ENERO - MARZO 2020 DISPONIBLE PARA "SNOWBIRDS"

Nuestro lugar es una casa espaciosa frente al río de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con muelle privado. Está completamente amueblado y equipado para proporcionar a nuestros huéspedes la facilidad y la comodidad que nosotros apreciamos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King. La segunda habitación tiene una cama KING y la tercera habitación tiene 2 camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones disponen de TV de plasma. La cocina está completamente equipada (es decir, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, artículos de papel, electrodomésticos, condimentos básicos) y es un sistema de filtración de agua para que nunca haya escasez de agua potable. El patio exterior no solo tiene una hermosa vista del río para disfrutar, sino también una parrilla de barbacoa y muebles de patio para su uso. Hay una escalera privada que conduce a un muelle privado, playa y río. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a un muelle privado.

Directamente al otro lado de la calle hay estacionamiento para remolques de botes, una piscina comunitaria y spa, canchas de voleibol y baloncesto. El campo de golf Rivers Edge está a poca distancia y Needles y Jack Smith Marinas están a menos de 10 minutos en coche. Laughlin y Lake Havasu City están a unos 30-45 minutos en automóvil, donde encontrará restaurantes, tiendas y mucho entretenimiento. Hay muchas actividades durante todo el año para participar, como senderismo, todoterreno, pesca y golf, todo dentro de una hora de distancia.

I have stayed in the Rio Buena Vista community several times, although it has been a number of years. This home was comfortable, clean, and well stocked, and the hosts were very responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything more and will definitely be back!

Great space and location

If you’re looking for a home to rent on the Colorado River, look no further. Location is amazing, house and its amenities provided all the comforts of home and the dock is fantastic!

New Years Getaway

The property was spacious and was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The house was perfectly located within the community, on the river side and directly across the street from the community pool, hot tub, basketball & volleyball courts. One nice surprise for the kids with Arizona being on the other side of the river one hour ahead, is that we got to experience the new year’s countdown and fireworks twice within an hour. How novel. The home was perfectly located for day trips to Laughlin/Bullhead City, Lake Havasu and Oatman. I think the kids liked the historic town of Oatman best given all the burros on the roadway leading into town they got to meet. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Owner’s Property was Awesome

Neighbor’s had couple dogs that came to visit but were friendly. Owner’s property was very clean and had beautiful views. My wife and I hope to stay there again.

Perfect Riverfront location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed many places over the years in Needles, and this by far is one of my most favorites. The view, the dock & the personal beach made for perfection.

Cozy River Front Property

My family enjoyed the cozy river front property. It was clean well stocked and had a beautiful view of the river. The private beach was perfect and the dock for the boat was very convenient for our boating and jet ski needs. We look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful Location

One nice thing is that the morning sun comes into the living room, but by the afternoon when it is hot, it is now in the shade, so one does not have to close the blinds and you can enjoy the river view...inside or outside. The bedrooms were dark, when we needed them to be, so sleeping in was easy. I brought my own mini-Keurig but was happy to see they have a combo coffee, Keurig maker, so next time I will not need to bring one. Outside, having the rinse off with hot or cold water for removing sand, is great. Neighbors a couple of doors down were super friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and just across the street. The location on the river was great, with deep water and we were lucky as the dam was releasing large amounts of water. I tied my classic jet boat between the two Docks, and it was very protected from boat traffic. We enjoyed all aspects of this rental. If you can make this happen...STAY HERE! :-)

Cozy river front property

Our family enjoyed the cozy river front property with private beach and dock. The property and kitchen was well stocked. And the décor was nice and made for nice family pictures. I enjoyed the covered patio area that was furnished where we had breakfast overlooking the river. My family looks forward to renting this property again for a wonderful river experience.

Great house, perfect location!!

House was just as described, it was so convenient to have the dock with the boat and the dock is really good quality, I’d feel very comfortable leaving my boat there for a few days. House was well stocked and we had plenty of room for our family. Parking for your boat is directly across the street and so is the swimming pool. Our family will definitely be back! :)

My husband and I live in North Orange County with our two daughters and family dog. We are both working professionals. I am an Educational Psychologist and he is a Sales Director. Our daughters are 8 and 10 years old. We both grew up in South Orange County and have known each other since high school. We went our separate ways for college but then bumped into each other years later and the rest is history!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Both my husband and I grew up boating and water skiing. Although our families didn't know each other at the time we grew up going to Lake Powell very summer for our family vacations. However since getting married, we hadn't gone water skiing in many years since we were busy building our careers and starting a family. Fast forward to more recent times, two summers ago we tagged along with our oldest daughters' friends' family for a weekend at "the river." We couldn't believe how fun it was! It brought back all the fond memories we had growing up. We also couldn't believe how great their place was and what a nugget this Rio Vista Grande community was! Before we knew it we bought a boat and went back for more and more. When an ownership opportunity presented itself, we just knew it was meant to be.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to own this home. We are still pinching ourselves! The town of Needles itself is small BUT once you drive closer to the water and turn down a few side roads you enter into what seems to be like an oasis. There is much we fell in love with- the private, secure and tight knit community; the accessibility to the beach and water. We always feel very comfortable keeping our boat tethered out in the water and appreciated not having to take it in and out every day. We love how comfortable we feel letting our daughters have some freedom to go explore and play at the beach. We love that the neighbors are not only friendly but watch out for one another. I could go on and on but those were some of the highlights that convinced us that this is our home away from home. Our oasis among the business of life!!
