2 dormitorios 2 baños con vista al mar condominio
Nuevos gabinetes de cocina, encimeras y nevera. Nuevos pisos de baldosas, tocadores nuevos en los baños, camas cómodas y todo MUY limpio.
Planta baja a pie de piscina y playa. No maneje en la playa, dos piscinas (1 climatizada), shuffle board y fácil estacionamiento cubierto justo detrás de la ubicación del condominio. El edificio tiene solo dos pisos, lo que hace que su estancia sea un poco más privada y muy familiar. Restaurantes a poca distancia y la avenida Flagler. a pocos kilómetros por la carretera.

Great NSB condo!!!

This is an awesome condo. Completely remodeled, very clean, very quiet, and the best location for NSB! This is a ground level condo just a few steps away from the pool and beach. We will be back!!!

Great Beach Trip

This property was perfect. A great beach condo. Very well appointed and a perfect location. Home was clean and comfortable and the beach was amazing. Will be back!

Great stay! Great host!

We stayed for 4 nights during spring break with our 4 teenagers. It was the perfect place. Very clean, close to everything, and the pool and beach were great. The host was very quick to respond to the questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for spring break

Condo had everything we needed and it was so nice to walk right out to the pool and beach. Our kids (age 4 and 7) loved the twin room and all the beach toys in the closet. We would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is located on the no drive section of the beach. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was very good.

Family time

Going to NSB since the 80’s this is the first time I rented a place so my family come and visit, as well as having direct access to the beach all times of the day. Everyone loved it, we brought my 89 year old mother over for a few nights. Property was well kept, condo was as described and we will be repeat customers in the future. If one is looking for a relaxing place to stay this is it

Great location

The property was clean and we loved the location. It was great being on the ground floor and able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Plenty of beach toys for the kids and it was such a nice bonus to have a heated pool especially in April when the ocean was still a bit chilly. Would recommend!

Friendliest Community

The condo was perfect for us. It was amazing to walk right out to the pool or the beach. The condo property was well maintained. The other condo residents were so incredibly friendly. We plan to return soon!

Fabulous place

This was our 2nd stay at Colony Beach and we love the area and the beach and the views and the people. This visit was on the ground floor and we found it to be much easier than the 2nd floor of last year. Keep up the good work !

Great location!

This was a great please to stay out of the hustle and bustle! The only issue we had is that it lacked kitchen amenities compared to other places we’ve stayed. E.G. Napkins, basic baking/cooking ingredients, straws, tissues, paper towels, surplus of hand towels and wash cloths.

Great condo!

Stacy’s condo is fabulous!! Heated pool is warm, condo is very clean and well supplied. Beds are very comfortable. Neighbors were mostly monthly renters for years but very welcoming to us newcomers. A very lovely, remodeled condo with a small community feel. We would recommend!

Great beach spot

We loved this location. Easy beach access, heated pool, drivable to a few sites and Flagler Avenue. Place was clean and fully equipped, communication with Stacy was easy. The nearby strip mall had a good supermarket, delicious Italian and good ice cream. Would stay here again if in the area.

Special Stay!

It was an emergency booking because the place I booked canceled because of hurricane damage; it couldn’t have worked out better for my family. The condo wasn’t as close to Flagler but worth the drive. The Host was extremely gracious! Highly recommend this unit!🧚🏻‍♀️

Perfect Florida vacation spot!!

It was exactly as described in the listing. The property provided everything you could need for an amazing Florida vacation ( beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards.). You can watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. The kitchen has everything you could need. The inside is spotless and provided comfortable beds. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect. We were able to spend a day at Disney while still being able to vacation on the beach. The property owner is quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A Come Again Kind of Place

Our stay absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean and well equipped. The decor was pleasant and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. So many details, like towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards, to enjoy the beach were taken care of. It was really nice to be right at the pool and also right at the beach with the little ones. The pack 'n play was great to have, too. Stacy was a well informed and always answered questions right away. It's definitely a place we would look at to stay again.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! One assigned space is close to the rental which makes unloading/loading the car easy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there are plenty of spices available. The guest bedroom has a full bed and twin bed. The outdoor closet has a lot of beach toys and chairs. The pool and beach access were great and never over crowded.

Twins birthday

This condo a New Smyrna Beach is so convenient and cute. It’s been remodeled and it’s perfect for a family. The unit is right outside of the pool but far enough away that you don’t hear any noise. It’s just steps away from the Atlantic ocean and there’s an area right out by the ocean with chairs it’s just a perfect spot. The host was so easy to work with and everything was there that you needed. I will be staying here again with my family I loved everything about this condo.
