El condominio frente al mar ideal para pasar sus vacaciones en la isla. Totalmente amueblado con una cocina bien equipada, un montón de platos, toallas, toallas de playa. 43 "TV y blue ray.

Nuestro edificio contrata seguridad durante las vacaciones de primavera, Semana Santa y 4 de julio. Se requieren pulseras de identificación para todas las personas mayores de 10 años durante estos tiempos. Son $ 40 por vacaciones de primavera y $ 25 Semana Santa y 4 de julio.

Perfect island getaway, with the best balcony view. The beach is just a few steps from the property, and there are showers to rinse off when you’re done with the beach. They also allow pets, which was a plus for us. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make food if you plan on staying in. I would book again.

Laura and Judy were tremendous hosts who provided early and frequent communication. We absolutely loved the condo that offered a spectacular view of the ocean with plenty of seating on the balcony. The private beach access from the pool area is especially nice to venture out to the beach and back to the condo as many times as you want throughout the day. The condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your time on the beach to include beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. I would definitely stay here again, and being dog friendly was a huge plus for us!!

Great ocean view from the balcony and super easy access to the beach. Really liked that the bathroom was large and loved the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The elevator is a little slow and hot but I feel like that seems to be the norm with open beach facilities like this. I was a little worried about the tar situation at first but it ended being just fine. We had a lovely time.

Condo has awesome views of the ocean.Listing was not accurate. The dining room was not as listed, it only had 3 chairs with no cushions, so we could not enjoy a meal all together. We asked the owner about the fourth chair, but she never reponded.Communication was very bad. Before booking, owner answered quickly; however, after we booked, the owner never replied to messages and requests.

Fun family beach vacation

The condo met all our needs and had a fantastic balcony view of the beach, boardwalk, pool, and hot tub. My wife could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view while also keeping an eye on the kids wherever they went. Overall, a top notch experience for the entire family, including our three dogs.

Spectacular Ocean View

Our host was most responsive and the kitchen was so well equipped. Also provided were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and sand toys for kids. There were some floor tile and cosmetic issues but we are excited to be returning next year!

Great location, great view, older building, unit needs work. Broken tile that has been for awhile, see previous reviews. Bathroom not great mainly the shower, I am 5' 10" and had to either stoop down or use handheld shower wand thing. Overall it is a good property just time for some improvements

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I always choose a condo at Florence. The condos are always clean and have everything we need to be comfortable. The host is always available and we look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Beautiful view of the ocean

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay with your property. We had issues with the tile that was broken in the unit. The couch could have been more comfortable, and we did not get many replies to our text to the property manager. They did replace the remote to the TV because it would not work, at one point the gate to go to the beach would not work But they fixed the next day. We realize things do happen, but for the most part, it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful condo beach fromt

Our family came to spend the weekend in south padre and found a gem with breathtaking views. I highly recommend this condo so convenient to the beach and restaurants. Away from the crowds of the hotels. We will be back for sure!

This was a nice beachfront condo. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Condo is in a great location with private beach access straight from the condo to the beach.

Multiple issues with property

We were unable to get into the unit with code provided as somehow it was offline. It took several calls to the manager who provided us with a universal code which got us in the door. The TV and internet were not working. Several more calls to manager who tried to coach us how to reboot the system with no results. She instructed us to call the internet company to set up a time for them to come evaluate the system. She could not understand why the TV was not working as it worked for the last tenants. So on Friday and Saturday went to a bar to watch our Big 10 team. Someone got the TV working while we were out, the HDMI port was not working on the TV, so changed it to satellite On Sunday morning, internet repair was to be there between 9-10. At 10:10 I called the manager who said he was there, but he was at the wrong unit. So hour and half later, he decided the modem was bad and replaced it. So after 2 days we finally had everything promised. The unit needed painting with many cracks in wall and tile floors. Location was adequate with good parking, beach outside our patio. No smoking but unit beside us were smoking on their deck. Did not want to deal with these issues when on vacation. Should not have been our responsibility to arrange for internet service and have to be there. Always pleasant when I called, Just feel overpriced for what we got.

Great ocean view

Nice condo on the beach. WiFi was out the whole time, which we didnt need much anyway because we were out exploring SPI most of the time. Brand new coffee maker but no coffee - this seems typical of all the places I have rented. There is a nice little store a couple blocks away for supplies. Cozy apartment - a little outdated decor. Couch and chair not very comfortable but spent most of our time on the deck with a great view of the ocean. Dehumidifier and AC very noisy. Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy SPI.

This unit needs a total renovation. All the furniture has to go — there isn’t a single comfortable chair to sit in. And just nuke the bathroom and start over

Great Beachside Deck

Excellent. The only things that need improvement is the shower and the loveseat in the living room. The shower is short I had to bend my head backwards toe wash and rinse my hair. The love seat was extremely hard and short. Other than that I recommend this condo to everyone! The hot tub was so warm perfect to end the night!
