Este condominio completó una nueva remodelación y es el más nuevo de todos los castillos de arena listados. También tengo otro condominio frente al mar directo al lado en Sandcastle One (vrbo 769898) que tiene todas las comodidades que tiene para ofrecer. Este es un frente al mar directo con piscina climatizada y jacuzzi, junto con parrillas a gas ubicadas junto a la piscina para su uso personal. Mi condominio también proporciona ropa de cama de alta calidad para que tu estadía en la playa sea realmente memorable. Disney y Bush Gardens están a poca distancia. Alquilamos de sábado a sábado solamente. Gracias

Good for families but..

If you are staying with children this is the place for you, if you are older adults looking for relaxation this place is not it. The condo was neat and clean, tv was difficult to use, the toilets filled very slowly, but the showers had good pressure. Since the condo is located right above the pool on the second floor its very noisy and loud and overrun by kids jumping in and out of the pool and hottub until all hours of the night, there was no order and they didnt follow the rules. The beach was nice and close we rented the loungers and umbrella ,well worth the money. Leaving the condo we were given instructions on washing towels,sheets and dishwasher something the cleaning service should do. Renting the van was a total hastle, constant texting, too many instructions and expectations. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few bucks and rent a car at the airport.

Our Beach vacation

We absolutely loved every minute of our vacation in this condo. From having a parking spot in the garage, using the shopping cart to take luggage in the elevators, to the moment we walked in the condo and saw the views of the ocean is just breathtaking. From walking out on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach is just wonderful. We had everything we needed to cook with and the barbecue grills were very clean and easy to use and loved having the umbrellas over the grill area to give us shade while grilling. The beach was never too crowded and we never worried about our stuff on the beach while we were in the water. The outdoor shower stations when you come back from the beach was really nice and clean. The pool never really got too crowded and the hot tub was nice too. The condo had plenty of room for all 5 of us. We have been coming to Indian Shores since 2014 and absolutely love this area and we’ve always felt safe and never had any problems with it being too crowded. We will definitely be staying at this location again. I can’t say it enough about how wonderful this place is.

The description of this vacation unit and location is completely accurate but does not do it justice!! Perfect location for beach and variety of nearby activities, short distance from cities. Well-maintained property and unit close to elevator with numbered and covered parking. Gorgeous decor, fabulous well-equipped kitchen, huge balcony overlooking pool, hot tub, and beach, sleeps eight in three bedrooms. Reasonably priced. Owner is very accommodating and responsive to communication. The only issue was cable TV not functioning, which is being addressed. Love it!!!

Great location

Phil was extremely great with communication and accommodating. He went above and beyond making sure we were fully satisfied with our stay. We enjoyed the location as it was super close to Clearwater and St Petersburg. We loved that it wasn’t busy with traffic and it was more of a local vibe. It had great local restaurants and bakeries. The property had a great location of the beach and pool access. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table and I enjoyed the little library available. We enjoyed our family getaway!

Forget staying there .There is a construction goin on there ,dust all over ,they was a leak on the sewer pipe on the garage .The smell was terrible .The noise from construction workers started 8am and ended 5pm .They using big machine to send the concrate floors right on our door .👎👎

Great Location - Right on the beach

Great condo right on the beach with a great pool and grilling area. Owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Love the area, great dining, boat tours, etc. Would definitely go back.

Condo on the beach

Condo was great. Philip was very responsive and helpful. Seen dolphins daily in the am on the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Plenty of space for the family. Close distance from legoland, Busch Gardens, John’s pass, and plenty of restaurants. caddy’s is directly across the street and food is great. Kids loved the pool. Would stay here again!

Sandcastle II great location in Indian Shores

First time staying at Sandcastle II but hopefully not my last. Great communication with the owner before and during my stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and was very spacious. Very well stocked with starter items as well as some beach items, cooler and lots of kitchen cookware although we didn't cook much. Grouper sandwich at Caddys (across the street) was delicious! The grounds on site has a deluxe Weber grill setup that we really wanted to use one night but never got around to but maybe next trip. We also took our senior pet with us and she did really well and enjoyed her vacation as well. Looking forward to returning Philip!

Perfect location!

Owner was nice but slightly repetitive on rules about the rental. Lots of texting & repeating which could be offensive to some renters. As a rental manager myself, I understand the chances taken renting your property out and damages that could result. On vacation I do not want to be texted daily! Other than that, property was very spacious & modern with amazing view of the beach & water. Dolphins daily and location was the best! Peaceful and very quiet! Definitely would highly recommend and will go back often!

Nice unit, nice area, unprofessional and difficult owner.

Way too many long, repetitive, patronizing, and unnecessary instruction texts and telephone calls from this extremely unprofessional owner, resulting with me having to tell him to never text or telephone me again and filing complaint with VRBO. Owner expects guests to fill out checklist, strip beds, wash linens and towels, and made requests throughout the week for other things around the unit to be done that should be handled by housekeeping staff, not guests. Owner was untruthful about automatic air conditioning system and wouldn't lower the thermostat below 78 degrees until I threatened to leave and take it up with VRBO. Owner called me a “knucklehead” because I hadn't booked directly through him after I had already booked online in April and couldn't cancel. Parking spaces under building are very tight and hard to locate due to a weird numbering system. All the larger vehicles were parked outside. Owner responded promptly to have issues with electrical outlet and balcony doors resolved. Unit and area are nice, but we booked our next visit with Plumlee Realty for this same building, different unit. Judging from his reaction to any negative comments on VRBO reviews, I expect that this owner will paint me as demanding and unreasonable and will make excuses and disagree with my comments in his reply to this review.

Indian shores Sand Castle II

This condo was overall okay. The cleanliness was a 3/5 stars due to the staining on comforters in the queen beds room, the pool of water still under the kitchen rug (I’m assuming from mopping), the mildew of the washer, and unkeep/unclean kitchenware (scrubbed eggs off of spatulas). The condo only had 6 towels… this condo can sleep up to 8 guests. The utensils needs updating. The thermostat needed attention roughly every 2-3 hours as it has a “hold” option (that we could not cancel) which requires you to manually turn down the AC to lowest 71°, otherwise it would turn to 74°. The parking was tricky at first due to the appointed parking spot was only big enough for a Toyota Camry, not any bigger. Phil informed us of a spot we could could my in-laws suburban. Overall I gave this location a 4/5. Beautiful beach and fun area to visit!

Both my wife and I are very excited about sharing our condos with you. We live in Crown Point, Indiana and have two children. I am an electrician at US Steel and my wife is a third grade teacher. We have worked very hard to acquire these condos and would love for you stay here and make memories with your family.

This property has everything you want to do. It is all within walking distance or a few short miles away. From restaurants, to golfing, to the ocean you can experience numerous activities in a short amount of time.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Airports are located within fifteen to thirty minutes away. Their is Clearwater St Petersburg or Tampa airport. Disney and Bush Gardens are a short distance away. The Pub restaurant is located directly across the street and offers a full menu and bar. The sand is like sugar and the Gulf of Mexico is very warm.
