Amazing views and location!

This property had such amazing views of Sedona's red rocks, which could be viewed from the upper wrap-around deck and the lower deck. Great outdoor space and comfortable outdoor furniture. The property is walking distance (less than a mile) to Tlaquepaque and uptown shopping. The house itself is a bit on the older side and starting to show its age some (decor, dark carpeting), but we didn't mind... the location and views were just too good!I would DEFINITELY stay at this property again.

Great location

Very comfortable. It would be nice to have had a ceiling fan in the bedrooms as they were warm at night even with the AC on. And of course great views.

Lovely, fully functional house. Beautiful views from the wrap-around deck. Excellent location for restaurants and hiking. Four discrete rooms for sleeping. Easy to communicate with property management.

Better than the pictures

The view from this property is actually more beautiful than the images show. The street is so close to everything yet so quiet. You can walk to uptown and restaurants easily. Miles is a great host and we will be back !

Christmas Vacation

The property is exactly as advertised. Very spacious with jaw-dropping views. The owner is very responsive to requests. This was my first VRBO rental and all went well. The kitchen is well equipped and the wraparound decks on two levels provide great outside benefits.

Wonderful location and fabulous views

We spent a week in this lovely house. We were there for our son’s wedding and were very close to the venue. The house is on a quiet street so no traffic noise. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well supplied, and the bed was very comfortable. It was also beautifully decorated. But the winning factor was the views. We never tired of walking the wraparound porch to take in their red rock beauty.

Good location to walk to trails and downtown

Location & views from house were wonderful. House was not cleaned before we got there, took 3 hours, before we could settle in. Host gave refund for cleaning fee. Home layout was good, but not well set up for 7 people, for example: dining table only had 5 chairs. Not as well maintained as previous rentals. Would consider again if in the area.

Disappointed

After reading all of the reviews I expected a much cleaner home. Three couples stayed here for 7 days. Here is what we found: - Dirty windows. Ruined the view looking out them in the mornings when the sun was shining on them. - Cleaning crew did a poor job vacuuming in corners of stairs - found pretzel pieces in one corner and popcorn on carpeted floor in lower level. - Window shade on window in lower floor bathroom doesn't go all the way down. Could be a problem when people move into the new house next door. - West bathroom toilet is loose - wobbles. - West bedroom patio door is missing screen. - The seat on lower level toilet is loose. All toilet seats need replacing. - Sliding doors need service - hard to open/close. - Some chairs on the deck needed to be wiped down before sitting on them - covered with dust/dirt. Found this out the hard way! I'm sorry to say I would not stay here again.

Best location for my husbands 50th birthday surprise trip!!!

There was a slight hiccup at the beginning due to a double booking. The Sales Agent, Miles, handled the situation swiftly and to our expectations. The property itself was spacious, clean, WONDERFUL views, centered in town and had a “home” vibe which was perfect for us. We cooked a couple nights and utilized the too floor wrap around porch. Highly recommend this home!!!
Final night relaxing at the home and taking in the breath taking views!

Great views, Great location, Great space!

We rented this property for two couples and a family of four with two kids under 10. The layout of the house was perfect because the family had a dedicated space on the lower level. The balconies were AWESOME and we enjoyed having snacks and drinks while being mesmerized by the gorgeous views.The location was convenient to the "main Sedona strip," though I underestimated how long it would take to walk (my own fault.) There are nearby hiking trails but we ran out of time to explore them. There was also a nearby playground perfect for the kids! (Our trip was only two nights so again, did not get a chance to take advantage of it.) It is also an easy trip to get to the grocery stores for food and drink.We had a minor issue with the trash schedule but when I contacted the management company, they were very responsive and gave us the information we needed to correct the issue, as well as being apologetic about the inconvenience. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Spectacular views

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The house included more amenities than listed. For example an espresso machine. Unfortunately there were no instructions included and we couldn’t figure it out. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

Great place for a chill weekend

This a wonderful property that's inviting in many ways. One of my favorite things about it is the relaxed, open feel of the living space and kitchen, along with the tasteful and comfy (but not fussy) furniture. Outside temperatures had plunged for our stay, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the decks, but they are extensive. The only quibble I have is with the windows. It's hard to enjoy the 360-degree views from inside the house when the windows are not clean and clear.
