Vista a la playa! Exclusivo, privado, conveniente, cargado

Ubicada en el deseable Gulf Boulevard, esta agradable casa de playa estilo Key West ofrece amplias vistas de la playa desde el balcón privado. Un columpio en el porche y mecedoras lo convierten en el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de la playa.  El acceso a la playa está directamente al otro lado de la calle.

En el interior, la casa está ricamente terminada con pisos de mármol, mostradores de granito y lujosos muebles de lujo.  Un televisor LCD o plasma está en cada habitación, así como en el estudio.  El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje.  La cocina está totalmente equipada.  La unidad está equipada con lavadora y secadora.  Se proporcionan todas las sábanas.

Convenientemente ubicado en el centro de South Padre Island, está a una corta distancia a pie de entretenimiento al aire libre (ideal para adolescentes), restaurantes e incluso la tienda de comestibles de la isla.  Al otro lado de la calle está la parada del servicio de transporte GRATUITO de Island (otro favorito de los adolescentes).

De cuatro a seis invitados pueden dormir cómodamente como se muestra.  Se aceptan mascotas de buen comportamiento con la aprobación del propietario por $ 75.

Great experience! The location is phenomenal and right across the street from the beach! The house has literally everything - the kitchen is great, the house is spacious with everything you need and very quiet. Other than your clothes, you don’t need to bring anything!! Everything is provided - including all the beach amenities too! Highly recommend! Confident you’ll love it!!

Comfortable and Convenient

My family had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything we needed, the house was very clean and oh so comfortable. We were just across the street from the beach, close to many restaurants, and yet away from the main hustle and bustle. We all loved our time in this wonderful setting!

Perfect island get a way

This house has it all. From the comforrable beds to the luxurious towels and well stocked kitchen, this place is better than home because it has a view of the gulf. Lynn and Captain Kevin have thought of everything. The beach access is a short walk, a great cafe is a few blocks away and if that's not enough, you can enjoy the swing and chairs on the balcony while the palms sway in the breeze. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are already looking at the calendar for next year.

Very convenient location to beach, restaurants and attractions

The house was very clean and well furnished. The front porch with its swing and chairs was a great place for people watching and reading. The location is across the street from the beach so there is easy access. The host was very friendly and left a very helpful informational notebook about local restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again.

Across the street from the beach

We stayed here in December and loved it. It has a great porch area with comfortable furniture. It was beautiful sitting out in the evening having drinks with the ocean breeze blowing.There were 2 minor minor things that we brought up to the owner and they were repaired within the hour. There were all sorts of beachy things provided, but we just used chairs and an umbrella. The rental was decorated with a Christmas tree and other holiday things. It was very clean, the A/C was ice cold and the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of Kitchen utensils and cooking stuff. When we were there, the street and area was not too busy and it was quiet. Great place.

Trip to South Padre Island

The condo was comfortable and conveniently located near restaurants, market, and beach. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay in the same place if we return to the Island.
