Perfect Tempe location

We stayed for a music festival and the property wes perfect! Having access to the garage was a huge bonus! The layout of the home was great for me and my family, and the location was so convenient to the Tempe Beach Park and restaurants on Mill Ave. we will definitely stay there again.

Perfect home away from home!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome. It was the perfect home base for our winter escape to Tempe. Close to downtown Tempe and ASU, easy walk to restaurants, shopping, grocery store. This residence has everything you will need for your stay. Communication was top-notch and excellent all-around hospitality!

Absolutely a great place. It was adequately stocked all the way through. The host was incredibly accommodating. I could not recommend this property enough. Easily the best vrbo stay I’ve ever had. Don’t pass this one up.

Sun Devil Grads!

Mike was amazing and very accommodating. The home was furnished and even had spices, oils and other condiments to cook. It was my husband and oldest son in town for our youngest son’s graduation from ASU! The home is a bit dated but functioned well. Location could not be beat. Walking to downtown Tempe was only 10 mins depending on how fast you walk. Close to restaurants, A mountain, the Mountain America Stafium and ASU. WOULD DEFINITELY rent from Mike again!

ASU Parents Weekend

The condo is in a perfect location - close to campus and walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants on Mill Ave. The unit is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It was very nice and convenient to have 2 full bathrooms. The owner/manager is easy to reach for questions.

Great location, easy access and instructions for everything. It literally looks like the host packed a bag for the weekend and gave up his house. Now I understand the huge deposit.

GREAT LOCATION

8 minute walk to Mill Avenue! This was ideal! From the towels to kuerig - it was exceptional. Everything was really nice except the TV sound was near mute. We could not figure out how to turn the TV volume up. Thanks again - and we would stay here again. Jay

Super place to stay

This townhouse was perfect for me, my spouse, and our son and his wife. The host allowed us to move in five hours early, which was great because we had just checked out of our nearby hotel. The best-stocked rental I’ve ever experienced. Everything we needed, including a Ninja blender and phone chargers. Easy walking distance from downtown Tempe, restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods. Loved the garage with opener. The third floor is a semi-loft that might not be for everyone. The mattresses are ready to be replaced and the second-floor bathroom needs a towel rack on the wall. Otherwise, it was perfect and we’d stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Tempe!

My daughter and I stayed in this townhouse while she was visiting ASU and I was working in Phoenix. It was a perfect spot for us! The home was extremely quiet -- I am super picky about noise and really appreciated the calm. The only thing we ever heard from inside the townhouse were a few planes flying overhead but that stopped by 10 PM. The home was also extremely clean -- and again, I am really picky about cleanliness. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. The kitchen is well equipped. The decor was beautiful. Mike was really great with communication. He even left his remote control for the garage door so that we didn't have to fiddle with the codes. An easy walk to some great restaurants -- we loved the Perfect Pair just down the street and also loved El Pollo Supremo around the corner. (El Pollo Supremo was great for take out!) Thanks Mike for a great stay. If my daughter chooses ASU or work brings me to Phoenix again we will definitely want to stay here again. (We also appreciated the beautiful weather!)

Cool row house in Tempe

Had a great time in Tempe. Condo and complex made us feel like we were in Chicago. Great easy walk to mill avenue for all the restaurants. Mike was very responsive to your questions. Really enjoyed, Thank you!

Quiet Street Close to ASU Campus

Clean and comfortable beds. Quiet Street and walking distance to the ASU campus and local restaurants and grocery shopping. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home close to downtown

Seriously a home away from home! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay while visiting ASU (she got in!) and seeing the Sundevils beat the Trojans!! The property owner was communicative from booking until after we checked out. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location/Family Friendly

We stayed in this townhouse for the 2020 Innings Festival. It was a short 15 minute walk to Tempe Beach Park. 10 minute walk to downtown. Garage parking was an added bonus. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our kids enjoyed the property as well.

Great place to stay in tempe!

This is a great condo in tempe! Close to everything- ASU, gammage, Sun devil stadium, restaurants and shopping - are all within walking distance. The place is beautiful and comfortable and the owner was great to work with.

Perfect place for our trip to spring training games!

This property is like staying at home. We all rested well. The garage was very convenient to use and appreciated when coming in late from a baseball game. When we needed instruction for navigation late on the evening of arrival the owner texted a reply immediately. We enjoyed watching an Arizona State University baseball game 5 minutes from the property. Thank you, Mike, for sharing your lovely property!

Excellent Location and Super Clean

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at ASU. The place is spacious, clean, comfortable and the garage parking is a HUGE plus. The location really can't be beat. Easy walking distance to the restaurants/bars on Mill but far enough away from the noise and crowds for peaceful night sleep. So, you get a lot of home and comfort for the same price as a single room rate at the local hotels. Book it you won't be sorry.

You will not be disappointed when selecting this property. Please see my reviews. This property is within walking distance to vibrant downtown Tempe and Arizona State University. You will enjoy the modern, yet comfortable feel of the townhome. I bought this place for it's close proximity to everything (restaurants, bars, coffee houses and even Scottsdale!).
