This beautiful, remodeled condo is located in Seascape Resort-Aptos, CA. This spacious villa overlooks the pool/pond grass area & has peek-a-boo oceans views from 2 private balconies! A king-sized bed in each bedroom & sleeper sofas allow you to enjoy this space with up to 8 guests! Tastefully decorated throughout. Play on the beach, relax in the jacuzzi, take on the sites, explore the resort-so many choices to make it your perfect beach getaway!



The Space:

Enter this beautifully remodeled condo and on the first level you will find all the comforts of home including a full kitchen that includes an electric oven range and stovetop, large microwave, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster and even a tea kettle to pour yourself a cup of tea or hot cocoa. The kitchen bar offers bar top seating to entertain your guests while you prepare a meal in. Beyond the dining table is your living space that includes modest sized slide-out leather futon couches, a large tv, gas fireplace and a private balcony with amazing ocean views. Sit outside for some refreshing sea air and enjoy your favorite beverage.

Up the stairs you will find a stacking washer and dryer in the hall as well as a bathroom with ample counter space and walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are located upstairs each with king-sized beds and plenty of storage for your personal belongings in the closet and dresser drawers. In the master bedroom you have a large, remodeled bathroom with a step-in tub/shower and a private balcony to double your viewing pleasures. This two story condo offers comfortable living for up to 8 guests. You just have to choose who you'd like to spend your vacation with!



Guest Access:

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.



FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace and firepit at main lodge pool. Use of walking paths and bluff overlook benches.

Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).



Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters.



The Neighborhood:

Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.

The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.

On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).

Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.

The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.

In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!

Getting Around:

Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.

All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.

To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.

NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.

The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.

The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.

Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).



On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. North Bluff Pool and Spa are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.



NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
