Situado en el tranquilo pueblo de Betlem, con espectaculares vistas a la montaña y al mar. Decorado con buen gusto casa con cocina totalmente equipada, calefacción central, aire acondicionado en dormitorios y ventiladores de techo de la planta baja. El dormitorio principal tiene un gran balcón con hamacas y vistas al mar. Puertas francesas en las zonas de comedor y cocina se abren a una terraza amplia y bonito jardín plantado con arbustos en flor y una higuera. Gran piscina compartida con una sección para niños pequeños, y una pista de tenis. Caminar 3 minutos y usted está en la costa admirando el hermoso paisaje natural. Varios otros paseos locales. 2 restaurantes en el pueblo. La vecina Colonia San Pere (3 km), un tranquilo pueblo de pescadores, tiene una buena playa junto a un paseo marítimo atractivo donde se puede almorzar o cenar "al fresco" y admirar las vistas. También cuenta con un puerto deportivo, tiendas y varios restaurantes. 15 minutos de distancia se encuentra la histórica colina de la ciudad de Artá ​​con ermita, cafés, restaurantes y tiendas bonitas. Buen campo a 20 minutos de la casa.

A peaceful getaway.

Betlem & its neighbour, Colonia Sant Pere, are off the mainstream visitor map. Hence, they are still uncommercialised & quiet. The house is excellently equipped & has everything one needs. The main bedroom opens onto a large, sunny balcony overlooking the mountains &, in the distance, the sea. It’s a relaxing place to sit & drink one’s morning cup of tea. The lounge opens onto a patio area with a small enclosed, private garden which gives shade. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in a lovely house.

Great two weeks in the quietness of Betlem

We had great two weeks in this marvellous apartment house in really quiet and calm Betlem, last village before the natural park starts at its Western side. The house is spacious on two floors, nicely furnitured and very well equipped. It has a terrace with a small garden behind it on the lower floor (where spacious living room with open kitchen are located). In addition, there is a very nice and large balcony on the upper floor (where the bedrooms are located) with a nice view on the mountains and a bit on the sea. The communication with Lisa and Lamberto was always quick, kind and easy, all info provided very helpful and they were keen on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Also the housekeeper Monika was very friendly and helpful. Nice private pool is nearby that is used by the tenants of a couple of houses in the area. A restaurant and a cafe that also sells bread and some few basic food items are in 1 min walking distance. Another restaurant is in 10 mins walking distance - but that's all you will find in Betlem. A small Spar supermarket can be found in the next village, about 10 min by car. Larger supermarkets are located in Can Picafort, c. 25 min by car. For getting around, a car is an absolutely must. Also to note: There is no sand beach in Betlem directly - one small, but very nice beach is a 20 min walk away into the natural park (you need to climb down the steep coast), directly next to the village are a few small, mostly pebbly coves where one can also climb down and spend some nice hours at an almost private spot. During the nights mosquito protection was also a must in (an already pretty hot) May - we had to suffer a bit in the first nights

Entspannter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren für knapp 3 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus in Betlem. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es waren reichlich Utensilien in der Küche vorhanden, so dass man richtig kochen konnte. Der Pool war gepflegt und meist sehr leer. In der Nähe ist leider kein richtiger Sandstrand, aber viele kleine Buchten aus Kies und Fels. Negativ war lediglich eine Mückenplage vor Ort, die einen leider auch Tagsüber nicht in Ruhe gelassen hat. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts.

Coin calme et agréable

La maison est confortable et conforme à la description. La piscine grande et calme bien que partagée. Nous avons cependant eu des coupures d’eaU quasiment chaque nuit. Et des coupures d’électricité dès que l’on allumait une plaque de cuisson ou qu’on lançait une machine à laver. Nous avons été en contact avec le propriétaire qui a essayé de trouver une solution. Bref nous avons pu continuer notre séjour sans problème. Si vous pouviez acheter une pelle et une balayette ce serait top.

Uns hat alles gefallen Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus ! Kommunikation war super man hat immer schnell Antwortet bekommen .Im Haus sind paarmal Sicherung rausgeflogen ! Deswegen rate ich nicht vielen Quellen auf einmal zu benutzen! Pool war groß sauber und nicht überfüllt ! Umgebung und Strände sind Mega!!! Sonnenuntergänge könnte man fast in jeder Bucht genießen! Wie würden wieder kommen !

