Great place, the shuttle was very convenient and the drivers very kind. Some of the contact info and process to reserve shuttle service were not updated since changing from Vacasa to Retreatia. Contact person was responsive with questions. Ski storage nice, but moving around screen door difficult in the tight space. Hot water capacity a little low.

Very nice option for our small family

The unit was nicely stocked. Hot tub was fantastic. Shuttle provided quick, easy access to Steamboat base.

The unit was in an older building. Fireplace did not work. First night, I had to contact property manager for higher heat. The absolute best thing about the unit was the shuttle service. Convenient and reliable and freeeeee. Beds were comfy.

Binder information insufficient

Mutiple thermostats on walls, multiple radiators, few radiators responded to thermostat changes. No information in bider regarding that. Fire place didn't work. No information in binder regarding fireplace troubleshooting. No map of property showing one's location in reference to hot tub, sauna. An email stated there would be two keys to the front door. There was only one.

Great location and condo had everything we needed for our stay. Loved having a shuttle to the mountain just outside the door and walking distance to plenty of restaurants nearby.

Steam Boat Ski Condo

Location was great, shuttle pickup was in the parking lot and got us quickly to the base area. Pick was also quite good, minimal waiting. Condo itself was nicely laid out, perfect for a family ski vacation!

Property was ideal for family of four to go skiing. Complementary shuttle just outside property was extremely convenient.

Property was clean, easy to get to, hot tub onsite was very nice. It was quite. They had extra pillows (nice) but no pillow cases (bummer)but over all very nice. We wouId stay there again.

We were there for the marathon and stayed two nights. Everything was easy, clean, and comfortable. We even had a moose bull visitor on the back porch.

Excellent stay

Place was clean and very well located. We could not find the keys outside of the lockbox key. It was made to sound like there were two keys within to be used but we could not find. We also aren't the best at finding things so that was probably on us. The owner was quick to respond to our questions when they arose, and the property is excellently located with a convenient shuttle to the ski area. The hot tub was hot and the sauna was an excellent touch after a long day of skiing. Would recommend to anyone looking to sleep up to 5 people. The pullout couch was a pullout couch, but it worked just fine and the bedding for such was warm clean and comfortable. Would gladly stay again.

Nice spot near the slopes

Had a nice stay at the mountain condo. The place is cozy with a beautiful view of the mountain outside the kitchen patio. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, great location, and the complex hot tub. A few amenities were missing (dishwasher liquid, hand soap, etc.) and a few items in the cabinets were expired, but not a big deal- would just recommend bringing some of your own supplies and taking a close look before using anything. Otherwise had a lovely stay. There's a free shuttle that runs back and forth to the mountain in the winter, which was fantastic. It's also about a 15 minute walk (a little ski shortcut if you can find it ;)). Definitely recommend to anyone looking to spend a few days on the mountain!

Great condo and location

Great condo and wonderful location to get to the gondola. The shuttle was super easy and just outside the door. The hot tub area had two hot tubs which was very nice for the entire complex. At first I was confused about the bathrooms- the listing says only one but then says two in the bedroom descriptions. One room has a king bed, no bathroom (there’s a hallway bathroom with shower we used). The other bedroom has a full/queen, with connecting bathroom with a shower. So there’s two! Comfy couch / seating area, comfy beds, Anne was responsive and overall it was great!

Perfect location

Excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again. Check in was super easy. The walk to the bus/shuttle was very quick, just about 1-3 minute walk. Excellent response from host if anything was needed. Access to downtown Steamboat Springs and the mountain gondola was super easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Condo

Anne's place was perfect for our ski trip. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. She and the property manager were very responsive. The location was great and the free shuttle got us everywhere we needed to go. We absolutely would stay there again for our next trip to Steamboat.

perfect property

To say a perfect property is just the beginning, This room, Location and overall presence on the mountain is AMAZING. The View of the Lifts along with the amazing View of the Homes and other properties in the area near the main lift area is really just the perfect spot to enjoy your Time with your Family anf friends.

The space was sufficient for the three of us. We supplied. We found the air was very dry and the one small humidifier insufficent. We had difficulty sleeping at night. The shuttle to and from the Gondala with easy and convient. We were told by Retreatia we did did not have access to use the shuttle to go anywhere else because we didn't have a resourt reservation. More information on Free bus lines would be most helpful. Uber cost $20 to go anywhere one way. We had no communication during our stay with the property manage.You need to add an NA option if I have to answer the question.

I fell in love with the Rockies on my first ski trip many years ago. This fall I realized my dream to have a place on the mountain. For the past 6 seasons I have visited Steamboat in the summer. Between the winter champagne powder and the summer splendor of the Yampa River with the town's lovely botanical park, this is truly a year round place . I continue to pursue my medical profession and call Fort Collins, Colorado, my home base. When I am not skiing, I enjoy biking, hiking, gardening, and international volunteer medical work.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location, location, location. Yampa View is one of the highest units on the mountain, and you can actually ski to it from the mountain base. It is a corner unit with views of the woods and gondola, making it more private.. There is a hiking path which runs behind the patio where foxes and other wildlife can be spotted. I love to sit in the lounge chair, book or binoculars in hand, fireplace alight, and enjoy the passing scene. That is, when I am not enjoying the incredible outdoors which Steamboat offers.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Walking into the kitchen area and looking out to the sunny woods beyond the patio door made me feel part of the true nature of the mountain. " Snow Genie" in condo has been a good luck charm for all visitors. Look for namesake birdhouse in corner of kitchen!
