We had a great trip despite the rain. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, use of the grill, and cozy space inside. Communication with the owner was immediate and appreciated. Space is very clean and had everything we needed. Close to the beach!

Perfect getaway spot

We throughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect size for the two of us. We loved the coffee station, location to the beach, and cleanliness. The outdoor space was awesome! It had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Mother/daughter trip

We were grateful for the shady outdoor living area when taking a break from the mid-day sun at the beach. This is an efficiency, size space indoors which supplies only the minimum in basic care “amenities”. For our 3-night stay, we were allocated 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth each. No dish rags with which to wash dishes. When I requested another set of bath linens, and dish rag, I was told by the host that the policy is that 1 ea are provided only as a supplement to what the renter should have brought with them. Although there was no suggestion in the rental description that we should have brought our own. Live and learn.

Hi Amanda, thank you for sharing your feedback. For a stay of two guests over three days, we provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person. A dishcloth is also available under the sink in the drain pan holder. To ensure a comfortable experience, we stock the home with a variety of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning supplies, tin foil, plastic bags, and paper plates. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and value your input as we continue to enhance the guest experience.

Wonderful Spot

I rented this cute apartment for my parents they were beyond pleased with the apartment and Jana's hospitality. The apartment was as advertised, no steps. Everything was included, shampoo, soap, linens, paper towels, toilet paper. Basically, all you need for your stay are your clothes. Jana was very accommodating; my parents needed an extension cord to charge their handicap scooters and she made it happen. The patio is covered and made a nice spot to sit and relax with several outdoor lounging areas. It is located in a very private area, and you would never know someone lives upstairs, as they never heard them at all during their stay. Would definitely recommend this little gem.

The place was clean and neat. I feel like they could have at least mowed the grass and make it a little bit more inviting. Communications was not the best, I called the owner one day and never heard from her, so I texted her and she texted me back 24hrs later. They need directions on how to operate the TV's in that apartment. The bedroom TV is so high up on the dresser it's basically useless. That TV we couldn't figure it out, as it wasn't hooked up to the dish like the living area TV. I think they should have a motion light under the house that you walk under at night as it's very dark. There is a light as long as you remember to turn it on before you leave. All in all in was a comfortable stay.

Hi Larry, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: “The grass is mowed by a company every 2 weeks all summer long. The television requires two remotes which include one for the cable box and one for the TV. You must push the on and off buttons on each for them to work. There is a motion spotlight that comes on as soon as you come up the driveway, however, if the light stayed on under the house permanently, the mosquitoes would be relentless, thus why it is on a motion sensor only. I provide everything you could possibly need in a clean, well decorated, well-stocked apartment and appreciate your feedback.”

Quiet, convenient, clean

Very nice property. Perfect for a couple. Loved the location, away from the crowds yet only 1/2 mile walk to the beach. There is also a town park 2 blocks away, from which you can access Nature Conservancy property. We walked to the sound and back, about 1.6 miles. Very clean, well equipped and equally well maintained. Helpful and responsive host. Glad we chose this apartment and would book again if in the area.

Very nice property. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood that was also very convenient to the beach and all we wanted to do. Easy walk to the beach. Clean as a whistle. Great for a couple. We would stay here again.

Quaint Suite

We enjoyed our stay at this small property. The location was excellent, and the suite was immaculate. Please note there is not a laundry room at this property. Additionally, there was one towel and one washcloth allotted for a six night stay. The owner was kind to bring additional towels upon request. We would stay there again; however, the suite was cooled with a room air conditioner in the main room. As you can see in the photo, it was professionally installed. The air conditioner is loud and kicks on and off constantly (like every 30-60 seconds). When we visited the sofa was under the air conditioner, so conversation and watching a movie were challenging with the noise. Again, not the biggest deal in the world, but if you are noise sensitive, it will bother you. The host was lovely, and responded promptly. You are staying on the bottom floor of a house. You will hear the people above you, and they will hear you. Again, everyone was respectful, but it may bother you to hear others and know they can likely hear you. I mention all of this not as negatives, rather information that might be helpful.

Pretty Good Place

Jana was incredible in communication and response. There was adequate kitchen supplies and the tv area was comfortable enough. But I CANNOT recommend this place until the bed is replaced. It was horrible. You’ll have a difficult time sleeping and that is too important an aspect of staying. Again, everything else was fine and Jana too nice not to give a good rating. But THAT BED….!!! Uhhhgggg