Schöner Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schöne Finca mit viel Platz, Garten, Gemeinschaftspool und Tennisplatz! Wir sind als Paar mit Baby und den Großeltern angereist. Vor der Finca sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Dorf selbst gibt es 2 Restaurants. Wenn man etwas mehr Action möchte, fährt man ins nächste Dorf. Ansonsten sind viele und schöne Aktivitäten in näherer Umgebung. Rundum ein toller Familienurlaub.

In het huis was het aardig toeven. Helaas, was er op de eerst verdieping nauwelijks warm water en hebben we zelfs een dag zonder water gezeten. Vanuit het terras keken we tegen een hoge heg wat jammer was.

Maison Betlem, au Nord Est de L'île

Propriété agréable et très fonctionnelle pour famille de 4 à 5 personnes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Malgré isolement de la ville de Betlem la situation est parfaite pour visiter les nombreuses villes et profiter des magnifiques plages de la côte Est. Merci à Lisa pour sa disponibilité.

erholsamer Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Finca

wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier in Betlem. die Finca ist sehr schön und gross. Es gibt genug Platz für eine Familie mit 2-3Kindern. Das Haus war sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Bis auf den Geschirrspüler war alles in Ordnung aber dann wurde halt mal wieder mit Hand abgewaschen, ist ja Urlaub. Es gab auch deutsche Fernsehsender. Der Süsswasserpool (Gemeinschaftspool) ist riesig, sehr sauber und zu keiner Zeit überfüllt. Das Restaurant El Cato in unmittelbarer Nähe von ca. 50m ist ein absolutes muss. Wir wurden selten so nett bewirtet und habe auch selten so gut gegessen. Also rund um ein schöner Urlaub. Einzig kleines Übel ist der Tennisplatz genau vor der Terrasse! da wurde bereits 8:00Uhr mit Gebrüll Tennis gespielt und auch die Bälle landeten schonmal auf dem Frühstückstisch und Abends das gleiche Spiel wieder von vorn...aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts! vlt. hatten wir auch einfach nur sehr viele Tennisspieler in der Zeit hier. Das ist auch der einzige Abzug den man geben kann ansonsten war es eigentlich perfekt.

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit großartigem Blick

Die Finca befindet sich in Betlem, einem sehr ruhigen Örtchen an der Nordostküste Mallorcas. Hier gibt es lediglich 2 Restaurants und einen kleinen Minimarkt. Wir waren zu zweit in der Finca und konnten uns richtig ausbreiten. Hier finden locker 4-6 Leute Platz. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Küchenequipment und die Auststattung der Finca sind sehr gut. Das absolute Highlight für uns war der Tennisplatz, welchen wir nutzen durften ( Tennisschläger und Bälle waren in der Finca ). Am Pool kann man es sich auch auf der Liege bequem machen und hat einen großartigen Blick auf die Berge. Von der Finca aus kann man einen schönen Ausflug zu einer bezaubernden Bucht, entlang eines hübschen Küstenwanderwegs machen. Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt hier wunderschön. Gut für Leute die auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung sind. Der Nachbarort Colonia de Sant Pere ist sehr hübsch. Hier gibt es einen Supermarkt und man kann gut essen und die Surfer beim Wellenreiten im Licht der untergehenden Sonne beobachten.

Everything you could need :)

Lovely little property in a beautiful quiet village with a great coastline. Well positioned, well catered for and in good upkeep. Walks on the coast line are lovely, the shop just up the road is well stocked and the pool fantastically large (albeit a little chilly on cooler days!)

Lovely holiday, beautiful house, great location

Lovely, relaxing holiday in a beautiful environment. The house was a great base to explore the area - if you enjoy walking, hiking, swimming, picnics at little coves, there are walking trails along the coast just nearby. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed the tennis court and the pool, and the barbecue in the garden. It was the perfect balance between an active holiday and a relaxing one. I especially appreciated how organised everything was in the house - information was provided on every appliance, recycling etc. it made us feel very well looked after even if we didn't meet the hosts. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us, we had a lovely time.

Gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Finka in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Finca mit unseren beiden Kindern sehr genossen. Der Ort liegt am Meer mit tollem Blick auf die Berge - nur ein kinderfreundlicher Strand in fußläufiger Nähe fehlt. Also rundum sehr zu empfehlen!

