Great spring break condo

Clean and spacious, great home base for our family of 6 to explore St George, snow canyon, and Zion. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and multiple pools, although slides were in disrepair.

Hey, We stayed here before!

This is a great property, we stayed here last year and when the family was discussing where we could stay everyone requested that we try to get the same place. It is located in the property with a playground right outside the back door, so we could keep an eye on the kids who kept busy looking for treasures and easter eggs.The kitchen is minimally stocked but did have enough pots, pans and dishes that we were able to make it work.The furniture was comfortable and the beds were great. Great parking and easy access.We will be back next year if not sooner.

Family Fun

We love La Palmas! There is so much to do there if you are planning to go here several pools, courts, ect. Unit 1803 is very clean and roomy I would definitely stay there again.

Dirty towels and bedding and horrible communication

When we walked in the house and it smelt like sulfur. At first glance, everything looked nice, but the couch was completely worn out. It felt dirty to sit on. When we went to use the shower, the shower curtain had something gross on it and the towels smelt mildewy, like they hadn’t been washed in a while. The sheets had hair on them when we pulled them down to get into bed which tells me they weren’t washed before we came and the hand towel in the kitchen was crusty. I had to wash all of the towels before we could use them. My little girl accidentally left her gizmo watch at the condo, which I know was left there because of its location tracker that I have on my own device. When we contacted them the next business day to ask the if they found it, they just ignored our text for days. Finally, responded after texting them 3 different times and the their response was “they will have to check with the cleaners.” I have tried contacting them and Im still getting nowhere. It’s been so frustrating and such a disappointment. Location was good, but dealing with the customer service has been so frustrating. As well as them cutting corners on their cleaning.

Excellent

Everything was nice, clean and roomy. The only problem we had was the toilet handle kept popping off which we fixed and our inability to contact the owner or a key person to help us with our first day entry and with information about a late checkout on Saturday. Other than Those things, it was great.

The condo was clean and spacious, but there were a few issues with the property in and of itself. There was some much needed maintenance issues. The smoke alarm battery was dead and caused it to have the annoying bird chirping noise so we called the hotline and they told us to unhook it and place it outside we did, thinking they'd come by the next day and exchange it or give a new battery or something but they never did. The master bedroom toilet handle was broken so we had to lift up the tank lid each time and manually pull up on the lever to flush it. The airmattress provided had a hole in it and we kept having to blow it up about every 30-60 minutes to keep it inflated. We tried to patch it, but it didn't help. The waterfall pool and hot tub was very very dirty every day we were there. It never got better. The tv in the family room was very very old and did not have HDMI compatibility so we had to bring out one of the tv's from the bedroom to use. However with all of the negative there was some nice things. The location of condo to playground and family pool was great. The condo was clean and spacious and it was nice and kept us cool from the July heat. Overall I would rate the condo in and of itself as a 2.5 out of 5 stars. We just felt that the cost of the condo did not match the amenities as much as it could have.

Great place to share with the family!

Great place for a short break with the family. The grandchildren loved being so close to the pool and playground, or just hanging out watching tv or movies. And the grandparents enjoyed walking around the complex in the mornings. Thanks!

Great Condo!!! We will never rent a hotel down there again.

We absolutely enjoyed our short stay here. It was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the space. The pool was allot of fun too! Will definitely consider again for our next trip to St. George.

Very nice!!

We really enjoyed our time at Las Palmas 1803. The property was very clean & the layout of the bedrooms worked for our group (my husband & I, 3 kids & my mom). The kids enjoyed the heated pool & we all enjoyed the hot tub. The condos were nice & quiet. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. I didn't give it 5 stars because there were a few very minor things: 1. The dishwasher (older model) had some staining or something in it. It didn't affect its performance just made me wonder a few times if it had cleaned or not (it had) 2. The couch had a rip, pillows were a bit worn, and it wasn't the most comfortable couch. But it was functional. 3. The master bath had a soaker tub in it & had this ledge thing which made getting into the shower a bit awkward. Again, minor for us, but someone with mobility issues could have trouble getting in & out.

We have stayed at Las Palamas in 4 occasions. The condos are always clean and stocked with everything we need. Pools and hot tubs are well maintained. Very easy booking process. We are already booked at Las Palamas for a summer vacation.

Comfortable and Spacious

Me, my two daughters, and two little grandsons thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas. The rooms are very comfortable, the unit is quite spacious, and we loved being able to walk out the back door to play with the boys on the playground equipment or take them swimming. A new park opened up nearby called "Thunder Junction" that is absolutely delightful for children! My grandsons loved the train rides, splash pad, erupting volcano, and all the fun play areas. The weather in October is absolutely beautiful. We could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Clean Comfy - Great Vacation Spot!

Awesome Property!

This place was so nice we had a great time! They have everything you need and the property was spotless! Very comfortable beds with nice TV's and cable in every room! I would highly recommend this place :)
