Con una ubicación céntrica en la costa este de Kauai, este es el alquiler de vacaciones perfecto en Kauai. Ubicado al lado de Coconut Grove en Waipouli, Kauai es uno de los bosques de cocos más grandes de la isla donde la realeza hawaiana alguna vez fue a montar a caballo.

We would have appreciated being told there was loud construction going on in the upstairs unit. It was quite intrusive and when Faith went upstairs to politely ask ask when they might be done, one of the contractors was rude. The other one came by the next day with a box of candy as a nice apology and it turned out I knew him from years ago. Some of the electrical plugs are quite loose and /or didn't work at all. The broom and dustpan were hidden behind a dark curtain in the kitchen and we didn't find them until the last morning. The place was clean and well-appointed, and certainly a handy central location.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time staying here in Kauai. The condo is very clean and met all of our needs. Quick walk to the ocean and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We did like everything on Kauai from this spot, and everything was like 30-60 minutes away or less. Great centralized place to stay.

The location of the place in the center of Kapaa made it easy to walk to everything. It was also a great place to be to be able to see the entire island.

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable. Only downside was that the unit does not have air conditioning - due to the fact that there are buildings between this unit and the water and it is a good ways away from the water the unit doesn’t get any breezes off the water. There are ceiling and poll fans in each room but it still got pretty hot in the u it at times

Condo is super cute and clean just like the pictures. Was a little concerned about the size but it was perfect for us. Plus who really stays in their condo while staying in such a beautiful island!!

Very clean and conveniently located in the middle of the island. Thoughtfully supplied with many conveniences. No AC but trade winds kept us pleasantly comfortable.

Great location

Great location. In the middle of anything you might need. The beach and bike trail are RIGHT there. Cons: no AC, place is kind of small for 2 people.

Aloha Yelena, thank you for choosing to stay with us. The association of the property does not allow air conditioning and the unit is not advertised in the listing to provide air conditioning. The unit is a 2 BR, 1.5 bath apartment of 635 SF (not including the outside lanai areas) and accommodates comfort for at least 2 people, although it sleeps up to 5 with the sofa sleeper in the living room. Great location, comfy condo

We really loved staying here and everything was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the upstairs neighbors are pretty loud. It can also get hot and stuffy even with all the fans going.

Cute place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us to explore the island & close to the airport for those long flights. Some great unexpected things available to us were: floor fans, beach towels & chairs, soap / shampoo / conditioner, everything you need in a kitchen & even a Kauai book outlining some great advice of where to go & what to do. Oh, also in walking distance of the beach, some great restaurants & grocery stores too! Enjoy & have fun here!

Nice and easy. We had five people, which was pushing the limit of comfortability and ease. Would probably recommend 3 people for a comfortable stay. Having recycling services was great. Lots of nice details.