Magical mix of mountains and undeveloped coastline with easy access to more developed beaches

Something for everyone - incredibly picturesque setting with several great coves within walking distance, perfect for sunbathing and swimming/snorkelling. Only 10-20min drive for more developed beaches. Also easy access from end of village into coastal and mountain walks. Shared pool is great for kids and adults and has great views of the local mountains. Tennis court a bonus. Villa is very spacious with open plan downstairs and 2 bedrooms with balconies and air conditioning upstairs. Its a 55-60min easy drive from palma. Hope to return in the future.

Schöne Finca mit Baulärm

Die Finca ist schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Garten im Erdgeschoss und eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Leider stehen auf der Dachterrasse keine Möbel und es gibt keinen Sonnenschutz, so dass diese kaum genutzt werden kann. Der Ort ist abseits des Massentourismus gelegen, hat aber einen kleinen Supermarkt und zwei Restaurants. Der Pool ist sehr groß und war auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt. Im Sommer gibt es auch genügend Sonne am Pool und an der Finca. Eigentlich sehr gute Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Allerdings wurde unser Urlaub durch erheblichen Baulärm getrübt. Direkt neben der Finca war eine Baustelle, die den Aufenthalt an der Finca an Werktagen zwischen 8.00 und 16:00 Uhr unerträglich gemacht hat. Die Vermieter haben sich leider nicht entgegenkommend gezeigt und sich darauf berufen, dass die Baustelle nicht durch sie verursacht wurde. Daher nur sehr eingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Excellent, spacious and family friendly property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the villa and in Betlem. The property was ideal for our family of five and we enjoyed the small private garden and the diverse nationalities and friendly local atmosphere of the pool. Although there was a small drive from Betlem to the main road, the benefit of this was the sleepy charm and tranquil nature of the village away from the crowds. The location was ideal to explore the north and eastern coastlines.

Loved it !

Having just returned from a wonderful relaxing week in this lovely house in Betlem we were compelled to write our review whilst still very fresh in our minds. Having had a hectic start to the year we were looking for a restful retreat to get away from it all. This is exactly what we found at Lisa and Lamberto’s house in Betlem. From the minute we opened up the door to look out at the wonderful mountain and sea views we knew we had found it. So quiet you could hear goats on the mountainside and the sea in the distance. The house had everything we needed and the pool was fabulous. We stocked up at the supermarket in Colonia sant Pere which had a good selection of bread,meats, fruit and vegetables (and wine). In the mornings we could pop along to the small supermarket in Betlem for bread and essentials. We ate out a few times in the two local restaurants and can recommend both. We also enjoyed all the kitchen facilities as we cooked a lot, everything we needed was supplied. A trip to Cala Mesquida and Arta and coastal walks were as much as we could manage. We begrudgingly thoroughly recommend this house and the area and would love to retur

Lovely house

Lovely house, the view to the mountains and the sea is breathtaking. The house is baby friendly which was perfect for our needs. Nice area, quite, really close to the sea. We enjoyed late dinners on the porch also late swimming sessions in the pool after going out. The weather was great, only one day was cloudy but this did not stop from using the pool, which was not crowded at any time.

I'm British and have spent my holidays in Spain for the last 20 years. I met my husband there and we have a daughter.
We try to go to Mallorca as much as possible, often in the spring and autumn.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I lived and taught in Mallorca for a year and absolutely love the island. I still have good friends here and it was they who introduced us to the charms of Betlem and Colonia San Pere, far from the crowded resorts.
We love coming here. As you get closer to Betlem the rural scenery is more and more beautiful - olive, almond and fig trees abound - and then I see the mountains rising up against the blue sky and I know we'll see the sea in a few more minutes. Our daughter can't wait to get into the pool or play in the waves at Colonia San Pere even in November and March! When I wake up the first morning and see the mountains and sea, I know I've got away from it all.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is a joy to be in. We love having a good coffee and fresh orange juice for breakfast out on the terrace. If we want a day at home we can go for gentle strolls along the coast or more energetic hikes into the hills or just lie by the pool with a good book. A stroll down for lunch or an ice-cream on the terrace at a local restaurant is a treat for our daughter and game of tennis in the late afternoon with dinner and a beer on the terrace is a nice way to finish the day.
We love exploring too and go on various day trips to local beaches, our favourite being Playa de Muro. Artá is always a pleasure to amble around and have a meal there. There are lots of things to do and see all within an easy day trip including Palma.
