Villa de lujo con piscina privada y vistas al mar

Villa de oliva tiene vistas panorámicas a la bahía de Kalkan y Kalamar. La villa se encuentra en una gran parcela rodeada de jardines amurallados de piedra y terrazas. Hay un jardín inferior que está aislada, donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse lejos de la piscina en la hamaca bajo el árbol de oliva de gran tamaño. Existen higueras, limoneros y naranjos, así como las palmeras y las masas de buganvillas. Hay un montón de cómodas tumbonas en la piscina y una zona de comedor debajo de una pérgola para dar sombra a esas comidas al aire libre, la barbacoa es también en esta área. La piscina es de aproximadamente 43 m2 y es especialmente popular entre nuestros clientes. Tenemos 3 balcones, 2 en la planta superior, uno de ellos en suite y el otro con cómodos sofás para una tranquila lectura por la tarde o por la noche copa mientras se ve la puesta de sol sobre la colina. Está totalmente amueblado con un alto nivel, con suelos de baldosas y accesorios de calidad y cuenta con aire acondicionado y calefacción central a radiadores para la temporada baja. Las habitaciones son amplias al igual que la sala de estar y una cocina nueva se ha instalado este año. No hay aparcamiento en la calle debe usted desea alquilar un coche.

The villa is everything it is advertised to be and MORE! Elena and Sedat have been so accomodsting and especially helpful with some random questions / requests that were needed, making our stay that extra bit more special. Our expectations were already high but they exceeded this and we honestly couldnt recommend this villa highly enough. The kitchen was fully equipped as were the bedrooms and even the laundry room! We cannot wait to book our next visit already. Huge thanks again to Elena and Sedat x

Excellent Villa

Villa excellent. Had everything we required with amazing views. Host was fantastic, nothing was a problem. We had to make adjustments to our booking due to a family emergency and the host Elena couldn’t have done more to help.

Fantastic and spacious villa

A beautiful villa, stunning views and ample space for us, our adult children and partners. Good size pool and plenty of outside seating. Great communication with the owner. Small but adequate supermarket 2 minutes up the hill and a great cheap restaurant 2 minutes further along the road, with more stunning views, for a huge Turkish breakfast or a some pide or kebab. The walk back from the town is a little steep but we managed it most days. Plenty of cheep cabs for any stragglers. If you are looking for a large villa with a great pool look no further.

Lovely stay

We recently arrived home from villa Olive as a group of 8 and there is not much to fault! The villa itself was amazing, the rooms felt bigger than they looked on the photos. The host was very good and helpful, we had a problem one day and somebody arrived to sort it within 25 minutes. Villas in a prime location, about 10/15 walk down to the first selection of restaurants/bars/shops, the walk is down a steep hill but we usually walked down and taxi back costing around 90lira. Can recommend the restaurants seaport and the doy doy, food in both was amazing! Boys enjoyed the lime bar. Overall our stay was great, would definitely recommend and visit again!

Absolutely amazing!

I stayed at Villa Olive with my family and extended family members. As soon as we entered the property we were totally amazed by everything. The villa was very spacious, modern and most importantly, extremely clean. The pool was large and clean. The photos do not do it justice. Villa Olive had every essential item you would need for your holiday, from adaptors to board games and books. Elena was extremely professional and efficient throughout the booking process and during our stay. Any issues we had were rectified immediately and all staff were kind and approachable. Elena was fantastic at providing information and things to do in the area. I cannot thank her enough. Finally Kas Kalkan is beautiful.

Beautiful property

This is the most beautiful house we ever stayed at on our vacation. The house is very spacious. Views are breathtaking. Rooms are tastfully decorated and are large, 3 of the bedrooms have balconies. House is stocked very well with everything you need, towels, blankets, soaps, dishes, etc. Owners even provided water in cooler, some fruits, wine, beer and other foods. Outdoor area is furnished well and has a lot of beautiful plants, trees. Everyone in our group adults and children enjoyed the stay very much. It was very hard to leave. The manager was quick to respond to any questions and requests and contacted us very quickly after finding we left important documents in the villa. Thank you for everything!

Excellent villa stay - exceeedex expectations….

The villa is really lovely and in fact is better than the photos portray. Thank you to Elena for arranging the transfers each way which worked seamlessly and also for flexibility for check-in and out. The team were excellent supporting the cleaning and refresh of the villa and the pool. The position of the villa is great with sea view and a steep but not long walk into town and about four pounds for a taxi back up to the villa (likely too steep to walk after dinner and a couple of drinks !). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Elena’s attention to detail for everything you might need is great - open the next draw and she has likely anticipated that you will need a cool bag for example … The pool really is lovely and we split our time between diving at the Kalkan Diving Centre, a visit to Kaputas beach which is about a ten minute cab ride and then relaxing days by the pool. Will no doubt return !

Perfect family villa - 5 stars !

