Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Amy’s. The location is great, the kitchen was fully stocked. Only complaint would be that the mattresses are old and not that comfy.

Great getaway with friends

We stayed at Amy's condo the weekend of Oct 11. Great quiet location close to everything. The condo was very clean well furnished and stocked with everything you would need. Amy was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. God willing we will return next year.

Perfect, just a described

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. The home was very clean, well stocked and perfectly located. Plenty of room for us to spread out and an easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Would definitely book again if staying in Dewey.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, even for our young preschooler. Quiet area. No linens which was a bit irritating (needed another suitcase for 3 different sizes of sheets) but no other complaints. Would book again.

Dewey getaway

My group really enjoyed our stay at Amy's house in Dewey. Amy was super communicative through the check-in process. The house is equipped with beach essentials and was exactly as depicted in the listing. We loved the second floor deck off of the master bedroom in particular. The house is about an 8 minute walk to the beach, and right down the street from Starboard, North Beach, and Bottle & Cork, which is crucial for the bar goers--that said, the house is tucked away enough that we didn't hear any noise or music from the bars. Our only critique was that the kitchen is a little tight for any more than 2 people at a time, and the cabinets/drawers felt a bit disorganized. Thanks for having us, Amy!

Great location

Loved our stay here, the location was perfect and the house was cute. Clean and everything. Only thing I’ll say is the Pots and pans are too old that the nonstick is worn and they weren’t very useful and the mattresses on the bed were not comfortable. Other than that everything was great.

Great Location

The location was 2 short blocks from the ocean and one short block from sunset beach on the bay. Walking distance from public transportation and restaurants made the vacation stay very relaxing. The condominium was super clean and in excellent condition. My family and I enjoyed mornings and evenings on the second story deck. There were two modern flat panel TV's perfect for watching movies with the family. Also, parking included, a big plus for the area. We would stay here again.

Great Location

I chose this property based on its location. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Additionally, DE Seashore State Park is a short drive for kayaking. The owner, Amy was very responsive to my questions and the property was as advertised. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

The cleanliness was exceptional! The condo was well set up and location was ideal for our family’s first visit to Dewey beach. I was pleased with the owner personally reaching out prior to our visit. Great vacation!

Dewey Jump-Off Location

Everything was as promised. BYO linens and towels but then everything else you need is at your disposal. Came here with a crew of 40 year old (plus) friends to enjoy the recently fully-opened town for live music, seafood and beach0time. This house is the PERVECT location for those wanting both quick access to the beach and walking distance to Dewey's best bar and restaurant venues. The sectional couch was perfect for evening card games and with two full baths, post-beach clean-up went quickly. Amy was responsive and made the vacation weekend a success. Stay off the mini beach/bay access that is right near the house as that is private property for the condos directly to the left of this rental.
