Excellent location

The refrigerator was not clean and the ice maker is broken on the fridge, and the water dispensing piece of the fridge was covered in mold and mildew. Ceiling fans and AC intake were very dusty. Besides that the unit was clean and comfortable, bed are comfy. Having a dish strainer and handheld vacuum would help guests keep the place cleaner. The construction next door was definitely a downer being woken up so early on vacation. We loved the location and the beach right outside. Having chairs and a wagon available to use for the beach was also a plus. Beach was always quiet and never crowded. Super close to all the fun activities and shopping. Saw dolphins swimming from the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

Great family vacation spot!

The beaches weren't crowded at all, the condo had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach chairs. The place was very beautiful!

Great location

This place is very pretty but the floors could use a good cleaning. Our socks and feet turned black when we walked around. The location is amazing! There’s nothing better than being able to just walk out onto the beach. There’s a nice deck to enjoy morning coffee or a family dinner. Unfortunately, right next door there’s very loud construction going on. It would start every morning at 6:50am and continue till about 3:30/4pm. So sitting out on the deck was not relaxing for us. I also didn’t enjoy getting woken up every morning on our vacation at the crack of dawn from machinery. They are building new condos next door, I would have liked to have known that before going there. Overall, we had a good time and really enjoyed the location despite the noise.

Great Place!

We were satisfied with our stay here. The location was great. We are heavy packers, which made lugging our luggage up the steps difficult, but it was still worth it. The views from the deck are amazing. We saw several dolphins while we were sitting on the couch. Here’s a helpful tip: it took the refrigerator a little while to cool our contents. We contacted service support and they were quick to send someone to us that even brought a mini fridge for us to use. After about 2 days, the contents of the fridge were cold. We were very impressed. Location has private access to the beach with zero crowing-definitely our favorite part. We would definitely return!

Great location, poor quality

To summarize our stay, air conditioning wasn’t working consistently for two days in 90 degree weather and we had to stay in constant contact with managers to have it resolved upon arrival. The condo was not clean at all. Food in the cracks of the couch, mirrors not wiped down, air return filled with dust, dirty baseboards and trim around doors, floors were absolutely disgusting!! We literally had to keep towels next to our beds to wipe them before we went to sleep. So unfortunately after a 16 hour drive we had to clean the place just to be able to make it somewhat comfortable. On the second day, a swarm of termites were on the property and left hundreds of wings and live bugs, all for us to be left to clean again. The managers did offer to clean again but they didn’t clean it properly the first time. After three days of my husband being sick with respiratory issues and the rest of my family of six coming down with it, we realized the air ducts were covered in mold! I tried to arrange maybe moving or some other solution with the management company on the fourth day of our stay with no return phone call. We took it upon ourselves to have a mold professional have it checked for mold and he confirmed our suspicions. Only after relaying that information to management on our last day of vacation did I receive a call back. The only resolve from them was for us to leave on our last day and they would reimburse us one days stay. The damage was already done. Big no from us!!!!

Wonderful, quiet beach!

Stay here every year, just a great place to vacation. Lots of space with everything you need nearby! Lots of restaurants, and grocery store a few minutes away. Cant wait to get back!

I'm ready to come back

Spring Break was a success at a Cypress-n-Sun B-3. We stayed March 23 through the 30th. Everything was perfect, from the furnishing to the back deck which overlooked the intercoastal. This was the first trip I did not have ocean view but to tell the truth I liked the intercoastal view just as much. There are no complaints to be had even when the air conditioning went out on the hottest day of our stay. Within two hours of calling we had a service tech on the way, unfortunately he could not fix the problem so he brought portable AC units for the night and the next morning there was a new AC unit being installed. It was a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect trip. We all liked the privacy of the beach with plenty of space to spread out and not be crowded like some of the bigger complexes. There was parking for 2 cars and also we had use of the storage shed under the building which was real nice because we could leave our fishing poles and beach chairs down there instead of lugging them upstairs after each use. There is plenty of food options within walking distance or just a short car ride. I cant wait to come back next year. We found out new favorite destination.

Great location and enjoyable stay

I would look forward to staying there again next year if it were available, but was already taken for our time. Period a few little things could use improvement such as batteries for clocks and TV remotes, little bit of paint would go along way, but overall it was fantastic. Wood highly recommended to anyone.

Beach Getaway

The location was superb! Love the semi-private beach with a locked gate for access. The unit was very comfortable and met all our needs. A couple of "issues" that concerned us: The ice maker in the freezer door kept freezing up and wouldn't dispense ice. It also would melt and drip down the outside of the door. Might need to have it looked at. The baking sheets in the under-oven drawer need a GOOD scrubbing. Previous tenants may not have given them the attention they needed. And the TV...hard as we tried we could not find "normal" channels on the TV. Even with all the steaming options we could not make it work for the shows we usually watch. Even had to watch the Super Bowl on my phone!! Eeek!!! Probably was operator error but an instruction manual or just a guide on how to operate the TV would be awesome. Other than that we had a great time and will probably stay here again in the future. Thanks!!

Lovely beach place

We had a great time here. Very clean and cozy little beach place. The views of the intercostal and beach were perfect. The beach is amazing, and the main reason we came. The little shops and restaurants close by are cute and had good food as well.

Second time staying here! Beautiful location and so close to everything you need. Publix, great restaurants! Slyce is the best pizza place close and they deliver. Amici is not far and fabulous Italian food and great prices!! Can’t wait to stay again next year!!

Great location, we use the unit for a business meeting, open concert living room and dining room was just right for the setting. On the beach and intercoastal, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Relaxing & Enjoyable

We had a very nice relaxing week. A few comments: The Air Conditioning return was caked with dust. We vacuumed the grill and return and replaced the filter. The condo needs a deep cleaning. The floors had not been mopped in a long time. They were so dirty that bottom of feet were black after walking in bare feet. Baseboards were also filthy. The refrigerator filter most likely needs changing since the ice cubes had dirt in them. Access to the storage locker was difficult if a car was parked too far forward. We had a small wagon for toting chairs and umbrellas to the beach which we couldn't get in or out at times. We had to leave it at base of stairs. The thermostat being locked at 72 degrees made if uncomfortable for sleeping and when it was hot outside.
