Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Location to grill and hot tub excellent. Views very nice. Location to Sabino canyon, saguaro np , perfect. Only complaint was master shower not draining well. Rest perfect!

A comfortable month of March

Reviewer Comments: We were able to play a few rounds of golf in the area, visit and tour surrounding small towns,visit the zoo and generally enjoy the sun and warm weather. Great for long term stay

We stayed a month and this property served us well. Best - the kitchen, it has every appliance, pan, utensil you want. Not so good - unit advertised with smart tv but not so. Spectrum Mgmt took care of this by providing a Roku, Also responded quickly to a few other isdues.

This sparkling clean, well-appointed condo is a treasure to enjoy year after year. The patio is the perfect spot for viewing the gorgeous Catalina Mountains each evening as the light changesand the mountains take on a reddish hue.The condo is perfectly maintained. We prepare 90% of our meals. The kitchen, cookware, and serving pieces are first rate. The large side-by-side refrigerator easily holds a week's groceries and generously produces filtered water and ice.Our favorite activity- Daily hikes in the nearby Sabino Canyon Recreation Area located one mile from the Greens. We also enjoy the pool and spa next door to the condo and use the communal grill several times each week. We highly recommend this very comfortable home and have booked a 5th stay in 2025.

We spent seven weeks enjoying the gorgeous mountain views from the oversized patio, relaxing in the beautifully furnished rooms, and cooking in the well-supplied kitchen.The comfortable beds, plentiful linens, and updated bathrooms were additional positives of our wonderful stay. The condo is beautifully maintained, Spectrum Real Estate provides excellent maintenance and service. and the pool and fitness facilities are first rate. We look forward to repeat visits.

Nice place but lots of noise from neighbors above

My wife and I stayed at the property for the month of October. The condo is nice and very similar to the pictures on the website. It's right by the pool and a short walk from the BBQ area. The complex is well kept up and has a decent gym. The pool and hot tub are nice. Everything was clean except for the dishes. Many were put away dirty, so we ended up washing everything before we used them. The biggest issue we had was with the noise from the upstairs neighbors. There is loud stomping, beginning about 6am on school days until around 8am, and then picking up again around 5:30pm until around 10pm. We have no idea how anyone could take that many steps in a small condo, it sounded like they were working out some evenings. If you are an early riser I guess it's not a problem. The kid is also taking up the trumpet. The property manager was very responsive to a small problem we had with a clogged drain. Overall it was a good stay, but I wouldn't go back to that unit due to the noise.

Beautifully appointed condo- cinched a return visit!

A five star property is rare. This condo exceeded the five star rating in every aspect. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath well-appointed condo met our every need. The kitchen was furnished with excellent appliances and well-stocked with cutlery, dishes, kitchen linesn and cooking equipment. The comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom, large walk-in closet and spacious shower made for a luxurious master bedroom suite. The two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for having our two grandchildren spend the night. We were enchanted with the gorgeous mountain views from the patio that also had a large dining table and six chairs. We liked the condo so much that we have booked a six week stay next winter!
