Aloha y Bienvenido a Kihei Sands condominios frente al mar Condo A13 en el sur de Maui! Condo A13 fue completamente remodelado en junio de 2015. Disfruta de un nuevo aire acondicionado Mitsubishi y wifi gratis en esta hermosa y cómoda casa de vacaciones.

Kihei Sands Condominium se encuentra directamente en una de las mejores playas de Maui, Sugar Beach. Desde nuestra piscina frente al mar y barbacoa área del patio prácticamente se puede tocar la playa - limpia, arenosa, despoblada, y se extiende por millas en cualquier dirección. ¿Qué tan lejos está a la playa? Literalmente alrededor de 6 pies! Nuestras áreas de patio y césped son idílicas. Beautiful Sugar beach is steps away. When in season you can see whales from shore and turtles will pop their heads up. It's a short walk to the ABC store and the farmers market. We couldn't find anything to criticize. We will definitely return later this year.

The property owners are lucky to have Patrick who is absolutely wonderful with any issues on site that came up, and Connie is great at multi tasking in the office and always had a smile for me! The unit is clean, comfortable, great bed. You can walk to the local bakery/coffee shop, /shave ice. You’re close to Kihei, but not right in it. It’s quiet there. Great place to go with adult friends or the kids. Love going there with the grandkids. On site management, Connie and Patrick, they are the best. We will be back.

Family vacation

There were a couple of things that were bothersome with the three condos we rented. One of the units had human hair in the shower when we arrived and a couple roach type bugs in the same bathroom. Towel racks falling off the wall in another and the door code that quit working a couple of days before departure; that one was corrected quickly, thankfully.

It was a great base to get to all of the attractions we wanted to experience while there. Every morning there was coffee for everyone to enjoy on the patio and chat with other Kihei residents. Every evening was "happy hour" with many of the same residents who were so inclusive and friendly. They were quick to offer suggestions for us to consider beyond what we already had planned. The Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums was a perfect spot for us. The beach was easily walkable and swimming in the ocean was awesome as there was a long transition before it got deeper than my chest. Overall, this spot rates a "10" in my mind.
