3 minutos a pie de Casino Niagara, Clifton y las cataratas

Xolisile and her 3 friends stayed for 3 nights at my place. They were amazing guests. I am glad that they enjoyed their stay and found my place, just 10 minutes walk to pretty much where they want to go. Yes you can just leave your car. I would love to have them back since they were very respectful of my place. They stayed at the back porch when they wanted to smoke, left the house organized, the way it was before they arrived. Would love to have back.

I would not recommend this guest to future host for various reasons: 1st: her booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. Since she saw there was a camera, she said there will be 4 adults and 2 kids. In short, her booking has deceived both VRBO and me the host. It was a deliberate act . As a result there were 2 SUV 's, one of which blocked the street. My neighbor who owns the Italian ice cream parlour texted me at 11:30 pm to tell me about the car blocking the street . He said their car will be towed. I called Nicole but there was no response so I went to the house to tell them about the one car blocking the street , asked them to move the car and I paid the parking. If the number of guests and the number of cars were disclosed at the time of reservation, I would have handled it differently. It is also worth mentioning that when I came to see her, she did not even say thank you for accommodating her additional 2 guests without additional charge. She has a stone face. I let it go and it was late in the evening. 2nd, on day 2 the alarm sirened. She called me and I came to see them. When I came I saw 4 adults and 4 kids. Her guest have 2 kids and she has 2. When I saw that, she started asking about the camera and other things to cover her lies. I stayed calm and I was gonna call the alarm system company while i am there but I saw they were leaving so I decided to just take the alarm system. The company has recorded that they were trying to arm the system. On top of that they disconnected the cameras. . A lie cant be solved by another lie and I was worried what more harm and damage she would caused me so I cancelled her reservation on the 3rd night. However she left just before the 2nd night ended. She asked me why I cancelled and here is my reply "for now just enjoy your day and I'll call you when I get back". It means stay where you are (which is my house) and I will talk to you when I get back. I guess she was not able to read between the lines. Host can decide to cancel but still allow you to stay. It is just cancelled in the system but not the actual stay. 4th, when Nicole booked she asked about the review about "other people staying in my basement". I said there used to but now it is 100% a short rental place which I told her once you stay , you can include that in your review that it is 100% being occupied by the guests. 5th, she wanted a refund. She said she paid 1600 plus to VRBO and I said as a host I get paid 1100 after.
