Realmente hay algo para todos aquí en el complejo. ¡Ven y experimenta un pedazo de paraíso!
Nuestra casa es de 1600 pies cuadrados. 3 habitaciones, 2 baños en la calle 17 del campo de golf Links. Tenemos 2 camas king y un tercer dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Es un lugar acogedor que se sentirá como en casa. Estamos a pocos pasos de la piscina y a unos minutos de la hermosa playa. Puede guardar las llaves de su automóvil mientras esté aquí (si lo desea) y disfrutar de nuestro carrito de golf mientras se hospeda en el resort. Puedes tirar tus bolsas de playa en la espalda y llevarlas a la playa o llevarlas al Grand Boulevard para cenar y comprar. Mientras esté dentro del complejo, el carrito de golf puede llevarlo allí. Tenemos todas las comodidades que necesita para unas vacaciones perfectas.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The host were very communicative. The golf cart was an added bonus. FYI: the master closet is big enough for a pack n play and makes for a great “room” for babies. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for families

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our family! It was in a great location, beer the beach, pools, shops, and restaurants. Our kids loved riding around the resort in the golf cart!

Lovely Property; Beach Way Too Crowded to Enjoy

We didn't spend much time in the property but it was lovely. The pools were fantastic and loved having the golf cart to explore the resort. The one thing we were disappointed in - over which the property owner has no control - is that the beautiful beach was so packed that we couldn't enjoy it at all. There were several rows of Sandestin chairs/umbrellas so that there was zero space to set up our own stuff without dragging our buggy a half mile down the beach. We ended up renting Sandestin chairs but my kids couldn't throw a football or build a sandcastle where I could keep my eyes on them. We only stayed a couple of hours and it wasn't relaxing or enjoyable at all being sandwiched into all the rows of chairs. I could barely see the ocean from where we sat. Relative to the property and owner, Erin was communicative, and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house! It was VERY clean, and that’s a big deal for us!!! We loved that there was already kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies there to get us started. We loved having a golf cart to use…. it made our vacay even better! This was one of the nicest, cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Great location too, close to the beach and close to the stores within the resort.

Clean and cozy beach rental!

It’s clean, cozy, and the perfect beach rental. We really appreciate the included golf cart because it’s so fun to drive to Wharf and to the beach. The beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, and overall the home is well maintained. Erin is a great host and provided easy check-in and out instructions. 10/10 would recommend!

A perfect home away from home!

Just got done with a family vacation. There is so much to do and see in this resort and the golf cart made it so nice for daily activities. My husband and I rode bikes every day, morning and night and covered so much ground. The rental home we stayed in was very cozy and clean. Homeowner was available via text when we needed her and quickly texted back with a solution. One of the best vacations, yet. Thank-you.

Great Location

Great location and having golf cart is a must. It is a little dated and there are no windows in the master bedroom which was not something we liked.

Super fun!

We vacationed with our adult son for a family vaca. We loved the convenience of the golf cart taking us to the pool, shops, dining and beach. The backyard was perfect for our dog, realize it is not I closed though. The beach toys in the outdoor closet were a surprise treat. The host was quick to help us with any questions. Great memories made.

Not the best

This property has some maintenance issues that NEED to be addressed. The pavers on the patio are sticking up all over the place (we all tripped at one time or another). The spare bedroom light switch needs to be fixed. The push button falls off every time you push it to turn on the light. We told the owner/prop mgr and they thanked me for letting them know instead of sending someone to fix it. We weren't used to that kind of 'lack' of service. Anytime we had an issue at any othe place we stayed, a maintenance person was sent right over. The blinds in the other spare bedroom don't work and need to be replaced. Patio table needs to be replaced. They need to CLEAN OUT the garage storage closet. Trash and rusty chairs need to be thrown out. The charge cord for the golf cart needs to be replaced as there are open wires AND the plug is short on one side so if you don't get it into the wall plugin just right, it won't charge. Aside from all of these issues, the beds and air conditioning were great and we had a wonderful trip but we didn't spend a ton of time at the house.

Family Vacation

Property was very clean. Location is close to the beach,pool and restaurants. We had a couple of bad storms and Erin was kind enough to check on us! I would definitely recommend this property!

We stay here almost every year and we enjoy the home location and the amenities of the community. If you like golf and or nice pools shopping and perfect white beaches this is a prine location

Location, location

The gated community is awesome. Baytown Wraf, the beach, the pools, and shopping! The golf cart is a must have you never have to leave if you don’t want, but we did. The house was just as pictured the houses are spaced out so you have plenty privacy. Dog friendly community they are welcome everywhere. The AC went out one morning one call to Erin and she had it fixed super quick!

Awesome Cozy Villa

This was our second time renting and it will not be our last. This villa has a very well stocked kitchen, nice big bath towels, comfortable mattresses, tons of beach toys and chairs, and an ample supply of "starter" items until you can get to the store. The views from the back porch are great and the location within Sandestin is perfect. With the six seater golf cart, there is no need to drive a vehicle once you arrive unless you want to explore outside of Sandestin. There are so many dining options, groceries, and shopping all accessible by golf cart. Erin is a pleasure to work with and is always quick to respond to any messages or emails. We look forward to our next stay and will definitely recommend this villa to others!

Family destination Christmas in Destin

We traveled to Destin to meet our family for a destination Christmas. The house was fantastic, plenty of space for everyone to hangout and spend time together. Location was great, and having the golf cart was clutch in making it easier to get to the beach. Definitely recommend this place and will most likely be re-booking in the future!

Our family came to visit Sandestin Golf & beach resort and loved it so much that we ended up buying this property. It was such a perfect place for kids and adults. We loved the restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach access and of course, the golf. There is truly something for everyone.

It is very comfortable and has new appliances along with beautiful decor and is 1600 sq. ft. It sits on the Links golf course and has a beautiful patio to enjoy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The resort has so much to offer. Golf, beach, pools, spa, shopping, restaurants, etc. Take a bike ride to the marina, you can rent jet skis, the kids can do a ropes course at The Wharf or enjoy the playground. You wouldn't need to leave the resort unless you wanted to drive 1.5 miles to the outlet mall or 7 miles into Destin. The house/resort are in the perfect location!
