Ariel Dunes es uno de los complejos turísticos más nuevos de Destin a lo largo de Scenic Gulf Drive. Nuestro condominio 1BR / 2BA con literas en el pasillo se encuentra en el piso 14. Este condominio ofrece una vista increíble de la arena blanca como el azúcar y las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México, ¡quizás las playas más bonitas de los EE. UU.!

Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el piso 14 con vistas directas a la playa y al área de la piscina. La suite principal viene con una nueva cama King con colchón de espuma viscoelástica. El salón es espacioso y ofrece un sofá cama desplegable. El condominio cuenta con literas en el pasillo que son perfectas para los niños. Hay 1 baño completo y ½ baños. Servicio WIFI gratuito incluido.

Ofrecemos todas las necesidades para que te instales y te relajes. Hay una tienda de comestibles cerca para que reponga y recoja cualquier artículo que pueda necesitar para el resto de su estadía.

It was great. We had a lot of fun with out 4 kids who age 3 to 12. The beach was a 5 minute walk from where we stayed which was awesome.

Great beach condo

Great views, patio facing both pool and beach/ocean. Great location to all things in Destin and Miramar Beach/Sandestin. Bedroom bed was comfortable, the 1.5 baths was a nice feature for my family of 6. Easy check in and getting bags to room, the cafe onsite was super convenient and the food was great!

Great View

The resort is clean and it has security stations at the entrances. The on site restaurant has good food and drinks with live entertainment nightly. The condo is good for a small family.

Great place

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Everything was great except the couch needs updating especially if your gonna sleep on it. Could really use at least a chair to go with the couch cause there’s no seating except for bar stools. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great place to stay

Condo was great! It was clean and came exactly as described. Perfect view of the ocean. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Pool is large and spacious. Washer and dryer came in handy. Only a few minor issues, the shower tub drained slowly. Also, we wish there was an iron. There may have been one there, but we couldn't find it. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Nice place & great view

Really enjoyed the stay. Condo was nice but small. It would be crowded with 6 adults. Also was short on supplies. No can opener & dishes for 4 only. Since there was only 2 of us it didn’t bother us. Also make sure your parking pass is filled out correctly & hanging correctly in your car. They check these daily & saw many people getting tickets.

Condo was conveniently located close to beach. Easily accessible. Property grounds were well kept. However the condo itself had several issues. Our first night there numerous electrical outlets didn’t work, the bedroom light wouldn’t come on and neither tv worked. I messaged the owners and he sent maintenance up the next day. He stated everything was fixed when he left. However the electrical outlets in the bathroom still didn’t work and the light and tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The mattress on the pull out couch is dirty and has several large stains on it as well as having dirty sheets on it. The bed in the master bedroom is as hard as a rock. The floors also appeared to have not been mopped in some time.

The location is very nice, primarly because of the direct view of the gulf.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are planning a time when we can visit this exact room again. Please advise on the usage of the TVs. Only one channel available in the bedroom and couldn't get the tv to work in the main living area without incurring a cost. Some remotes were without batteries. We decided that it would be a better vacation without television and decided to listen to jazz on our cell phone. Thank you for accepting our reservation. We are residents of Colorado Springs and needed the warmth for a few days. Look for a request from us again within 3 months. Alexander & Joette

Regarding the tv not working, we provide cable channels for guests so the issues you're describing is likely due to the tv being set on the wrong input. Had I been notified, I would have assisted in getting the tv working properly for you. Looking forward to hosting you again in the near future.

It was just ok but wouldn’t stay again

I’ll start with the positive. It did have an ok view and the area we stayed was nice but the condo itself was lacking. So first off we couldn’t get in to the condo when we first got there due to the code not being sent when it was suppose to. Going in things were just nasty. The comforter on the bed needs a good washing as it had something in multiple spots on it. Very gross! On top of that the bed is horrible!! Not comfortable at all! When we opened the cabinets in the kitchen they all had mildew on them. They need real good cleaning. The couch looks nasty as it needs to probably be replaced! One toilet started dripping water from the cut of valve and we had to put a towel down cause water was in the floor. So overall we would not stay there again.

