Nice and close to everything

Very clean and quite nice. King (one of owners) was great—one TV didn’t work and he came right over and fixed it with a good natured approach. Good views. We would come back—on a busy corner so a tad bit noisey when deck is open. Thanks

Perfect location on Vanderbilt Beach!

We booked this vacation very last minute but it turned out to be perfect. The location is amazing. A short walk across the street and we had private access to a great beach. Vanderbilt Public Beach is just a short walk down The road. Condo is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels etc. Beds are very comfortable. And property managers were incredibly attentive and responsive. We had problems with WiFi modem and they came and replaced it immediately. Only two negatives, the gate to the beach requires a key and there was only one set of keys. We were constantly having to let each other in as we didn’t all always arrive at the same time. Other negative, if you like to watch TV, there are only about three television channels. Netflix was available though.

Extended Stay in Florida

My husband and I extended our stay in Florida and booked this condo last minute. Communications with King were excellent. We had a couple of minor questions after we checked in and he stopped over immediately to help us. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was adequately supplied with items for cooking and the views were spectacular. Would definitely stay at the condo again. One suggestion. The cable package is limited (only network stations), but the ability to stream Netflix and others worked well. Maybe a few more cable stations would be nice.

Spacious comfort!

The condo has gulf views - it is very spacious, clean and very well equipped! The beach equipment is great! The property has beautiful grounds, large pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas and beautiful Weber bbqs for outdoor grilling and dining under the tiki hut - all along the inland bay where you can watch the boats going out and coming in from the gulf! We would recommend it!

Sun & Fun!

My family recently stayed in this 2 bedroom condo overlooking a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was comfy, clean, the kitchen stocked with all the amenities and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Enjoy!

great location, comfortable clean space

Sally and King were responsive, polite and concerned about our comfort during our stay. The space is very clean and well organized. All the utensils needed to cook. Wifi is fast and dependable. Great views front and back. The pool area is very nice, there are beach chairs in the condo to take to the beach. Beds are comfortable, good TVs with lots of cable choices in both bedrooms and the living room. Highly recommended.

Worth the premium

Perfect!

We have been coming to Naples for the past 35 plus years (since college) and have stayed at all the beach resorts in Naples. This time we decided to try VRBO. We love Vanderbilt Beach so we wanted to find something on Gulf Shore Drive. The Condo is very clean. While in the unit we lived in the screened in porch over looking the water! Great location; parking; facilities! The residents were kind and friendly. The owners were also kind and helpful. We would highly recommend. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home.

Fantastic Property!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything was immaculately clean and neat inside the unit and on the grounds. The unit was spacious and outfitted with anything and everything you might need.There is a nice pool by the water. It is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants. movie theaters and shopping. The owners are great people who were very helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying at the Beach View Penthouse!!

The reason we loved this Condo: * Beautiful views of the gulf and canals * Clean and well furnished * Well stocked * Tennis courts, Pool, Tiki Bar and more * Great location, close to restaurants and shopping * Friendly, helpful owners My wife and I stayed at this beach view condo not long ago and had a fantastic vacation. Not only does Naples Florida have a lot to offer, but this condo was well stocked with everything imaginable. It is very centrally located , walking the beach just steps away, made this stay even better. We intend on returning to this condo again in the near future.

uBeautiful Penthouse Views

This Penthouse condo is really great! Beautiful view of the beach from the front and the canal in the back. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is clean, has nice furniture, nice floors, newer bathrooms and is very well stocked with new linens, towels, etc. The owners were very nice and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Outside is well maintained with tennis courts, pool and a large Tiki bar for gatherings with tables and chairs, and a a grill. It is also close to great shopping and restaurants. I hope to go back next year.

Fabulous Penthouse condo steps from the beach

I recently stayed in this penthouse condo, literally a few steps away from the beach. The condo is fully supplied with everything you need to make your stay complete. It is extremely clean and well appointed. I had a new washer and dryer for use, a great Keurig for fresh brewed coffee daily and the kitchen was equipped with everything you can imagine, if wanting to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. I love to walk the beach in the morning, so a quick step into the elevator and a short few steps across the street to my very own private gated entrance, allowed me to do this on a daily basis. The location of this property is key as well, a short 10 minute car ride or if you choose bicycle, a mere 25 minutes away from the best shopping in Naples Florida, plus a slew of great restaurants and the Artis of Naples theatre all right in the neighborhood. I might also add that this property provides a nice private tiki hut with a grill for use at your leisure or for entertaining post sunset with family and friends. The pool was also great, after walks on the beach, it was refreshing to take a swim with pretty views of the back bays. The owners of the condo were very helpful and extremely nice to work with. At the end of the day I can truly say, I had a great stay in this penthouse condo and I will definitely go back for sure.

WOW.....Simply Exquisite Through and Through

Wow.... What a wonderful place. It is literally steps away from the beach across the street, entered through a private gated entry, so close (walking distance) to all the amenities around town. Restaurants and shopping are minutes away. Also, if you have a family, as we do, you have bicycling and numerous activities just down the street very close by. The inside of the condo is emmaculate as well as very clean and very very nice. It has new appliances, including a brand new washer and dryer. All the bedding, linens are supplied and are new! We had a brand new Keurig coffee maker which was so nice for our morning breakfast. The property also has a private tiki hut and grill if you love to grill out, as we did on numerous occasions. They even supplied beach umbrellas and beach chairs as well. The owners were so accommodating and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They made us feel they were so appreciative that we were staying there. If you like private pools, the pool at the condo is amazing! You have an amazing view of the back bays from here. Wonderful! All in all, one of the best places we have ever stayed and we have traveled the country, first class. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much again for a wonderful vacation and stay. The way it should be done.

Perfect Girls Getaway!

Three of my girlfriends from college and I try to get together every two years for a week getaway. We have stayed in many nice places, but this one is definitely the best so far! The condo itself is really gorgeous and had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay, including all linens, a fully appointed kitchen and laundry area, grill, beautiful decor, and extremely comfortable beds. However, the icing on the cake is its location! Just steps from a gorgeous stretch of beach and walking distance to many local amenities. The owners were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect--they even provided us with beach chairs! Definitely a great place for a girls get-away, but I fully intend to return with my husband and two teenage sons as well. We have been looking for the ideal spot for an annual family vacation, and I think we have found it!
