17 Hilton Head Beach Villas will take your breath away with a stunning ocean view! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa sleeps 8 in the heart of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Located less than half a mile from Coligny, it is a short 7-minute walk to local restaurants and shops! Enjoy ocean views, beach access, a NEW community pool and more when you stay at this island villa!

Even when you aren't outside, 17 Hilton Head Beach Villas will remind you of the coastal breeze from inside this villa. With vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light, you and your guests are sure to feel relaxed! The main entryway features a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower and laundry room with washer/dryer.

Just a few steps down the stairs, the ground level features the first bedroom with a king-sized bed and one of two living areas. This living area offers a new Queen-sized sleeper sofa, an entertainment center with games and a mini fridge perfect for keeping drinks cool while enjoying the view from the patio. The outdoor patio offers seating for 8 and a charcoal grill overlooking the pool and ocean view! This community features a NEW pool with 2 lap lanes and a zero-entry area!

The Second level features an open floor plan with the second living room, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining area for up to 8. This level offers some of the best views of the ocean and pool in the house! Step out on to the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour with guests as you take in the view!

The Third level features 2 bedrooms with ensuites, private balconies and desks! Bedroom 2 is spacious with a king-sized bed and full bathroom with a walk-in shower, while bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed, and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

When you stay at 17 Hilton Head Beach Villas you are within steps of the beach, Coligny Plaza and everything that South Forest Beach has to offer!

Beautifully furnished but small for family of 6

The bathroom and bedroom make-overs nicely done; kitchen is well stocked but so tiny that it was impossible to cook for our group of six people. Pool and grounds are great and is the proximity to the beach.

Great place for family

Property was exactly as shown on VRBO. Very clean and nicely decorated. Owners have thought of everything for the kitchen. Beds were great, newer renovations and nicely updated. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic beach vacation!

We enjoyed our week at the villa. It was perfect for our group (grandparents and family of 4 including 2 toddlers). The zero entry pool was amazing for the kids. The unit is close to the pool and was easy to get to and from the beach. It also never felt too crowded. I would definitely return!

Beautiful, peaceful, convenient property

Recently refreshed condo in quiet area with direct access to beach, pool, covered parking, gated entry, keyless entry, and clean! Close to Coligny restaurants and shops (walk or bike, 1/2 mile). Beach was busy but not overly crowded for prime July week. Would visit again.

Great condo for our family of 6 - Coastal vibes!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 20 years and have stayed in many different condos by Coligny Plaza. We had a group of six adults so the three bedrooms was key for us. Condo was beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe - easy access to beach and a brand new pool! Whole family loved the condo - would definitely recommend to others.

Hilton Head Getaway

We were a family of 4 adults and 1 infant. This property was very clean and large enough for our family. The lower level included a sitting area with tv that would be perfect for older kids. This level also includes a large king bedroom. Our only complaint was this bedroom does not come with an on suite. The 3rd floor bedrooms were nicely sized on suites. We loved that our rental included beach chairs, umbrella and 2 bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

We were a group of five women who enjoyed a great 3 night stay at this property. The listing is accurate, nicely appointed, squeaky clean, and just steps from a beautiful pool and beach. Communication with management was excellent. We needed extra blankets and beach towel and they were delivered the same day. Lovely starter kit with snacks and treats was so appreciated. Staff were professional and took care of everything. The property itself with great location made our stay wonderful! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Quiet property, excellent location

This property was wonderful! The boardwalk and mat to the beach was very accessible for our family member in a wheelchair. The group of Villas was very quiet and clean. We loved the pool and the baby pool for our toddler. It was nice to be walking distance or a very short drive to Coligny. Excellent location. Would definitely stay in this villa or villa complex again! Our only challenge was bathing small children without a bathtub, but the walk in showers were beautiful and spacious.

HHI RBC Heritage

This property offers an excellent location, very desirable area, short walk to the beach and nearby Coligny Plaza. Several beach restaurants/bars/shops within a short walking distance. Short driving distance to Harbourtown, Shelter Cove and many great restaurants and golf course. Bike trails right outside the home. Home has been recently remodelled with new flooring, kitchen and bath upgrades, very nice and clean. We enjoyed both the upper and lower balcony/sitting areas, there is a view of the ocean from the upper balcony area off the main living area. The lower living level with bedroom, it's own living room and access to lower patio worked well for our family. The main level was very nice with the kitchen, main living room, dining table and access to the balcony area. Kitchen was very well appointed. Upper area featured two bedrooms with their own ensuites, very nice. We really enjoyed our stay, hope we get the opportunity in the future to return to this home and highly recommend this property.

Great location, lovely place

This is the perfect spot for a bit of relaxation with family. It's about a 3 minute stroll from the front door to a beautiful expanse of sand, dunes and ocean. The unit itself is comfortably walkable (5 - 10 minutes) to the groceries, restaurants, shops, ice cream, public park and bike rentals at coligny circle so we didn't use our car much, except when tempted by a more distant restaurant. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped inside and out. It was exactly as represented and we would definitely recommend it to others. The only glitch was with check-in. It is completely automated, with no human contact, so we had to go out of our way to locate an off-site person when our entry code did not open the visible keypad at the unit. It was a simple fix once we located a human being, but the all-internet process added an hour at the end of a long travel day. Ugh, we hate impersonal computers and miss the human touch with hospitality.

Nice Condo but No Pool

The condo is clean and well located. However, the pool that we supposedly had a nice view of was a huge muddy hole in the ground surrounded by a construction fence. It would have been nice if someone had alerted us to this. I'm grateful we did not have small kids who were depending on the pool. Thus, the view was the opposite of what is pictured in the listing. The heating system was difficult to navigate, and it was very cold in the lower living area. My husband finally figured out that the sensor in the lower bedroom had a dead battery. He replaced it and then the heat functioned properly. The TV in the main living room needs replacing, as it had horizontal lines running through it. I echo other reviewers' comments that it is frustrating to only communicate with the management via email. I had emailed them the day before our arrival and never heard back from them.

The place was great , but the description said that there were starter kitchen supplies - Not!There were no basics at all , such as salt and pepper. I had bought fish on the way in to cook the first night but couldn’t due to lack of basics.But the beach was beautiful and the condo grounds and pool were very nice.
