Great Location

Great location. Excellent property with a fantastic view. Took our time looking for the right property to rent and we got it right. Could not fault. We will be back.

Great location - laying in bed listening to the ocean then waking to magnificent Encounter Bay. Very spacious townhouse and very well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend !

Perfect location - house a little tired.

An excellent layout for our family getaway! Perfect location to enjoy and explore the Fleurieu Peninsula. A genuine ‘holiday home’ with basic furniture, general wear and tear on cabinetry and kitchen supplies, and personal items of the owner. We loved the pool table and large ocean view windows! Grateful for the accommodation.

This one was very clean , comfortable and had everything that we needed plus more. Good experience

Quite happy with overall package, great location. House was clean, easy to find, close to shops, cafes, beach. Linen wasn’t provided which was mentioned but towels weren’t provided either and no password for the wifi and couldn’t contact anyone about this. But overall I would recommend this place to friends and family

relaxing

great property, no notification of barby not being there. Had to ring and chase up an answer , then basically being told to go and get your own barby if you want one. Before we left we planned 2 meals for a barby, disappointed we couldn't have one with the weather being so nice. but had a great break.will look for a credit for this inconvenience. Thanks Rob

Brief but nice

The house is in pretty good condition, the usual wear and tear for a house this age is to be expected though. The outdoor setting was great, very large with a second BBQ but the area itself needed a bit of tlc. The house has a few things that aren't listed too, like WIFI and a Google Chromecast. The location itself is brilliant, you would pay twice the price and not really bat an eye considering. Would stay here again, but only for a couples getaway. As the nightlife in Victor is very dull IMO. Overall a great stay if you are looking for somewhere with a nice view and some quiet time away from the city.

We were in the middle of all the action, close to everything we needed and able to watch the world pass by. The house was comfortable and spacious with lots of added extras. We hope to be back soon!
