¡Apartamento privado con vistas a pocos pasos de Green Lake! Moderna suite de sótano de 900 pies cuadrados sobre el suelo con entrada privada. Cocina de Cook, patio privado con vista despejada al lago (incluyendo sillas Adirondack, parrilla Weber, etc.), dos habitaciones con armarios, baño completo, lavandería y bien equipadas para familias jóvenes. Este apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño te brindará la experiencia de vivir en Seattle. Ubicado justo al otro lado de la calle de Green Lake Park, puede correr por el circuito interno de 2. 7 millas, caminar a excelentes restaurantes o tomar el transporte público (autobús # 62 o # 26) al centro. Apartamento muy familiar!

El apartamento está bien equipado para cocinar si tiene ganas de disfrutar de la vista desde el porche delantero. También está bien configurado para niños. El dormitorio delantero fue diseñado para ellos con juguetes, libros y una cama queen size. La habitación trasera se creó pensando en la relajación y también tiene una cama queen size.

Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location and view of Green Lake was even better than we expected. Street parking was easy - every day we parked right in front of the steps to the unit. The property was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Green Lake!

If I could give this property and host more than 5 stars I would. Property met all of our expectations - right across the street from Green Lake which was refreshing during the hotter than normal weather we had, shops, restaurants and public transportation within walking distance (we didn't have a car), well-stocked kitchen essentials, comfortable beds, etc. Paul was a gracious, kind, and very communicative host. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This is a great rental. The location is right on Green Lake. It is easy walking to anything you need. The rental had everything you need. So spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was just like being at home. We loved our stay.

Park view with lots of steps

My only problem was the hill and the steps. It was tough on my breathing. If I knew that info we would not have chosen the home. I dont consider it on the ground floor.. The apartment itself was lovely!

Great Location - Good for kids

Clean, well kept, well stocked. Really awesome location on Green Lake- walking distance to coffee & food. Lots of toys and kid accessories. Only knock for us was that we were on East Coast time with two little kids and the upstairs had also been rented to a family (on West Coast time) with kids and it was quite loud at times. Our kids dealt OK but was tough on my wife and me to get restful sleep given the time difference. I suspect when the Owners are occupying above they are far more sensitive to their impact on their renters below. In any event Paul was super responsive to the few issues we had. Chocolate and wine left for us was a thoughtful touch after a really long trip with little kids.

Perfect Greenlake Apartment

We stayed here for 9 days while looking for a new apartment. It was the perfect location and easy to walk or drive to all the neighborhoods we were looking at. The owners were very responsive to text and email and always there if we needed them! Loved taking a daily run or walk around the lake!

Lovely rental at a great location

The property is as advertised. It's a comfortable two bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen. The tv system is easy to use and provides a wide variety of apps. The owners are very responsive to any questions or needs. The location is fabulous. Across the street is Green Lake, which is an in city recreational park. It is three miles around. There are coffee shops and restaurants a short walk away. The city bus is just a few minutes away and you can easily get to downtown on the bus. Parking our car near the property was never a problem. Green Lake is one of the premier neighborhoods in Seattle and this property is perfect for any type of family from couples to families with children. We hope to return there one day and watch another sunset from the outdoor deck chairs.

Fabulous Green Lake Apartment for Families

Finding "Paul's House" was like magic as we faced the daunting challenge of how to keep a 3 year-old occupied and happy during the rainy season as we planned a visit with my daughter and grandson to meet our son's new baby in Seattle. The lovely Green Lake apartment was perfect, very nice and clean, kid-friendly (even some toys!), well-stocked kitchen, and walking distance to parks and coffee shops. We had one tiny issue with bathroom drain, Paul was there in 5 minutes and fixed it. The living room was very comfortable, with room for family activities and a special "kids table." Over the years, we have stayed at many, many vacation rentals, this was our very best experience ever! Our grandson insisted on knowing "whose house is this?" We dubbed it Paul's house. Paul's house will definitely be our first choice as we return to Seattle for future visits with our son's family.

This gem is directly across from Greenlake. You can walk to every convenience fom coffee shops to restaurants of every persuasion. The cozy 2 BR 1BA has everything you need - and more. Owners on site for questions, concerns. We have stayed here before and would happily stay here again if available!

Beautiful home and location!

Great place to relax

This apartment is located in a beautiful house on a hill overlooking Green Lake Park. The park is one of the best loved places in Seattle. A very diverse crowd is out strolling, jogging, boating, fishing, swimming and walking their dogs. If you like dogs, it's a great dog show because Seattle residents love dogs and really go for beautiful breeds. The apartment is bright, sunny and clean. The owners were not intrusive but responded immediately if we had a question or need. Relax in deck chairs overlooking the lake, or in the comfortable couches in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with really nice dishes, complimentary coffee and tea. There are interesting restaurants within walking distance--through very nice residential area. We bought bus passes and took buses to downtown Seattle and Discovery Park--so we didn't have to rent a car. A great place; enjoy it and fantasize that you live in one of the best houses in Seattle while you are there!

Wonderful place!

Lake is just across the street. Apartment is a great layout kid friendly comfy and clean. Paul was super helpful with check in and even helped me carry luggage up the few steps to the entrance.

Our family has lived in this house for over 20 years. I, Paul, am a fan of all things leisurely, including playing golf and sipping mezcal. My wife Susan is active around the lake and a bit of a foodie. We have a daughter off at college, and a son that is a junior in high school.

Our story: we lifted this house 20 years ago and put a brand new, legal accessory dwelling unit (apartment) under it. It is an above-ground apartment that has great views and gets great natural light (for Seattle, anyway). We live in the 2 floors above. The apartment worked great as a long-term rental (4 sets of very satisfied tenants), but now we like using the space at certain times of the year; hence, VRBO. While we are relaxed and sociable, we are very conscious of your quiet privacy!

This place is a great spot for enjoying the lake and is a short jaunt to UW or downtown (and is also on the route of the Microsoft Connector -- feel free to ask about Corporate Housing / extended stays). Any other questions about us, the place, or the neighborhood -- don't be shy. Thanks for looking!

Compared to other Green Lake properties, this is as close to the park as you can get, is higher above the street, is as modern a space as any, is private (separate entrance, etc.), has two separate bedrooms (and many great amenities, including laundry, cook's kitchen), and is well equipped for kids. The view is excellent, especially from your own private patio (with Adirondack-style chairs and a Weber barbecue). It is decidedly different from the "rental hotels" that are sprouting up in Seattle neighborhoods to cheaply accommodate less-discerning tourists.

Within a 15 minute walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and entertainment.

Metro bus line #62 to downtown and Magnuson Park within 1 block. Bus line #26 to downtown and Northgate Mall within 3 blocks. Bus line #45 to University of Washington and light rail station within 4 blocks.
