Bienvenido a "The Yellow Rose" ... ¡una casa de playa ideal para familias ubicada justo a la salida de la 30A, y ubicada a solo pasos del acceso a la playa! Encontrarás esta hermosa casa en Seagrove Beach, dentro de la popular comunidad de Summers Edge. Esta casa de playa es perfecta para familias numerosas, o incluso para varias familias que desean pasar una semana en la playa juntos. Está justo al lado del acceso a la playa de la comunidad privada, donde puede disfrutar de pasar sus días en las playas de arena blanca de la Costa Esmeralda. También hay dos piscinas comunitarias para su uso durante su estancia! Ambas piscinas están a solo un minuto a pie de la propiedad, y una de ellas se calienta por temporada para disfrutar todo el año. La casa no solo está ubicada en una gran comunidad privada, sino que también está a solo minutos de muchas de las excelentes tiendas y restaurantes de 30A ... ¡así que la buena comida y la buena diversión están a solo un paseo en bicicleta o en un corto trayecto en auto!

El 1er piso: dos camas individuales en literas con vistas al golfo !! Suite King y un dormitorio de invitados con cama de matrimonio. La habitación con literas y el dormitorio de invitados comparten un baño completo en el pasillo. También hay acceso al baño del pasillo a través del dormitorio de invitados con la cama completa.

El 2do PISO: Incluye otra King Suite con una pantalla plana t. v. así, la sala de estar, cocina y comedor. ¡Hay asientos aquí para comidas que pueden acomodar cómodamente hasta 8 y 2 invitados adicionales en la isla de la cocina! Si desea pasar más tiempo al aire libre, también hay un gran balcón en este nivel con una hermosa vista del golfo. Perfecto para disfrutar de una taza de café por la mañana mientras planifica un día de playa relajante.

El tercer piso: incluye un área de loft con un sofá cama grande y un bar. Off the loft es una amplia terraza con impresionantes vistas de la hermosa costa esmeralda.

Great Beach House

You couldn’t get much closer to the white, sandy beaches of Santa Rosa. The weather was beautiful, the people were very friendly and the home was beautifully decorated with the most amazing view of The Gulf of AMERICA . We absolutely enjoyed our stay!!!!

Great Vacation Location

The Yellow Rose! What a beautiful home to stay in while you enjoy the beach and food offerings of 30A. The home is located about a 50 yard walk from the beach and has a fantastic view of the Gulf from the balconies. Amenities were as advertised.

Great House

We had a great stay at the Yellow Rose. The house is perfectly located. We were a family of 9 (mostly adults with some teens) and had plenty of room. Communication with the owner was also very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!!!

We had a great stay at The Yellow Rose! The house had all we needed, easy access to the beach, very comfortable and a good view. Perfect location to everything we needed. We rode bikes most of the time to anywhere we went. The management company was great and helped answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place for a family or group of people.

Overall great experience

Our family of 14 (8 adults and 6 kids) enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous. Very easy beach access. The only issue we had was with Wi-Fi. Once it was fixed, we could access the Wi-Fi but it was stilll slow. However, it was actually nice to disconnect for a little bit. Our family would stay here again.

The Yellow House

We enjoyed our stay at The Yellow House in Santa Rosa. It fit our family of 9 (2 sixty year old grandparents, two sets of parents and teenage girls). The bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area on the second floor was perfect for the us, the grandparents. The rest of the family were situated on the first floor. The beds were nice and comfy. No complaints regarding the things inside the home. However, the best part was the house being located just a very short distance to the beach with a private access! Oh, and upon arrival, we communicated with Antoinette. Got a response in a timely manner. Our family would rent this again.

We had the best time at the Yellow Rose! The house is a few steps from the beach, was super clean and comfortable, and the manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. It made it such a nice and relaxing week for our family of six plus three of our kids’ friends. Everyone had a bed and slept great. The beautiful view from the living room was so nice to look at while we drank our coffee. We love the location. Our teenagers were able to ride their bikes to Seaside and Rosemary, with it being in between. There are lots of good restaurants and now shops in walking/riding distance.

