* K-103 se encuentra en la parte superior del ascensor principal B. Abra su puerta, encajen en sus esquís desde el local de esquí patio y bajar la colina para el desayuno en el Waffle Hut. Recoge tu tickets de media montaña en la climatizada Sun Burst de alta velocidad de la burbuja del patio y su son en su camino! * Esta casa de Vermont esquí es una de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños casa de la familia duerme 10. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, la habitación tiene 2 camas individuales y un niño de tamaño pequeño cubículo de dormir. Duerme La habitación de literas 4. Una alcoba cuenta con un solo sofá cama-nido. Nuestra unidad está decorado para las aventuras de la familia. Todos los servicios están incluidos ... de TV, WIFI, lavadora / secadora y una cocina totalmente equipada. Disponible es una fuente ilimitada de leña. Ropa de cama y limpieza de la visita final se incluyen. Tembloroso y frío? True ski in/out access

Super location, ground level access to lifts that make it truly ski in/out. Had a great ski weekend trip with family and enjoyed the fireplace! Easy friendly communication with owner!

Enjoyed our stay

Great ski-in / ski-out location. Property owner was so pleasant and easily accessible when we had a couple questions and could not find a hair dryer. Correspondence prior to our stay was excellent!

Great Location Right on the Slopes

We had a great stay here, the place had everything we needed and was located right at the top of the A-B Lifts so made for a perfect family ski trip. The place was very comfortable, and the owner was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely return on a future trip!

Amazing!!

The place was perfect for my family of 5! You can’t beat the location. Susan was so helpful leading up to our stay and was always available for any questions we had. We loved the condo and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Cannot beat the location to the slopes. Big windows provide excellent view of all the action-even watching the snow cats at night. Comfy beds and great water pressure-a big plus apres ski. Susan extremely easy to work with and excellent communicator.

Comfy condo atop Okemo Base

Very comfortable and well-equipped 3 bedroom condo at the top of the Okemo Base lifts. Very easy access to slopes. Working wood-burning fireplace. Nice views out a large window looking at the base lifts and runs. We were 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay on the mountain

Had a great stay at Winterplace! Location is incredible, right at the top of the A and B Quad chairlifts. The apartment is perfect for two families of four to share - we were all very comfortable over a long weekend. The cubby bed in the second bedroom was great for our 6 year old. Kitchen is small, but equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get right out onto the slopes!

Amazing getaway!

We had a great short stay in Feb ‘24. The condo is perfect for 2 families. Plenty of room for all. The location can’t be beat!!! We walked to the slopes in under a minute. We went over to use the pool and hot tub which were great after a long day of skiing. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Susan was in touch throughout our stay. I highly recommend her condo, and we can’t wait to go back next year!

Location

The location of the condo is one of the best we have stayed at. Nice unit , roomy enough for our party of 8. It’s has the feeling of a home and not a rental home. Would definitely recommend . Susan is a true pleasure to deal with. She touched base a few days before our arrival, we discussed everything and she makes herself available anytime you need her!

Location location location

Having been to okemo several times, this was the first time we rented a property that was true ski on ski off. Located where the two south ridge quad lifts let people off it was an amazing location for our two families. At 4pm when lifts closed the kids continued the day by sleigh riding right outside the condo with dozens of other kids and dozens of dogs running around. A true winter wonderland. The unit itself was cozy and perfect for 2 families. It was a true ski condo with so many pictures of the owners various ski adventures it left you wanting to travel more.

Best ski vacation ever

The Kellogg home welcomes you with with family photos all over the entrance way from past family vacations. Really wonderful to see. This was our first ski in/ ski out trip and it was incredible. We were seconds away from the trail that takes you to the lift to go up the mountain. The pool and hot tub was a short walk away and it was so nice after a day of skiing. Susan was a great host who was very responsive. She was thrilled we had 31" of snow while we were there and had a great experience. Not having to drive during the storm was a game changer. A great 4 days in Winterplace (literally).

Vacation property that feels like HOME

We absolutely loved our stay here at Winterplace K-103! The location was perfect for ski in-ski out, making early morning runs a breeze to get to the bubble chair first thing! Not only was the location great, but the property itself felt like you were staying at a close relatives house. It was very cozy and homely, which was perfect to come back to after a full day of riding. We really enjoyed looking at all the family memories of previous ski trips hung up on the wall. You can really tell the owners have a passion for the sport of skiing and want to share that with all of their guests who visit. Susan was such an amazing host! She made the whole process a breeze and was available if we needed anything! The community pool & hot tub was the icing on the cake when our legs were sore from a long day on the mountain. I was also very happy there was a coffee bean grinder available in the kitchen so I was able to bring my favorite coffee to have early mornings before heading out. The love and care put into this property was everything, without ever meeting her, Susan made us feel like family coming for a short stay, instead of just customers renting her place. I will definitely look into booking this property again when we come back for future trips!

Great Property - Close To Slopes

Ski On Ski Off Enjoyment

My family and I had a great time at K103! Host had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Easy on and off the slopes all day. Hot tub and swimming pool at night along with board games. We will be booking another vacation at K103!

Family Weekend

So much of the rental experience is about the owner. Susan was a gem to work with. Responsive, positive, flexible, kind and welcoming. The condo is rich with her family culture, adventures and stories from all the pictures and memories on the wall. The location is absolutely perfect for ski in/out. And great for people watching at the top of B Quad. The back bedrooms are chilly so pack warm PJs. Susan has plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. We would love to come back again!
