Kids loved the pool. Nice having the boat dock for the rental we had while there. Large home worked nice for our family.

Home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location is quiet and perfect to go for walks and for the kids to ride their bikes since there is little traffic. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool every day. I definitely recommend this property.

Lovely Home

This is a lovely home. It is exactly as described. The pool and outdoor space was great for the 3 kids and there was an office for us to work out of. The ability to fully open the sliding doors so the entire main area of the house was outdoors was great.

Perfect getaway

Kitchen well stocked but could use more/newer pot holders and sauce pan lids. Otherwise, the house was truly wonderful. Quiet location, great pool, loved the floor plan of the house. It as also terrific to have washer/dryer as we found it necessary.

Lovely house hidden expenses

The house was great very clean no complaints there. I actually rented this home thinking that we would not get charged extra for electricity usage. I found nothing on the website prior to renting the property stating that you would be charged extra for electricity. This is the first rental that I have rented that has extra charge for electricity. But after renting found out that we would get charged if we went over I believe $35 for the week. There was no check in had a paper telling us to call when we arrived at the house and that someone would be out the next day or that evening to go over rental expectations that never happened. For a week stay they provided us to 2 pods for dishwasher 2 garbage bags 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Needless to say that was not enough for a party of 7 for a week. I have Rented many other VRBO'S Never seen a home that did not have ample supplies provided. Even said there was a welcoming gift in the frigerator there was nothing in there. The canal in front of the home was easy access to gulf. On one of the days we were staying there a nasty Brown sewage looking mess floating on top of the water for most of the day. A neighbor told us if you caught fish in this canal do not eat them. Water was very dark not what I was expecting being so close to the Gulf of Mexico. The pool was great not too hot not too cold was keep clean.

Beautiful home

This home is so comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of beach chairs and pool toys. Loved our time there.

Love the property soo very spacious and beautiful

Property was amazing loved everything about it. Only downfall is I emailed about my refund on my deposit twice and still haven’t heard anything back regarding it.

Excellent property not available on VRBO

Property was very nice. Excellent location. Communication was good. My only issue was the change in dock availability. Homeowner purchased a boat and did not notify us prior to arrival. We were expecting to use the boat lift which was unavailable upon arrival.

Great house, great location

Excellent home, nice canal, nice boat lift, great pool but should be better informed about the time it takes to heat the pool. It took almost 4 days to get to temp, probably due to the cold weather, but we were told it would take one day to warm up. Still we loved the property and would like to return.
