Watch the beautiful Gulf sunset from the privacy of your own 40 foot balcony, or enjoy a walk on the beach. This 2200 square foot top floor condo is across from the beach with plenty or room for family and friends, and up to two well behaved dogs. Indian Rocks Beach is centrally located on the Gulf Coast with easy access to entertainment, parks, shopping and fabulous local restaurants.

Three bedrooms with room for 8, plus three portable cribs. Features a large living room with two seating areas, full kitchen, dining, two baths, in unit laundry and bar area. Enjoy a competitive game of foosball or a quiet game of cards. Plenty of games for both adults and children are provided.

Private fenced pool and grilling area for guests. Two dedicated covered parking spots next to the elevator.

Standup inflatable SUP, beach wagon, noodles, beach towels and beach backpack chairs included.

Kolb Park .5 miles away with tennis, pickleball, basketball and skate park. Drop in pickleball for all levels with six courts.

Dog/nature park in the adjacent block with boardwalk access to the inter-coastal and fishing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was fantastic - just a two minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Having two dedicated parking spaces was a huge plus and very convenient. This was our first visit to IRB and we will definitely return.

Condo is spacious with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable, A/C worked great. The master bedroom is fabulous with a spa like shower. Lots of storage. Location is perfect to walk across to the beach. The host was very attentive. Great place for family and friends to visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

We loved our week at the beach! The location of the condo was amazing. Close, easy access to the beach and the teenagers loved that there were places within walking distance to grab breakfast and lunch.The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Saltwater Sanctuary

The place was just what we needed. We really enjoyed it! The only thing that I would suggest is updating some of the poolside furniture. The chairs are rusting very badly and leaving stains all over the cement. We didn't use the pool much, I think that it would look a lot more inviting with updating the furniture. Otherwise, we enjoyed it! Thank you to Mike for his prompt communication on anything that we needed.

Spacious and well appointed

The property was clean, spacious and in a great area. The appliances were in perfect condition . Many games, books and puzzles were available for our enjoyment. I highly recommend this place for families.

Wonderful family vacation

This property is huge! All the basics were there and so convenient to the beach. Even kept power through a Cat. 1 hurricane bands. We highly enjoyed it and looking to come again!

Unforgettable Memories

I’m not sure where to begin…I have been searching for a perfect getaway for over a year to celebrate our 20th anniversary. I can honestly say, we felt at home. We have 2 senior small dogs and 15 year old identical twin girls. From the entry, we were stunned. The decor and detail was incredible, the only thing we needed was groceries. The view from the balcony was stunning. I have several arthritis’s; the walk to the beach was painless. I went every morning while everyone slept in. Mr Mike was always so kind and helpful. We had no issues at all. We cooked every night and had supper as a family. I topped my day off with wine. We have never been or heard of IRB; after our stay we have since been in contact with a realtor. If you are looking for somewhere that has plenty of space and hospitality, look no further!

Family Vacation over Thanksgiving

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good the first time! We had 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for all of us. The weather was rainy a couple of days so we were all in the condo and it was great having all the space. The unit also has everything you need for a fun stay on the beach! Michael was very responsive when we had a parking issue on Thanksgiving evening. Great place to stay and wonderful hosts.

Great Location and Space

My husband and I and our two kids stayed with my sister and her husband and daughter. We had a GREAT time, and loved how close we were to the beach access (especially with little ones)! The amenities like beach towels, pack-n-play, beach chairs and toys saved us money and packing space! We made quite a few meals in the kitchen and appreciated things like the blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and kids plates and cups! My in-laws also visited the place and had nothing but praise. They said it’s a place you come back to, and we hope we can someday! Thanks to Mike for a great place to vacation in Indian Rocks Beach! :)

Lovely Condo

We spent two lovely weeks at the condo. It had everything we needed plus lots of space for a family of 8. The rooms were large with comfy beds and working TVs with access to streaming services. The bathrooms were nice too. There are a lot of supplies for families with young kids like play pens and cups and spoons and even lots of beach toys, chairs, wagon. The condo is across the street from a path that leads right to the beach so it’s super quick and easy. There are two parking spots which is nice to have. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly, which is nice. We’d happily stay here again! You can’t go wrong booking this unit!

Perfect for the whole family

We have stayed in IRB every year for the past several years. We now have 4 teenagers and share rooms hasn’t been cool the past few years. This was a great set up and all the kids and Mom and Dad loved it. Super clean and classy. I look forward to stay in this location next year.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was beautiful and well-equipped. Although the photos of the home were accurate, we were still very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the place was and the amount of space we had. There were seven of us (5 adults / 2 children), and we had more than enough room. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The beach truly is a 2 minute walk across the street, which made it even better. Because our family traveled separately, it was nice having 2 parking spots where most places provide only one. Michael was very easy to get hold of, and very accommodating. This has become my new "Happy Place". We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in IRB!

This condo is great and so spacious. The condo has everything you could need including a coffee grinder! Mike was great and very communicative. The condo is right across from the beach access and the beach was pretty quiet while we were there leading up to Memorial Day weekend. Wonderful stay!

Great location

Master bed was comfortable, guest shower is awesome with so much pressure, kitchen had some essential supplies. Beautiful decorated and comfortable couch. Had issues with using Roku so I watched my shows on my iPad. Need directions on how to use master shower and Roku. Overall, great experience!!!!

Super vacation with my family

The condo was clean and close to the beach which we got our exercise walking several days The pool was clean and we were happy we had a grill to cook on. We ran out of gas for the grill and I called Michael and he was right on it. The unit had every thing we needed and it made our vacation special. Thank you Michael Kathy from Connecticut

Our family moved to Florida from the Midwest 16 years ago and fell in love with this area. We used to vacation on the Gulf coast prior to our move and feel fortunate to have found such a large condo to share with guests. We are full time Florida residents who live close by and available should our guests have any questions. Our family spends a significant amount of time outdoors enjoying the beach, fishing, local activities and events. We love the friendly community feel of Indian Rocks Beach and yet the convenience of being close to Tampa.
When we decided to purchase a condo near the beach it was the first one we looked at and fell in love with the unit, the view, a few minutes walk to the beach and the friendly residents/guests. We hope guests enjoy the condo as much as we did when we discovered it.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is centrally located on the Gulf coast, across from the beach in a quiet complex. There are only ten units in this building . The condo is one of two on the top 4th floor meaning you have privacy and a spacious floor plan that leaves plenty of room for your family and friends.
The master bedroom is expansive with a daybed/trundle for the little ones.
We brought a little bit of the beach and Midwest feel to the home, adding personal touches based on our numerous experiences of also being avid VRBO renters. The condo boasts a private 45ft balcony facing the beach for exquisite sunsets or just relaxing with a glass of wine. Both the living room and the master bedroom have new sliding doors with screens to access the balcony.
There are two dedicated parking spaces under the complex and next to the elevator. We have a storage unit on the ground floor with beach chairs, an inflatable SUP and pool toys.
Our pool area is enclosed for the privacy of our guests and includes a BBQ area.
The adjacent block has a lovely dog park and a boardwalk that connects to the inter-coastal waterway for fishing. At the end of the block this same boardwalk connects to another park with a kayak launch, play and exercise area. Tennis and pickleball courts a half mile away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The living room features 'two' living areas. One for those that enjoy a little television and the other for relaxing -watching the Gulf or playing a little foosball. This area also has a wine bar and mini fridge for beverages. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate dining and bar area. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of unit allowing for even more space and quiet time. There is a full size washer and dryer for guest use with laundry supplies. The bathrooms have recently been remodeled, along with the kitchen.
