Good stay. We had an issue with our dishwasher and the team replaced it within 24 hours.Good shower in both the rooms - better pressure than the main room. All rooms had humidifier/mister and table fans. Check-in and checkout were seamless. Really close to Avon station to hop on a bus to BC or Vail.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and very conveniently located in the heart of Avon. The riverfront gondola was right out the back door. About the equivalent of parking in the way back of a Walmart parking lot. And the shuttle busses to Vail/Beaver creek were about half that distance. Lovely little spot!

Great setup and location

Really enjoyed the stay. Very convenient and only a 4 minute walk to the gondola for beaver creek. Beds were very comfy and have 3 bedrooms was great! Definitely recommend staying there!

Great Family Ski Trip!

Excellent location with lots of room for our family ski trip. We enjoyed having restaurants, the rec center and gondola nearby...all within walking distance. No need to take the car anywhere, which was very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. We will stay here again in the future.

Very Nice Place to Stay

Brian the Property Manager was great. Very responsive and wonderful to talk to. The home would of been a little more updated, but overall it was a nice stay. Plenty of space and everything works great.

Everything you could want!

The condo was perfect for our family if 5. Very spacious and kitchen well stocked with all the necessities. Great location for skiing at Beaver Creek- less than 10 minute walk to gondola- never needed the car. Ate at Bob’s (American fare) and Ticino Italian restaurant right in the building- both completely different and both superb! Also rented skis right in the building. Tom was very attentive and helpful as well. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location for Beaver Creek Ski trip

The condo was perfect for a Beaver Creek ski trip for 5 adults and one teen. There were beds for everyone and room to spread out and relax after skiing. We walked to the Riverfront gondola and right on the lift at the Landing! Easy Easy! We only cooked breakfast at the condo and chose to eat at the restaurants on the first floor. It was wonderful to not have to drive to dinner!! The condo is a little dated but the rooms are large and the location can not be beat!!

Great location, frustrating management company

We loved the location of this property - we basically parked the car and walked everywhere during the trip. The parking garage also made arrival/departure super easy. However, the management company left a bad taste in our mouths. The living room TV had half the screen that was broken and when maintenance came they said they didn't see anything wrong, even though it was beyond obvious. This was extremely frustrating since we intentionally chose a place with a living room where we could all watch TV in the evenings.

AMAZING stay in Avon!

Our family had an awesome time staying at this property for a week and a half. The place is very spacious and comfortably has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as shown in the pictures. The property's amenities were excellent. We loved the fireplace in the living room with fully stocked firewood and a huge TV. We left a lighter because there wasn't one available for the next guest. Everything was available locally within walking distance or a short car ride as well: rentals, groceries, restaurants, entertainment, etc. if you wanted to venture out. We cooked there and ate out too. Skiing and snowboarding at Beaver Creek is phenomenal - try to buy your EPIC passes early for discounts as rates are pricey, but the area is truly beautiful. Classes were super helpful for those in our group that needed them. The recreation center nearby has a wonderful pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym which offers daily to multiple day passes and is a great place for children and adults. There is an indoor heated pool for kids with a huge slide. My family enjoyed the varied areas there for several days. Laundry was available nearby the unit and was a lifesaver! The large balcony is fabulous with a spectacular view! I really wish it had a hot tub there because this would make this property truly exceptional. It was an unforgettable family vacation. We really loved the property and would definitely return... highly recommended for a family or group of friends for their next vacation.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect accommodations for 2 families (9 people). The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Unit was slightly dated but was very clean. We used the wood burning fireplace daily which was great. Deck area is spacious and has a working propane grill which we used several times. They have baseboard heaters - be sure to turn these off as rooms can get very hot quickly (we would occasionally even crack the sliding glass doors). Very convenient to Riverfront Gondola (4-5 min walk), as well as grocery and Westin which has restaurants, spa, Starbucks. Underground parking was nice, plus they have outdoor parking as well. There is a ski rental shop in the building which was great for those needing to rent. Several restaurants in the building - we did takeout from the Italian place twice and really enjoyed it. We only had two minor issues (one of the keys didn't work and one of the drawer fronts in the kitchen was loose). I emailed Vail Management only to let them know for future renters (I told them it was no big deal for our stay), but they immediately responded and addressed the issues right away. Would definitely rent from this property again. The folks at Vail Management were terrific!

Perfection

We went for an extended stay and worked remotely and played. The unit was as described and pictured. Fully stocked kitchen, towels and clean. Avon is a great town and we are a 3 min walk to park and rec center. Great location to explore Bail valley. And well located for day trips to everywhere - Aspen, Steamboat, Breck, Leadville. If you are considering. Avon, book this unit also - very helpful Management.

Great Stay!

The property had plenty of space and was well-equipped. It was an easy walk to the gondola. My only complaint is that the pillows were terrible in all three bedrooms-hard and very flat. Bring your own if you can!

Very convenient location

The condo is very spacious and for us 7 it was perfect. Bathroom in each bedroom was a very appreciated plus. The location was perfect, couple of minutes from both shuttle/bus to Beaver Creek and Vail , and from Gondolas. Also just walking distance from shopping and restaurant, besides the very good Asian restaurant, the Italian restaurant and grill at the 1rst level. Definitely the place we will choose again when we go skiing in Beaver Creek. Bathrooms had all what you need, however kitchen was lacking in some stuff , for example toaster not working well, no cleaning supplies or products(except for dish).

Exceeds expectation

The place was everything we needed: spacious , close to gondola and nicely decorated. It also comes with a huge terrance , which would be nice if we come during the summer. Late check in was easy, too. We also found it very convenient to have three restaurants and a liquor store downstairs.
