Contacting the owner to get in was easy. The view was great and having a 4 month old...the access to boardwalk and beach..wonderful. We love Ocean City..and it was nice that this place was close and far enough from all the stores on the boardwalk. Will for sure stay again. Thank you.

Not enough eating utensils. House much cleaner than 2 years ago. Some pots and pans need to be discarded. Toaster oven a fire hazard. Need a simple toaster. Great view and location.

Excellent location!

Perfect location right on the boardwalk. Close to everything. The owner is super responsive! Overall very pleased with our stay. I do suggest keyless entry be installed and lots of towels be added for the bathrooms

Nice Place in Great Location!

Very nice place right on the boardwalk. It was nice to sit on the porch and watch the ocean. The location is excellent - right on the boardwalk - easy to walk to many places.

Great Location

Perfect location to stay at with the grandkids. Beach was right out front, no long treks or streets to cross. Short walk on the boardwalk to rides, restaurants, and shopping. Quiet at night.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is perfect-close to everything but still quiet and serene! The view is fabulous and the owner was very helpful and accommodating! And we were able to bring our little dog!

Perfect location and helpful owner

The location of this property is perfect! Steps from the beach and easy walk to the shops on Asbury. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sun set over the ocean. The owner was very helpful with checkin and even helped us move furniture on the deck to accommodate our dog. Definitely recommend.

Perfect get-a-way at the beach. Very convenient to everything we needed, beach, boardwalk, restaurants... very pleasant host too that made all arrangements very easy and appreciated!

PROS:* The location of this condo is a 10/10 with respect to boardwalk and beach access. * Being able to bring our dog was a plus. * Layout of living space is nice.* Windows that had screens opened with little issue so we could enjoy the breeze.Suggested improvements:* Upgrade the bedroom mattresses* Add some additional silverware and some smaller pots to kitchen inventory* The garbage can area looked like it hadn't been taken care of for a while. We ended up taking out alot more garbage cans to the curb than the amount we created. There was also construction type waste located in the walkway area on our side of the condo. So, garbage area definitely needs managed better.* Some of the window blinds definitely need replaced.OVERALL: We would stay at this condo again given the opportunity.

Amazing location! Views of the sunrise, boardwalk, close to everything

We absolutely loved our stay. Every morning we were able to watch the sunrise from the front porch. Everything is within walking distance. Loved it!

Great location for families

Right on the beachfront and close to boardwalk hub yet far enough away to be quiet. Nothing like sitting on the porch and watching the surf! One of the older Ocean City properties that has recently been updated.

New Year’s Eve rental

We chose this property for its location and it did not disappoint. The view was breathtaking! It’s an older property with nice upgrades. We had a great time and enjoyed the First Night festivities.

Memorial Day Week Rental

Great location with house on the boardwalk & close to beach. Listing was accurate but cabinets & closets could have been cleaner & organized for a rental. Dog Friendly which is great. We brought our own sheets & towels. Overall the house & location worked for our family vacation for the week.

Location, location, location

Amazing vacation in part because of the incredible location of this property. The view over the dunes was breathtaking (even during a storm). Only 2 blocks to the start of the businesses on the boardwalk. Off street, covered parking, was a bonus. Plenty of space for 7 of us. Property needs some TLC but there were updates and owner was very attentive. We would stay again!

Great location, great ocean and boardwalk views. Property needs some updating, windows are original and don’t latch properly, peeling floor in kitchen, stains on ceilings indicate prior leaks, etc.

Great time

Property was clean, owner was great. We just love the location. We park our car and walk everywhere. Or rent a surrey from bobs a block away. Open floor plan, kitchen and bathrooms nice. We love the balcony. You can watch the waves crash on the ocean and wave to the people cruising the boardwalk. We’ll be back!

Great location

Great place right on the boardwalk. First time bringing our Golden Retriever and he loved it. The house was clean and roomy. Beds and kitchen pans could use an upgrade but it’s just an observation not a real complaint. The owner was responsive to messages. You can’t beat having your deck on the boardwalk with a beach view and your dog too! We will definitely be back next year.

For a "Quick-Getaway," this was a good place. The house could use some updates on the bedrooms and bathrooms, but the kitchen was nice! We did notice that there was an ant problem in the kitchen, but it seems that the owner is aware, since there was several ant traps.

Dirty, human hair and pet hair everywhere especially all over bathroom floors, sinks, bathtub, shower. Not vacuumed (I had to ask for a vacuum to use as there wasn’t even a working vacuum in the house). Dirty countertops. Hair all over sheets and comforters. Smelled like pet urine. Ceiling leaking water, puddles of water on floor in master bedroom. Mold in closet. Ant traps everywhere. Ants all over dressers in bedrooms and kitchen countertop. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were a mess, crumbs inside, nothing was clean, no silverware. Couldn’t even eat there. Broken shades on front window and door. I spent the entire first day and into our second day cleaning the entire house. Ad states the living room furniture is new. It’s clearly very old and worn. Feels and looks very dirty.

Great view - property inside and out was filthy

Would never stay again. Dust everywhere. Dishwasher did not get food off dishes. Dryer took hours to dry a medium size load. Floors had sand and gobs of hair
