Amplia villa con piscina y vistas

Esta maravillosa propiedad se encuentra en las colinas que dan al sur. Se le ofrece espléndidas vistas hacia San Cezaire, así como el Mediterráneo. En el verano, siempre hay una brisa que hace que la casa muy cómoda en los días calurosos. Cannes es de 30 min. Niza 40 min. manejar.
Hay tanto que hacer en la zona-incluyendo la visita a muchos encantadores pueblos franceses (Cabris, Peymeinade, Speracedes, Grasse). La unidad de Montauraux es impresionante. Lago de San Casiano no está demasiado lejos y Garganta de Verdon es también una buena excursión de un día. Es un paraíso para los caminantes, así como bicylcists. Hay muchos campos de golf en la región. O simplemente puede relajarse en la piscina.
La casa es amplia y es ideal para 2 o 3 familias que comparten. (Por ejemplo, uno de la planta baja, 1 familia en la banda izquierda arriba y uno en el piso de arriba derecha).
En la planta baja se encuentra una sala de estar con chimenea, comedor, entre estos dos es una cocina con una hermosa vista sobre las colinas y el mar. Dos dormitorios y un baño. También hay un salón de té con unos cómodos sofás y sillas. Arriba hay 5 dormitorios y 2 baños. La piscina tiene sol todo el día y también disfruta de unas vistas impresionantes.
Finalmente hay un apartamento que tiene capacidad para otras 2 personas y tiene su propio baño y cocina.
La casa está rodeada por 5000 metros cuadrados de jardines llenos de olivos. También hay una zona de juegos para los niños con su propio pequeño jardín de la casa.

Une semaine incroyable dans une maison spacieuse, très bien entretenu et décorée, avec une vue magnifique. Un accueil parfait de la part du propriétaire David. Je recommande à ceux qui veulent profiter du calme ou qui veulent se retrouver seuls entre amis ou famille. Des hôtes extrêmement gentils et toujours disponible. Foncez !

Wer Erholung abseits von Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für zwei Wochen hier. Das Haus hatte mehr als genug Platz für uns. Aber vor allem der große Außenbereich und das abolute Highlite der echt große Pool, haben für absolutes Urlaubsfeeling gesorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und David, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, war immer ansprechbar. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Fantastische locatie met heel veel potentieel maar nood aan veel meer zirg en aandacht

Fantastische locatie met grandioos panoramisch uitzicht en prachtig zwembad. Ruime woning met potentieel voor ons gezelschap van 12 VW en 2 kinderen. Praktische en goed uitgeruste keuken. Geheel heeft echter meer aandacht en zorg nodig. Vooral faciliteiten buiten zijn ontoereikend. Geen schaduw mogelijkheden; enig beschikbare parasol is stuk. Onvoldoende ligzetels ( slechts 3 beschikbaar bij aankomst). Gammel en onvoldoende buitenmeubilair ( slechts 8 bruikbare stoelen). Eigenaar wel receptief voor problematisch buitenmeubilair: creatieve oplossing door voorstel gebruik maken van interieur stoelen en bestelling-levering van 2 zelf te monteren ligzetels en enkele zelf te monteren buitenstoelen.

Really wonderful property in a stunning location

Spacious, superbly equipped and comfortable property with breathtaking views and lovely pool area. So quiet. Ideal for five couples and three teens. Very good comms and warm welcome/check out from local Hélène. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend.

Saint Cezaire

Très grande maison assez ancienne, isolée, avec magnifique vue 180 degrés . Belle piscine très propre. 5 chambres à l'étage, 2 chambres au rdc dont une très petite avec lits superposés. Les baignades en rivière sont à 30mn, les supermarches à 15/20mn. Je recommande cette maison pour une famille nombreuse.