Stayed 5 nights. Pro: Check in was simple. Location was very close to the beach with great access. Amazing views and deck. Unit was as described with the amenities as described. Fairly clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels provided. Con: the two bunk bed mattresses would be barely adequate for small children, let alone teens. The pull out mattress was even worse. We had 4 people in our party (it advertises up to 6), but there is only sitting room in the living area for 3 (without jamming) on the sofa; otherwise you use high bar chairs. Deck furniture was fine but pretty dirty. All that said it fit our purpose. Knowing what I know now I would think about booking again but the secondary mattresses and the lack of indoor leisure seating would cause pause. New mattresses and the additional of a chair or new sectional would make this a no brainer to stay again.

Just ok

Little further walk to the beach than anticipated. No light bulbs in the lamps in living area, outlet in bathroom doesn'twork. could use some painting. Sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. All amenities were truly basic and barren. Owners communication was quick. Additional parking pass amount described was different than charged. All in all, we've stayed in better for the same cost and we've stayed in worse.

Not what I expected !

We were dissapointed to see eveything that was missing. Not much for pots and pans. I had to buy a large frying pan and large pot. I also had to buy a can opener. There was one but broken. We drink alot of coffee. We bought 2 more coffee cups as there was only 4 and we had to keep washing them. The 2 lamps in the livingroom didnt work.There was no plug for the DVD player. The overhead lights where the fan was in the bedroom didnt work. There was no hangers in the closet. The couch in the livingroom was old and uncomfortable to sit on. Housekeeping could be more thorough. We found 2 diapers with dried up poop under the bed. They dont vacuum very good. Dirty behind furniture. The plunger in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The inside was full of dried up poop. There ¹should be someone to inspect the condo before people come in. We did call the owner every time we found something and the first 3 times he was quick to fix things. But the 4th time he seemed irritated so we didnt bother him after that. Several outlets didnt work. We were there for a month. I bought cleaning stuff as there was only an old broom and dustpan. When you go on vacation you dont expect the place to be perfect but you dont expect so much to be wrong with it either. Especially when you pay good money to rent it.

Could have had more pots and pans to cook with and the floor was dirty especially under bed but we made it work and had a great time. Owners are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had.

Overall a good experience, not great. Outdoor balcony furniture old, uncomfortable. Skillets scratched up, which left us feeling unsafe with cooking. Only back right oven burner brought water to a boil. Pans left circle marks on stovetop top. Owner asked if we wanted maintenance to come out. I didn't feel like bothering with that on vacation. Master bedroom was comfortable. Teens were not comfortable on bunks. Overall good. Good view, but probably wouldn't stay there with my kids again.

Beautiful view

This place has the best location. Everything is so close. The best part is the view! The place itself needs some updates. The sofa bed is very outdated. The mattress was stained. The kitchen is descent but male sure to buy your own dish soap and scrubber or at least dishwasher pods. The master mattress was unexpectedly comfortable. The sheets looked clean but I still brought mine. There was plenty of towels. Overall this place is a great place. Just needs some updates in the furniture. But the view makes up a little.

Great Location, Nice View!

This is a great place to stay, with a beautiful view of the Gulf. My husband and I really enjoyed this condo & loved the location. Ariel Dunes I has a great restaurant downstairs which was super convenient after a long day in the sun. The owner left some dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent to be able to wash dishes/towels during your stay. I thought that was very thoughtful. My only complaint would be that the bed mattress cover was not clean. If it was, maybe it is just stained but really should be replaced in that case. My husband and I always do a thorough furniture check for bed bugs, cleanliness, etc and upon stripping the bed in the master bedroom, the mattress cover had hair on it, some dark spots that looked like stains, and had a weird smell to it (smelled like it hasn't been washed in awhile). This was disturbing to me, and doesn't look like it has been mentioned in other reviews (not sure how thoroughly the bed has been checked in the past). Otherwise the condo was clean and we enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

My son and I stayed in this condo for 5 nights and it was one of the best weeks of our lives. The condo is in the perfect location and not too busy. It’s just a short walk to the beach. My son loved the huge pools! Very clean, very attentive property owners. I’m a single mom and I felt completely safe staying here with my 11-year-old son. Nothing beats the amazing view from the balcony. We enjoyed our breakfast out there every morning. My suggestion would be to bring more of your own paper products i.e. toilet paper, kleenex, napkins, trash bags, and coffee filters. Grocery store right up the road which we visited a few times. It was super convenient having a washer/dryer in unit to dry your wet swim clothes. I can’t say enough about this condo. We will definitely be back!