Just home from a family holiday in Villa Olive and can't wait to go back ! Luxury villa: beautifully furnished, cool, spacious with accommodation over three floors. The pool is amazing: a winner with the whole family. Amazing views from the balconies and terraces with very well kept gardens on a large plot. Even with a house full there is a quiet space for everyone ! Could not recommend more highly. Excellent customer service right from ease of booking, pre departure information, transfers, key handover and a lovely welcome pack. Could not be easier or more relaxing - we'll be booking again soon.

A piece of paradise! Highly recommend.

We have recently returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Olive - not that we wanted to return at all! The villa was better than the description - plenty of living space and outside seating areas. The bedroom and bathroom layout easily sleeps 10. The 4 main bedrooms are a really good size all with own bathrooms. Bed 10 is ground floor, much smaller and no en-suite. The Villa was spotlessly clean. It is about a 15min walk down into town - def need a taxi back. For those who do not know Kalkan the town is split below and above the main road from Dalaman/Antalya and this villa is situated above the main road so people may prefer to get a taxi into town esp. if you have small children. This is really easy - just call one of the taxi numbers on the fridge - taxis reliable and cheap (c 12 lira per taxi). The pool and grounds are attended every day and the guys bring you fresh bread every day - they ask you how many loaves you want on the day you arrive and they are hanging on the chair by the back door when you get up 😄 Same with the water for the cooler - just phone the number on the fridge and the guy arrives to replace it almost instantly!! The pool is big and deep but the kids (aged 15,12,8,6 & 3) absolutely loved it. From what we could see the pools at most other villas were more like plunge pools rather than a full swimming pool. We visited the Gorge Saklikent which was a great day out and Patara beach - kids loved the waves. We had cars so did all this independently but there are lots places to book organised trips in town. An absolute must is a boat trip with Anil Boat (see facebook page) which we would highly recommend. Would suggest booking in advance - the lunch provided in unbelievable. The are several beach clubs which are a great day out too- our favourite is Kalamar Bay - they will pick you up and drop you off free of charge. Great watersports team on hand and lunch was good. Plenty of shaded areas. We were last in Kalkan two years ago and the town is as lovely as it was then with lots of great restaurants all of which do very similar menus. Our favourites were Sade (it's small so book in advance), Gourmet and Doy Doy but we ate out every night and didn't have a bad meal. Average price with drinks (lots)and two courses for the 9 of us was between £110-£150 which was amazing value. Most are roof top or harbour view so getting out to eat at sunset is good. The owners and local agent were fantastic throughout.

Wonderful Holiday Villa

Beautiful villa in a very quiet area within walking distance of Kalkan for restaurants, bars and shops. The villa was lovely and spacious with ensuite bathrooms to all bedrooms and a nice big kitchen/living area. The pool and outside seating areas were great and there were always areas in the sun or shade throughout the day with stunning views down to the sea/town and up to the mountains behind. Very relaxing, would highly recommend!

An amazing relaxing spacious villa

This is the third time we have returned to Villa Olive in Kalkan. We have been in a larger party but also as a couple. The outside sun terraces were perfect for any time of day. Moving from the pool side to have a laze in the hammock then drinks on the top floor terrace suited us very well. The villa is very well equipped and furnished brilliantly. We also loved the new canopy which had been added last year so lunch and breakfasts were shaded. We will be back and in the meantime I'll be watching the film you sent me prior to my booking next year.

Barbara and Neil bought Villa Olive in 2005 from a builder who had intended to live in the property. Bizzarely this was the first time we had been to Turkey and Kalkan had been recommended to us. We spent a week up and down the coast and settled for this Villa after a remarkably short time - Neil has taken a year to buy a car but bought the villa in only 6 days! We recently retired so plan to spend a bit more time in Turkey.
We rent out the villa as this helps with the running costs and also for others to enjoy the spacious villa, large swimming pool and lovely views. Our children visit regularly with groups of friends to rest and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Kalkan was a fishing village with steep mountains as a backdrop. The villas have lovely views of the bay and building is likely to be limited because of the terrain. Kalkan is an hour and a half from Dalaman Airport but this means that it has stayed unspoilt - we have flown into Antalya and taken the mountain route to Kalkan which is spectacular or driven round the coast which is amazing. The season is longer than most people realise as the sun is really warm until November and the spring comes early to Kalkan.
We love the restaurants in Kalkan. You eat on the terrace roofs looking out over the harbour and the bay with brightly coloured bougainvillea The food is superb and reasonably priced and the Turkish people speak excellent English and are so friendly.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Villa Olive is a large villa which can accommodate 10 people with ease as the rooms are large and airy and there are many places to get away from each other if you need some peace and quiet. There are 2 roof terraces with furniture and a bottom garden with a hammock under an olive tree surrounded by frangipane and bougainvillia. The swimming pool is a big feature as it is very large for a private villa and you are not overlooked by other holidaymakers. Those guests who like to barbecue can enjoy dining outside by the pool.
We also have an excellent mangement company run by Elena & Sedat. We have had countless emails from our guests who have enjoyed their holiday and have praised them for their unfailing courtesy and efficiency. They are brilliant and a huge asset.