Villa de rêve ! Ambiance familiale

Nous sommes venus passer les fêtes de fin d’années entre amis. La villa était superbe, toute équipée, avec une vue imprenable depuis toutes ses pièces ! Très agréable à vivre, très chaleureuse. Non loin (10-15 min de voiture) nous avons pu effectuer une balade au bord d’une cascade avec des sources d’eaux chaudes, c’était super. Le voisinage est très sympathique. Franky qui est le gardien de la maison et qui habite non loin, est très gentil et discret. La femme de ménage Isabelle qui nous a accueilli a été très sympa également ! Franchement nous recommandons fortement cette maison, vous y créerez de très bons souvenirs !

Wunderschönes Ambiente

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt! Eveline war seit der Buchung eine sehr nette und verlässliche Ansprechpartnerin. Auch von der house keeperin Isabelle wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen! Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Pool, die Terasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick und das Ambiente - abends kann man bei angenehmen Temperaturen gemütlich draußen sitzen und einen wunderschönen Sternenhimmel bewundern!! Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit nochmal wählen :)

Dream holiday in Provence

We (a group of 16 friends in their 30's) spent a wonderful week in villa Maeva. Everything here inspires mellowness and holiday ! First of all, I MUST speak about the view : as the villa dominates the valley of the Siagne, you could appreciate a breathtaking panorama over the village of Saint-Cézaire and the alpine hills around (even a bit of the Mediterranean Sea at the horizon, when the weather is clear). In the morning, under the summer sun, at nightfall : you just can't get enough of this view... The villa itself is very nice and comfy, with a lot of rooms, a big kitchen (with a view...yes, I insist !), a shady patio where we spent the most of our time, and a sunny swimming pool. It's an old provençal house (actually two houses gathered), so everything isn't perfectly "logical" (some surprising light switches places, a few water leaking outside when using one of the bathrooms...) but it didn't bother us at all during our stay. There are also a lot of things to do in the surroundings : you could visit the world's capital of perfume Grasse, go hiking in the alpine hills through the garrigue, and take a refreshing bath in the Siagne or in the lake of "Saint-Cassien". We've left the villa with a bunch of summer memories to remember, and we would come back here without a doubt ! Thanks again to Eveline and Isabelle for their excellent communication and their warm welcome, Tristan and his friends

An amazing find!

It's always a worry when you book somewhere that it isn't going to match up with your expectations, but not Villa Meava, it exceeded our expectations. The views really were spectacular from the pool area, the terrace, the kitchen, living room, dining room and especially the main bedroom, although most of the bedrooms as well, there were only a couple of bedrooms at the back that didn't have the view. There were 13 of us and the house swallowed us up, there was plenty of room, the kitchen was easy to navigate, the BBQ area was right by the outdoor eating area, it felt like a home from home. All rooms had bookcases full of interesting reads. It was very hot when we stayed and there is no air con but there were fans in the bedroom to cool you down at night. We just could have done with more shade by the pool! St. Cezaire was a lovely characterful village with a couple of good places to eat, a well stocked supermarket and an amazing boulangerie! You do need cars though, the village is not a stroll away!!! There is plenty to do in the area, we went down into the gorge and swam in the river, it was worth the slog! We visited Lac St. Cassien for fun on inflatables, caught the train from Cannes to Monaco, visited beaches in Antigues, strolled around Grasse, tried via ferrata further in land, drove route napolean and there was still lots more to do but unfortunately we only had the week. From the very first enquiry to the end Eveline helped us along the way with all our questions and it was lovely meeting Peter, her son, who kindly showed us around the place when we arrived. We would all love to return sometime and wouldn't hesitate recommending the place.

Beautiful villa with amazing view

We had a great stay at Maeva, the house is beautiful and the view aswell. Everything you could want or need was available and there are enough things to do close to the villa. Also Eveline, the host, was very nice and helpful!

