This is a gated newly remodeled, beautiful three bedroom two bath single story right on the river. Master has one King bed, full bath with large tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third room has a king and queen bunk bed. All linens are Sunday Citizen and My Pillow. Kitchen is fully stocked. Large family and dining room with direct TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own beach and use of a launch ramp and dock. Brand new Pickleball court on property for use at your own risk.

USE BOAT RAMP, DOCK, AND PICKLEBALL COURT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! ONLY ONE BOAT ALLOWED PER RENTER.

It has blinds all around to keep coolness during summer and a heater for winter. Ask us about special snowbird rates. This place is amazing quiet and beautiful. Great for two couples.

Tee Off: This house is close to many golf courses such as Rivers Edge Golf Course (1.5 miles), El Rio Golf Club (7.3 miles), and Desert Lakes Golf Course (9.1 miles)

Entertainment: This home is right on the river with a ramp to launch your boat and a dock to keep it on during your stay. Enjoy popular spots such as Pirates Cove and Topac, just 25-minute boat ride to Pirates and 30 minutes to Topac. You can also get to these spots by car. Havasu is about a 50–60-minute car ride and Bullhead is about a 35–45-minute car ride. Laughlin with fun casinos in about 35 minutes drive

Week of family fun

This property needs owners allowed us to enjoy one of our favorite family vacations ever! Just a great layout and very accommodating. Everything is like new and done as if it was your own home. Can't wait to go back!

Great family house

Loved staying at this unit, very new, clean, complete place to stay, great quiet spot with a nice beach and dock to hang out on with the family. The grass was also nice for the kids to run around on a bit. Loved our stay!

Wonderful time

This was a perfect location for us, close to Las Vegas, Laughlin, Kingman, Oatman, Lake Havasu and many more places. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

Great Place

Wonderful stay 2nd year for Christmas. Family really enjoys staying there. Not able to talk to property owner after we left. There are 2 packages of brats and hamburger from south dakota pig and beef. There excellent please enjoy them.

Perfect River Getaway!

Amazing Property excellent location

The owners are amazing people. Their communication is awesome & get back to you instantly if you have any questions. The house is clean & new. The beach is sandy and smooth, the dock to hold jet skis & a boat is very clean. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Perfect River Getaway

Our family of three enjoyed a long weekend at Sharon’s property. The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook basic meals. Property was beautifully landscaped and had several areas for our family to enjoy time outside. The beach is well-maintained and has easy access into the water. Communication is excellent and although owners are on property, we still had privacy. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and already planning another trip back!

Perfect fun-in-the sun home

It was perfect! Owners were ready to lend a hand when needed. We felt like we were at home with all the things. Even ice whenever we needed. Their dog Rocco was an unexpected bonus. Delicious organic cookies for our 3-year-old grandson was a treat 😜. And late checkout was very welcome and helpful. Would stay there again and again 😊 Thank you!

Perfect River Front Property!

I almost don't want to say how good this place is because I don't want anyone else to find it!! Our family had such an awesome time at this property. The property is set up so perfectly, with a sandy beach with 2 shaded cabanas, dock, launch ramp, awesome lighted pickleball court, grass yard, and plenty of parking for all your toys. The house is super clean and well taken care of. There are 2 private gates to get to the property, so everything is secure. The owner Rick happened to be there with his super cool dog Rocco, and the dog was the highlight of the kids trip. We asked them on the drive home what their favorite part of the trip was and they all said "Rocco, we miss him already!" Rick was beyond friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again!
