Very nice!

Sand Cay is very well maintained. The property and surroundings are lovely! The staff is very welcoming and is kind. The condo is nicely furnished and has a beautiful ocean front view. The condo needs some care. There is no washer and dryer in the unit which is an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed a beautiful week at the beach!

Jan14th-28th stay

We had stayed in the same unit in 2019 and the view was what we liked the most then and now. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable. It has a hump in the king size mattress. Replacement may be needed. The heat went out during our stay but it was quickly repaired. TV in family room is not the best picture We were only given 1 key in our late check in envelope Overall it was an okay stay

Reviewer Comments: We LOVE this unit - the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the lovely views!The furniture in the livingroom was great.The ONLY issue we had was with the beds. All of the beds require replacing. They are extremely lumpy and soft. The most comfortable bed was the pullout couch in the living room (which was really quite comfortable!).Other than that - we can't wait to come back!

The shower was dirty and had hair all over the floor when I went to use it. The extra linens in the closet were questionable, the linen bag was open and the blanket was In a different closet. Basic supplies such as paper towels could be stocked better. Overall the location was wonderful.

We love it here but we are. Noticing the units are getting very dated. The beds are no longer comfortable, sofa beds are horrible. We would like to see the owners up date their units.

Good except for the bug issues

Reviewer Comments: everything was great except the beds were infested with bugs-we got bit all over our ankles, calves, upper torso......including our 4 month old baby! We emailed the establishment to let them know and they didn't even bother to respond to our email- rude and very disappointing! We did not ask for compensation; we simply were notifying you all about the problem and then not to even get a reply; bad business and very disappointing!!!!