Great location

Gorgeous property in the Seagrove area. We stayed with one other family with room to spare. Steps to white sand beach. Property comes with a credit towards rentals with Vacayzen - that company gets zero stars for bike rentals. However they are not affiliated with this property which was amazing in every way. When you book you get an email with exactly what comes with the home and what they suggest you bring - that was 100 percent accurate and valuable to help us pack. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a pleasant stay

The only good thing about this property is the location. This place had many problems it was dirty upon check in. Alot of things broke in this house from the sinks to drains clogged and a disgusting mattress with pee stains. The management company did fix most of the problems but when you pay 1k a night this house should be in tip top shaped. There was underwear left from previous rental the parking is terrible on the beach its shoulder to shoulder do to all th eprivate beach laws i would definitely save your m oney and go elsewhere

Fabulous home close to the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Yellow Rose. Our family of six came for the second year in a row, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places to stay. The home is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of space for us to all spread out. My favorite thing about this place is how close it is to the beach. It’s got some beautiful views of the ocean from the living room, and it’s close enough to be able to walk back and forth as many times as you need. It’s at a great location in between Rosemary and Seaside, giving you great access to all 30a has to offer. My teenagers loved the 15 minute bikeride into Seaside to get ice cream, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING Location

We really enjoyed our stay at The Yellow Rose. The proximity to the beach was amazing for our family with little ones. Neighborhood is secluded and quiet with a short drive to Seaside. We have been to 30A about a dozen times and this was the best location we’ve had so far. Wonderful views from decks. Private beach which wasn’t crowded at all during our stay. Only Negatives: -Noise definitely carries through the house especially with the staircase in center of home. -small kitchen -very minimal starter items (trash bags, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner etc)

Fall break

We have been coming to the Seagrove area for about 12-13 yrs now and this house was our favorite by far! Beautiful home with the BEST location! Ocean view from the living room and the decks, convenient with just a few steps down to the sand, beautiful decor, stocked with everything we needed, front porch daybed swing, great third floor bonus area as well. Would highly recommend this house and we can’t wait to book it again!

This property needs TLC

Many of the outdoor cushions should be washed well - they have mold on them. I had to clean the downstairs shower because of mold. Even the other downstairs full bath has mold. They should go in a spray those things with treatment. It's so gross. There is a giant roach living under the oven. We tried to kill it a couple of times with no luck. There is also mouse droppings in some of the bottom kitchen cabinets. They should probably replace the upper microwave to get the extra microwave off the counter. It's already a really small kitchen, need all the counter space. There were no beach toys, etc. in the beach closet, so we left some for the next party. I was told we would have beach towels, but there were none. We arrived to a leaky shower, a broken cord on the outdoor shower (one of our party got stuck with no way out), a shower curtain that didn't even reach the tub, and a trash can that was broken and really dirty and disgusting. The windows had finger prints all over them in the dining area like a little one had been there and cushions were dirty (we just didn't even use that area because of it). They made false promises to repair most of this on Sunday, we had to call back 2xs and text and only then did they come out on Wednesday. The bushes need to be trimmed. The kitchen could use some organizing of utensils and items - everything felt random (could be from families not knowing where things go over time, but they could label areas or have the cleaning crew organize). The kitchen could use new dishes, knives, etc. I feel like this property needs a deep cleaning. Loved the proximity to the beach. The third floor patio door will not lock. Briars are climbing the entire house outside. The outside door hinges look to be in bad shape. Also, no broom or dust pan and they never brought one as requested. Really need that to keep up with sand. The vacuum was ok, but the attachment hose has a broken tab making it difficult to use. The AC was great! Really glad we had the outdoor shower and hose. Never had a hot water issue. NO WIFI in the downstairs at all!!!! Also, took all week to find the bedroom TV remote from the many remotes at the location, but nothing works other than basic cable because of the WIFI issue.

The property was very nice and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Kitchen could use more pans.

House needs better Wi-Fi, but most irritating issue was use of the beach. If you do not rent from the vendors you cannot get to the beach, let alone see the water because the umbrellas are touching each other. It is absurd to rent a house at this price and not be able to see or access the water. Greed is the only answer for this and it is going to ruin the entire area. Also, I would think twice about renting through VRBO again because the added fees are ridiculous and not warranted. There are other options for rentals without the inflated fees and beaches where you can actually watch your children in the water. I have rented in the area for 10 plus years, but I feel I will think long and hard before I consider the Seaside/Santa Rosa area. It is a shame.

July stay

Great house with easy access to walkway to the beach allowing us to easily go back and forth. Our family had a wonderful stay and hope to stay there again soon.

Seagrove Yellow House

This property was beautiful!! Great location, close to the gate entrance to the beach. Nicely decorated and updated finishes. It has multiple decks and living spaces which worked out great for our family. I would love to stay here again!!

The Yellow Rose

The perfect spot! We loved our stay at the Yellow Rose. Super easy access to the beach. Great amount of space in the house (we had 5 adults and 5 kiddos). The house was clean and we love the decor. Property manager was very responsive to any of our questions. We've already booked our next trip!

Spacious!

My family had a great time for our first trip to the area. This house is very large and true to pictures. The gate for beach access is next to the front porch, so you are literally just feet from the sand. One nice thing is each floor is quiet so if someone is napping downstairs, they won’t hear you walking around above them. Beds and sheets were very comfy. A/C worked very well, which was nice because it was hot!
