Casita Delfin es una casa de dos pisos, 1300 pies cuadrados construida en los años 60 que consta de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Entretener a la familia en la cubierta de 20 pies X 50 pies !!!!! Esta casa ha sido cómodamente actualizada desde entonces y ofrece 2 dormitorios, baño completo, cocina, comedor y sala de estar en la planta superior, junto con el trastero de la planta baja que actualmente se utiliza como el tercer dormitorio (equipado con ventana y baño completo).
Esta casa está equipada con WiFi, la sala de estar tiene una televisión inteligente de 50 "con Netflix, Pandora, Xfinity (incluye juegos de Astros), el reproductor de DVD también está presente.
También hay televisores en el dormitorio 1 con canales locales y el dormitorio 2 que tiene un reproductor de DVD incorporado.

1,500 pies cuadrados de espacio circular para invitados o bote.

ESTA CASA TIENE CAMAS PARA DORMIR 9. HAY UN SOFÁ REINA PARA DORMIR Y UNA CUNA DISPONIBLE PARA DORMIR PERO LA OCUPACIÓN MÁXIMA ES DE 10 PERSONAS.

Esta casa está situada en un canal accesible en barco y está a unos 100 metros del Canal Intracostero. Hay mamparo disponible equipado con parachoques para amarrar su bote durante la noche. Mesa de limpieza de pescado para su conveniencia.

Place is amazing, upstairs bedrooms are a little warm if you close the doors but quickly realized to leave the doors open. Perfect location and Travis was great in communication. Will definitely book again.

A Great Stay!

The house is perfect, with a beautiful view of the canal! Plenty of sleeping space with 4 beds, a pullout couch and a cot. It's a beautiful home, we enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casita Delfin. It is a great house on the canal that gave a very relaxing and fun atmosphere. There is plenty of seating on the deck to grill and watch the sunset. Downstairs we got some fishing in with a couple good catches! Travis was a wonderful host - very responsive and thought of everything you could need! It was the perfect fishing and beach retreat!

Everything was great. The owner was always easy to get ahold of. Only thing that I would say is it advertises as a 4 bedroom but it is really a 3 bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room as the 4th. But that worked out just fine for us. We loved it.

Summer time

We absolutely loved the house and plan on coming back. Tropical Storm Alberto blew in and Travis was constantly checking in on us. Great place to vacation.

Nice Getaway

Casita Delfin was the perfect size for the 6 of us.. air conditioner was cold, plenty of seating, easy check-in & good communication. The fish weren't biting, but it was nice to be able to fish from the house without having to drive anywhere. We had a fun time & would definitely book again!

Excellent place to stay, owners are amazing!

We cannot say enough about this place, it was perfect for our trip! We are a fishing family, the views were awesome, the house sits right on a canal, perfect to dock you boat at. Beds were comfortable, house was nice and had a great deck overlooking the canal. The owner hands down rocked! Very accommodating and very kind! We will definitely be back again soon! Thanks Travis for making our stay amazing!

Great Place On The Intercoastal

The house and owner were prob the best we have stayed in through Vrbo. The house was plenty big for 4 adults and our kids. They enjoyed kayaking, biking through the neighborhood, crabbing, and of course fishing. The house was completely stocked with everything you need, we didn’t have to buy anything but our food. Access to the intercoastal waterway was extremely easy to navigate. The only two complaints were the upstairs bedrooms were a little warmer for our taste while trying to sleep and there were some rowdy adolescents that stayed a few houses down that were speeding through the neighborhood (which you have no control over). Travis was extremely nice and communicated very quickly with any questions we had, overall the vacation was great and we would stay there again.

The Perfect Beach House for Family big and small

Our stay was amazing!! The house was very clean. Travis, the owner, let us check in early because no one was in it the night before. The house was very accommodating for the whole family. We had family from 5 months old to 50 years old. All you need to do is pack your clothes and the food you want and head to the beach. It was so nice that the house had everything you need. It’s very roomy and the AC is COLD, which was very nice after being out in the heat and the humidity. We will definitely come back and I will be referring friends and family.

Host was very helpful! House is amazing and everything it states it is. I forgot a few items and the house had what I forgot. The little things make a difference. Would recommend this house. Mosquitoes were bad but it comes with being by the water. We came prepared with a zapper and lots of OFF.

Great Visit back to my home town

I grew up on Surfside and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite vacation spots as an adult with my children. The location on the canal is perfect for both daytime and nighttime activities. Fishing right off the doc. My 9 year old loved fishing in the provided kayaks. The downstairs entertainment space is a bonus. The owner created a space conducive of family fun by providing yard games (jumbo corn hole, and hook game). The main level house is very clean, fresh, bright, and updated. Living room is spacious and can accommodate a good amount of people. Beds are comfy. The neighborhood is quite, family friendly, and the area is safe. Just a couple of minutes to the bait shops, restaurants, and beach access.

A few hazard issues

Upper deck had rotten boards. My sons foot almost went through the wood. Lucky he had on his tennis shoes at that time or it would have cut up his foot instead of Messing up his shoe. The condensation from the downstairs window unit was really bad and I slipped in it before I seen it and hit the concrete pretty hard. Other than those issues it was good. We really liked the location and the canal. The beds were comfy and the outside hangout areas were great. Loved the kayaks and bikes and games. Thank you for a great weekend.

Fishing trip

It was a great stay. The place was clean, roomy, had just about everything you need for a stay and a bbq pit you can use, which is great for us Texans 😉 The owner got back to me quick with info and some help I needed on our 2nd day. Enough space for 3 trucks to park. Close to where the guys were going to dock from so that was definitely a plus.

Our Trip to Surfside

We enjoyed staying here. It was a great location and was described perfectly. The host even had fresh sunflowers on the bar to greet us!

Great Location

It is just before the bridge to surfside and away from the craziness that can be found on week ends. We were there for a month and the kitchen was furnished for that. Beds were comfy. Big deck space and the under deck (bar area) was shaded with a large screen tv. Not a young party area.

Beautiful property Very relaxing stay

We enjoyed our visit and stay here. The property was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with dishes. My friends were super excited to see the keurig! We also loved that one room was downstairs and isolated with a bathroom and mini fridge. This was perfect because I work remotely and was able to get away and work quietly. The only downside was that room did not have easily accessible outlets to plug my laptop in. We still made it work and loved our weekend. My friends and I are already talking about our next visit back.
