Recientemente remodelado tiene una hermosa cocina de concepto abierto perfecta para cocinar en las hermosas noches de verano con la puerta corrediza de vidrio abierta para oler el aire fresco, o acurrucarse con una manta junto a la estufa de leña durante los meses de invierno. También en la planta principal encontrará el primer dormitorio y el estudio, sala de estar, dos baños y una lavadora y secadora. Arriba hay un altillo donde se va a colocar los otros dos dormitorios. Justo fuera de la calzada y abajo está el río Boyne, ideal para la pesca! Encontrará esta casa con una ubicación perfecta, a menos de 5 minutos en automóvil de Boyne Mountain Resort y a solo millas de Charlevoix o Petoskey. Usted y su familia están obligados a hacer grandes recuerdos y obtener la verdadera experiencia "al norte". Esta casa también está perfectamente ubicada para torneos de fútbol, lacrosse, etc. Estufa de leña genial para el invierno y aire central para el verano.

This was a fantastic house to stay at in Northern Michigan. It was clean and well kept, had all the little things you don't think of that were available for use. Things like pans and cooking utensils were there and available. They were clean and in good condition. Comfortable home and a nice wooded setting. Plenty of sleeping (we had 5) with enough room to not step on each other. Overall this was an excellent place to stay.

Even though overall all experience was good, price seems much higher than other rentals.

Small, cozy cabin with lots of sleeping space. Off the beaten path, which is nice if you want to get away from it all. Hiking and fishing is very convenient. Short drive into downtown Boyne City for shops and restaurants.

Quaint & Cozy

I booked this house for our family trip up north which included 8 of us and we fit comfortably. The views were beautiful, however, the back deck has a lot of wear on it so we did not sit out there due to feeling slightly unsafe. The bathroom (Full) door knob kept getting stuck so people kept getting stuck in the bathroom, not sure if this was user error though LOL. The place was stocked with towels, garbage bags, soap and kitchenware. It was nice not to have to worry about those things. The firepit was nice, however, the chairs were broken when we got there so we couldn't sit the first night we were there. The Second night, we went and got our own folding chairs so we could sit by the fire. Overall, this is a very cute and cozy house. I LOVED the guest book that others have wrote in. I would have wrote in it too, but did not have a pen/pencil.

Charming

3 generations together for a baseball tournament; location selected because it was pet friendly. We were so pleasantly surprised by the decor with interesting items in every room. The kitchen was well supplied (except measuring cups, so we bought some and donated). There was ample space for everyone to be comfortable…we had 3 couples and a 13 year old. Wonderful stay.

Perfect location. Minutes into town but just far enough away to feel like you’re really in nature. Only recommendation we have is to upgrade the mattress in the 2nd floor bedroom with en suite powder room.

Very cute. Great Property mangers. I personally only didn't like the late 4pm check in and early 10 am check out, but they did give us extra time on checkout.

This is our first time booking a dog friendly vacation and this location is perfect. There are trails nearby for dog walking and the family enjoyed time at the Boyne mountain waterpark and playing board games at the dining table at night. The house was comfortable and the kids wanted to stay longer. Our dog is crate trained and handled the vacation like a champ. So much fun, thanks!

Located very close to Boyne Mountain it was an adorable ski chalet perfect for one to families. The rooms were big enough to spread out and everything felt very cozy. Everything you needed was provided. We had a really nice stay.

The House over all was "OK" and the property managers very nice. BUT ..... It is time to refresh the house. Ripped screen doors, rotten outdoor window frames and siding. Can't open a lot of the windows. Bees around the decks and porch. Hives in shed where garbage is placed. Just needs attention.

Not at all like the photos online

The photos do not accurately represent the cabin, at all. It is painted very dark and a bit spooky to be honest. Lots of eclectic art and knickknacks all over the place. Thought that we had come into the wrong cabin because I was expecting what I had seen online. The owner and property management should update the photo's.

We had a great stay. No major issues. Some small details that concerned me: the growth around the house made it very difficult to do any walking around the property. The wifi router needed to be unplugged and plugged back in several times. Some of the beds are squeaky. But we did enjoy our stay. It was peaceful and quiet.

Great place to stay for our Michigan High School Fishing State Championship on Lake Charlevoix! Cabin was just like the listing promised. Perfect for the amount of people we had.
