La mejor ubicación frente al mar en Hilton Head - Our Sound Villas Townhouse

Simplemente no hay nada mejor que esto. Nuestra casa es nuestra residencia de tiempo completo que ahora alquilamos alrededor de 10 semanas en el verano. Podría decirse que es la casa adosada mejor mantenida en el área, ya que fue completamente renovada y Mike y Beth (los propietarios) continúan haciendo mejoras. Las vistas del agua son increíbles y la playa está prácticamente en nuestro patio trasero. En la parte trasera tenemos una gran terraza que sirve como sala de estar y comedor al aire libre. ¡Las puestas de sol desde aquí son impresionantes! Esta casa adosada es el plano de planta más grande (es casi 400 pies cuadrados / pie más grande que la mayoría de los otros en Sound Villas).

Nuestra casa adosada se encuentra en el área de South Beach de Sea Pines, que cuenta con excelentes playas, kilómetros de senderos para bicicletas y una instalación de tenis de clase mundial a solo unos cientos de metros de distancia. Y, por supuesto, está el área de South Beach Marina, que cuenta con instalaciones para atracar botes, numerosos restaurantes, bares y, por lo general, un gran cantante / guitarrista durante la mayor parte del año. Acabamos de mudarnos a esta casa desde una casa más grande en Sea Pines y no podríamos estar más felices.

Esta casa adosada es grande (3000 pies cuadrados) y tiene una ocupación máxima de 10. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño y TV. Una descripción de cada nivel es la siguiente:
    
   Nivel 1: dormitorio con 2 literas (pueden dormir 4), un baño completo, un gran estudio, sala de lavadora y secadora, y un patio exterior;

   Nivel 2: sala de estar, comedor, cocina, dormitorio (2 camas individuales), 2 baños completos y una gran terraza exterior;

   Nivel 3: dormitorio principal y baño (cama Queen), cuarto dormitorio y baño (también una cama Queen)

Mike y Beth (los propietarios) recomiendan que los inquilinos inicialmente les envíen un correo electrónico o los llamen para comenzar el proceso. Los precios y otras preguntas se pueden abordar aquí. Debido a que no hay un administrador de la propiedad involucrado, los costos totales de alquiler probablemente serán mucho más bajos.

Family Reunion

This is an excellent resort for a family vacation as the accommodations are spacious and the oceanfront location offers relaxing and beautiful views. The host was accommodating and easy to reach, if necessity. I highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful home and a restful, fun, enjoyable experience for our families. The house was clean, welcoming, and ready for our arrival. The location was private and calm but also easy to kick back and enjoy the beach. The host was in excellent communication and always willing to answer questions or help. The property was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens were available. The view was spectacular and the short walk to the beach was very easy, even for the little ones. The pool was clean and never crowded. We hope to stay here again!

Lovely Villa

We stayed in this Villa several times in the 80's and 90's. Being back brought back happy memories. We liked the new decor. The location is ideal and the views of Calibougie are beautiful! Love the sunsets! Mike is a great host.

Amazing time!

Absolutely loved our place, perfect location, beautiful view, plenty of space, easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked! Loved being able to go over to Salty Dog for ice cream after dinner, the bike rental was a simple walk away. We took our 9 and 17 year old daughters and they loved all the bike trails to ride on. It was a wonderful relaxing family vacation!

We were a bit concerned that the area would be noisy due to its proximity to Salty Dog shopping area. It was not at all. We had an amazing view, quiet nights on the patio and swimming right down the path.

Location and condo were wonderful. Only problem - condo sleeps 10. There was insufficient toilet paper and paper towels.

Thank you for the 5 star review. Our VRBO site indicates that start-up supplies are provided. These include 2 rolls of TP per bathroom (10 rolls total) and a roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Any additional paper product needs are guests’ responsibility.

Great Experience

My family had a wonderful time at this beach front location in Hilton Head. We have 4 children (Age 10 through 18) who were never bored the entire stay. Walking distance to anything you'd want to do. Fishing on the beach was great. We caught something every day! The owners of this property are outstanding and extremely helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone. We plan on returning again as soon as possible!

Perfect, easy vacation spot

We love this part of Sea Pines and this home has so much to offer. The views of Calibogue Sound / Daufuskie are second to none. Easy access to the beach and pool with a great ocean breeze on the spacious deck that also overlooks a lovely wooded area, home to friendly deer. Bathrooms are updated and clean. We loved the new furniture on the deck! TVs in all bedrooms including a new one in the bunk room. Less than a 5 minute walk to Salty Dog, H20 Water Sports and South Beach Racquet Club. Truly the perfect vacation! Owner is prompt to respond.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The townhouse is very convenient to the sound-side beach and to the South Beach Marina, and the kids loved the community pool. We particularly enjoyed how the downstairs of the townhouse was a perfect area for our kids to have their own space while the adults could hang out on the upper floors. The only downside is that the townhouse enters on a split level, which made it a bit more challenging for a mobility-impaired member of our party than we had anticipated. But aside from that, the place was great and Mike was very responsive on all of our inquiries.

Wonderful Villa & location!

We so enjoyed everything about our vacation in Property ID 781851. The Soby's have have done a wonderful job in thinking of everything one might need in a vacation rental. The beachfront Villa is just steps from the beach and steps from the pool. Beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable, lots of storage room to stow items required for a family to vacation, kitchen was well stocked, house was very pleasantly decorated. The only thing we didn't find that we needed was a large pot to cook low country boil, so we bought one at a local store. Communication with the owners was always prompt. We enjoyed the wildlife on the property---deer, squirrels, geckos--even a brilliant male cardinal one day. A perfect place for a family vacation! Just know that the traffic going into Hilton Head is bumper to bumper on check in day, and waits at good restaurants are from 1 to 2 hours. Next time, we will likely plan to just cook in each night and eat in comfort at the villa.

Annual family beach vacation

We had the most amazing experience at the Sobys property. From Julyn16-23. We have stayed in HH, Gulf Shores, Myrtle Beach and other beach areas and this was the best ever. Convenience to the pool and the ocean couldn’t have been better. The townhouse is well laid out on 3 levels which gave everybody “space” - the house has been maintained in excellent condition inside and out. Hats off to the Sobys - this place deserve its 5-star, 2 thumbs up rating. The Owen family

Proximity to the beach and water is unmatched on the island. The property was perfect for our group with 6 adults and 3 children. There are a lot of steps in the condo, but that helped with privacy for the upstairs’ rooms.

Great property and hosts

We loved staying at 1455!! It was perfect for our party of 9... everyone had their own space. The view off the 2nd story deck was wonderful. Beach out the back door and pool out the front door. Walking distance to the South Beach Marina/Salty Dog compound. Would recommend hands down for anyone looking to stay in Sea Pines, Hilton Head, SC.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach. Quiet. Close to the marina. Deer in the backyard. The owner was super responsive. One of the A/C units stopped working & he had it fixed in a matter of a few hours. Highly recommend.

Everything was easy to get set up and checked in. Clean and just the right size for the 8 of us. Quiet location. Was able to unplug and really relax and let the stress melt away. Beach access right there, restaurants and shops was a couple hundred yards away. Perfect vacation for this trip.

Fantastic Vacation

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island with my in-laws and 2 young kids. The location of this property is amazing....right on the beach. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend booking this townhouse - we certainly hope to in the future. Thank you Mike for a great trip.