Perfect place for a holiday

The house is an ideal place to stay with a group of friends/families. There is a lot of space, all the facilities are there and in great condition. The location and surroundings are both beautiful and peaceful and the view is absolutely stunning as well. Comfortable beds, a refreshing pool and a well-equiped kitchen. Moreover, it takes about a 5minute-drive to the nearest town which is cozy and where typical french shops and restaurants can be found. Other (bigger) cities like Cannes, Grass, Monaco and Nice are also nearby and easily accesible! Our group really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend Maeva to everyone i know.

Maeva was great!

Beautiful house at a beautiful location! The house was really clean and we had everything we needed. The view was insane, we enjoyed it all day long. You feel like you own the mountain yourself because you stay all the way at the top. There are some really nice villages nearby. I would love to go back some day.

Amazing view!!

No words.. this place is like a paradise. The furnishing of the house is very cosy. It felt like coming home during the holiday! The view is amazing, I've never seen a view like that. I had a great time with my friends in this house! I'm definitely going back next year.

Love this place

We had a very nice stay at Maeva. The villa has very good atmosphere! Beautifully located with indeed a breathtaking view. The property was clean, everything in order. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends or family.

Great property for families

The property was ideal for us, a three generation family of two grandparents, three children with their partners and eight grandchildren ranging in age from three months to ten. The upstairs could be virtually divided into two annexes, each with its own staircase, bathroom and either two or three bedrooms and the downstairs had a separate area with a bathroom and two bedrooms. So each of our three children had some private, personal space for their family. The studio in the garden was great for the grandparents to get a bit of peace! There were three large family rooms as well as a big kitchen so plenty of room for people to spread out and do their own activities. The ride on toys, pétanque and table tennis were appreciated and the diving board was an added bonus. I would really recommend this for a large group who want to holiday together but who also need Some space of their own.

An amazing place to gather your family

This is an Amazing place. A bit unbelievable - the Beauty of the landscape and a very smart layout of the house. Every picture tells a story - but the photos on the web doesn´t show this place to it´s full potential and Beauty. I had all my family with me and we enjoyed every minute. We´ve been travelling a lot - but this is the best Place ever. It´s magnificient and there is plenty of space for everyone both inside and outside. We felt so much at home and very welcome. This is a Place I can deeply recommend. If I can aford it I will definitly be back. Thank you Eveline for letting us rent your beautyful home.

Very special place do not miss !!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this very special villa ,, it's home from home feel was great ,, the location is outstanding in every way , views are just incredible , the village is a short drive away and is lovely with great little bars and restaurants , the region is stunning and perfect for walking / cycling etc ,, you will get fit it's very mountainous but the beauty helps with the effort needed lol ,, we will definitely be back , loved every minute .

Delightful family house in Provence

Our group of 13 had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the pool and outdoor areas are delightful. Whilst not luxurious the house is perfectly well-equipped and spacious and the detached studio accommodation a very useful feature. The lovely village of St Cezaire is nearby as are some great lake and river swimming spots. Highly recommended.

Good location with view and no noise

We stayed 11 people - 3 generations - in this nice accommodation for a week this summer 2015. This was a very good location for a familiy like our. There is plenty of space and it is somehow still pretty compact so it is possible to be together all at the same time - but there is also space so it is possible to find a little quietness outside and inside. The view is magnificent and this together with the pool and the sitting location (pictured) is just great. We had all meals morning, lunch and dinner there. The kitchen is well equipped - nothing is missing. As we normally use the barbecue a lot, we would though suggest this is being updated. It is a very very quite location, there is absolutely no noise from anyone or anything, so it is a great place to relaxe and "get away". St. Cezaire close by has the necessary shopping, and the local boulanger makes probably the best croissants au beurre we have had yet through our many years in France. The owners are very easy to communicate with "and on" - helping making our stay a very pleasant one.

We are an Anglo-Dutch family who bought our dream villa in St Cezaire in 2000. The moment we entered the house we fell in love with the incredible views and space.
We lived in the house full time for several years when the kids were young. We are now back in the Netherlands and are happy for the house to be used and enjoyed.
