Village by the Beach B917, una unidad del primer piso, es un alojamiento de primera clase en la costa del Golfo de Texas. Venga y disfrute de una de las lujosas propiedades en alquiler de Village by the Beach. Ya sea que usted está en necesidad de una escapada de fin de semana o vacaciones de una semana de duración te encantará el confort y la comodidad de este complejo familiar en primer lugar. Cada unidad tiene una decoración personalizada con interiores amueblados y ofrece diseños únicos de cama y comodidades para sus huéspedes. Pero hay dos servicios que cada huésped se quede a gusto ... 1. La gran ubicación, justo al lado de la playa y 2. ¡La espectacular piscina única en su tipo!

INTERIOR
Al entrar encontrará un cómodo sofá, sillas mullidas y un plano de planta abierto con una amplia sala de estar y comedor y una cocina bien equipada que incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y todos los extras que un chef puede pedir. Disfrute de una gran cantidad de luz solar natural y una decoración costera moderna, junto con techos altos, pisos de concreto manchados y muchos pequeños extras que el propietario se tomó el tiempo de agregar.
Pasando por la cocina encontrará la lavadora / secadora y el amplio baño completo con una combinación de ducha / bañera. Continuando por el pasillo encontrará el dormitorio de invitados que es único ya que es uno de los pocos dormitorios de huéspedes que ofrecen dos camas queen. La mayoría de las unidades en Village by the Beach vienen con una cama tamaño queen y dos literas en la habitación de invitados, por lo que esta unidad es una excelente opción para quienes deseen evitar las literas. El dormitorio principal está al final del pasillo y tiene una cama king size y baño en suite. Ambas habitaciones vienen con sus propios televisores y su es una red wifi privada para uso de los huéspedes.

Se proporcionan sábanas para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches.

The condo was very nice and the pool was amazing. The only drawback to this place is the location. There isn’t a beach within a five minute walk. It was a five minute drive.

The plus is that the right outside your door. The only issue we had was that our room was not ready at check-in. But we were kept informed on status from Padre Escapes. Very responsive. Great stay!

The condo was really cute, cozy, clean and just what we needed. It was in front of the pool, which was a nice size and a really nice poool to cool off. We were super close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo and great location

We loved the condo and the location! The pool was so cute and quaint. The only complaint is it definitely wasn’t quiet and relaxing. We were able to swim and enjoy a quiet night on Thursday, however, the clientele of other units arrived and it became a huge party. Loud music, and our neighbors were clearly smoking marijuana. I’m not trying to be a “Karen”, but it was a rough group. I don’t even think everyone at the pool were paying customers. Only suggestion is having more security and regulations enforced. We did love the comfort of the condo. Thank you.

This unit was clean and met all our needs. Master bath sink faucet needs to be addressed. Water comes out hard and fast.

Great location- unit needs updating/deep clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at village by the beach. We love the location and the family friendly layout with the pool. This unit, however, was by far the most unkempt of all the units we've stayed in. The concrete flooring is dirty and needs to be resurfaced. The area rug in the living room is very stained and dirty as well as the chair and couch covers. There was hair in the refrigerator and other spots where housekeeping cut corners. It was a shame because we love coming to village by the beach, but this unit felt subpar compared to the others we've stayed in.

Rental needs updates - stained couches

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at this complex (first time at this particular condo). We love the location, close to the beach and the pool is always fun. BUT this rental needs some updates. The springs in the sofa make some serious noises, it’s very worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. The white armchair needs a new slipcover as there are some very obvious stains everywhere and overall looks filthy. The living room rug was also visibly stained; we tried to vacuum it and during our attempt to clean it we saw the underside and I wish we hadn’t. It was just so disgusting. I wish I could attach pictures. We eventually rolled the rug out of the way since we have a crawling baby that we didn’t want touching it and called management for sheets and blankets to cover both couches. It’s just so disappointing to pay so much money for those conditions as it left a really bad initial impression. The rest of the condo was clean and we had a great time.

Great little beach get away

Nice and close to the beach, you could walk if you didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach stuff with you. It was mainly clean, the only reason I gave a 3 on cleanliness was that the floors were dirty still. They looked clean, but my feet got dirty walking on it. That’s to be expected I guess with a constant flow of beach sand in there though. The kitchen was decently stocked, but I thought they should have some basics on hand (salt/pepper/cooking oil or spray) maybe I’m just used to Airbnb whos kitchens are usually stocked with seasonings. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The property was well taken care of and the kid splash areas all were functioning. I would definitely stay again and bring friends to stay too.

Roaches and spiders

Reviewer Comments: There were roaches and spiders and I literally got rushed out of my unit i felt like I didn't get enough time to check out even though I was supposed to have complimentary 12 check out I had to change kids and feed a 3 month old outside of the unit and do my make up outside im hardly a morning person so this was the worse waking up and rushing around ever I hate rushing around in the morning I got 7 kids 10 and younger but the 3 youngest 1,2, and 3 months so its hard getting up and getting them going

Family-friendly beach vacay

Nice location right next to the pool. We enjoyed being that close to the pool, but the trade off was having to walk a distance from parking to front door of condo. For us, this wasn’t a bad trade off. We were also surprised at how quiet it was being so close to the pool. Security made sure the pool closed down at night and soundproofing in the condo was great. Even when the pool was busy during the day we couldn’t hear anything inside. Check-in and out was super easy. We only needed basic communication, as we didn’t have any issues. Beach was only a short drive away. Really appreciated the outdoor hose to rinse off sand after a day at the beach. Pillows sucked- very flat, but beds were comfy. Fold out couch was miserable, could be a torture device. But honestly, I’ve never known a fold out couch that was comfortable. We have come to this area for several years and stayed many different places. This was one of the good ones.

Weekend trip

everything was very good. The only problem was the area above the icemaker needs to be cleaned. Something was spilled there(looked like a soda) which caused some of the ice to look dirty. Otherwise everything was great!
