and more. Refreshingly, the posted pictures accurately reflects what the rooms, patio, etc look like. It was very well stocked, including the newly remodeled kitchen. The complex was quiet and the grounds lovely and well maintained. Chuck was responsive to any of our questions. Due to a death in our family, we missed 10 days at the beginning of our stay. Chuck offered to extend our departure several days - a kind, generous, much appreciated gesture. We’ll be back!

Awesome stay in Sagewood, Palm Springs

This property has lovely landscaping, privacy, and a very homey feel! Grounds are immaculate and beautiful. People are friendly; it's very quiet. Chuck is a great landlord; he's attentive to detail, quick to respond to communication, and is very proactive in the care and maintenance of his condo.

Amazing Location and Condo Complex

Great location, great condo complex, very clean, and great host/owner. The condo was recently renovated, all great appliances in the kitchen. The host/owner of the complex is extremely friendly, and fast at responding to any issues/concerns. Highly recommend.

Great place and great location

Our experience renting this location was outstanding. Since we first arrived the owner Chuck was very understanding. We called as we had issues finding the keys. He answered in a timely manner. From there our experience kept on going up. This home is extremely clean and well taken care of. When we return to Palm Springs this home will be the one we will rent again. Amazing experience in a quiet friendly neighborhood.

A great place to stay!

My company rented the house for five months for a project in Palm Springs. It was very nice and clean. We had very few issues. And any minor issues that popped up were quickly handled by the owner. Palm Springs isn't that large geographically, so anything we needed, including the airport, is within about 10 minutes away. It's super convenient. I brought my family out once during the rental period, and the nearby pools and mountains were great for keeping my pre-teen entertained. Disney and the ocean are also within a reasonable drive time, so I would definitely bring my family back out to stay at this great house. Highly recommended!

Everything was as described, and more.

Because we have friends who own in Sagewood, we know the property well and love it. This newly updated home was perfect, decor in keeping with classic desert modernist style, kitchen very well designed and equiped, well-lighted outdoor pathways, owner immediately attentive to the one question we had re: tv cable. We are already thumbing though our calendar for a future date to get back to Chia in Sagewood! Thank you, Chuck, for your hospitality in the desert.

I loved this beautiful and spacious condo

This has been the best experience I've had in short-term rentals. Chuck is a conscientious owner who is rightfully proud of his property. He.responds quickly to communications and tries his best to resolve any issue. The condo is from another era, when space was not an issue. More like a house; it's single story with two private patios and lots of spacious grounds and is on a quiet side street. We never heard any noise from our neighbors. Every morning we sat in the front patio to have our breakfast , where we viewed the sun on the nearby mountains and enjoyed the wonderful Palm Springs air. The condo has been totally remodeled with tile floors throughout and the furniture and artwork are tasteful and appealing (in my experience a rarity!). There are 2 nice pools/hot tubs a short walk away. The kitchen is well-stocked. The only downside would be occasional airplane noise from the airport although I don't think it is on the normal flight path (this happens almost everywhere in Palm Springs as the airport is right in the city). In short, I fully recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Hi, I''m Chuck. I live in Redondo Beach just two hours west of Palm Springs. I purchased this condo for my own personal use as well as a vacation rental property for guests.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I first discovered Sagewood when I drove out to visit friends that had purchased a home there. What struck me was the rolling green belts everywhere. There's just nothing like it in the desert.

I am a Realtor and I actually hired a Realtor in P.S. as I wasn't familiar with all the different areas and the nuances. I told him that anything that he showed me outside Sagewood would be his sale and his commission. He showed me everything but I kept coming back to the same development. Sagewood with it's lush and spacious grounds was the clincher and I've never regretted owning a home there. Fortunately, the visitors feel the same way.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Amazing quiet. I live on the beach so between the neighbors, the bike path, the walking path and the wonderful sound of the ocean it's not all that quiet. The Palm Springs condo is so peaceful. The three pools, three Jacuzzi's and tennis courts make it feel like a club but with perfect privacy. You rarely hear or see anyone even though it is over a 100 condominium community. When I go to the pools I am usually the only one there or one of just a few people.
